Scammed me and wont own up to it. I asked specific questions as an ex employee to avoid being misled. They deliberately told me information that was the opposite of what they attached to my account to get an add-a-line bonus from at&t. Now they give me wrong timeframes that the manager is in every time I ask. Knowing I live out of town and hoping Ill drop it. Literally no better than Indian call centers scamming old folks out of their retirement. Imagine how many people they get with this elaborate misinformation.For the record, they told me the dual Sims setup was required for a promo (it wasnt), that the second sim would only be $10 a month (again, it was actually $50) and to top it all off, the phone doesnt even have dual Sims capability. Now they want a restocking fee.

I tried to make a plan on the 4th of July and they asked me for $1,000 down payment... I paid in cash, but then they told me I should pay $4,000, which is absurd. So I didnt make the plan... but they kept my money and said they couldnt pay it back because the call center had closed. They said that a check would arrive at my house in 4 to 6 weeks, and so far nothing... And a bill arrived for me to pay, without having used anything from At&T. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Playing the blame game between the store and customer service. Neither wanted to take responsibility of us paying for 4 months of service that we didnt receive.

I am very happy that I went to this store with my sister. Junior was the young man that helped us get an I phone Pro Max 12 for my father. We were out the door in less than 15 minutes. He answered all of our questions. Love this store. I live in the Kissimmee area and I will buy my next phone with Mr. Junior. Thanks.

I called over the phone about a new plan and being a new customer and the service was terrible. Not friendly at all, hung up with out s bye or have a nice day, nothing. Not a way to get a new customer at all. If you’re going to try to be a sales person maybe work on some people skills. Might sell you more phones.

The staff member got my account messed up they took an automated payment n over drew my account I had talked witb a staff member couple weeks before n ensured the payment date for March 4th as my ssdi comes on the 3rd have talked to them n theyre supposed to put it back on my account but what about the overdraft fees very sad right now

This store tried to SCAM ME!!! I went in to switch my family service from T-Mobile..the salesman to MEET HIS MONTHLY QUOTA.. signed me up for a business account.. I don’t own a business nor does my 12 yr old daughter.. 3 months later and I’m still dealing with the nightmare and bills of having the account converted over to a consumer account.. Go to an actual ATT store not this authorized user. Mind you while I was at the store trying to address the problem 3 other customers walked in who they did the same thing to....

Taylor was amazing! He got us taken care very efficiently! The process took about an hour, but is to be expected when changing companies as well as porting 3 numbers. Taylor was very knowledgeable and friendly.We were very comfortable and confident in his abilities. He related and empathized with us and got us taken care of. 10/10 service. Taylor and Anthony were great and we appreciate them greatly!

Representative told me that they installed an esim on my new phone and was told that I needed to wait up to 2 hours for it to activate. When I contacted technical support that evening they informed me that the sim had never been activated and could not activate at that time because they did not give me the qr code needed. Feel lied to and doubt I will return to the Rock Springs Road AT&T store for assistance in the future.

I was in there today with my husband to purchase my new phone. The salesman Taylor was so helpful!!! I had called 611 on my phone previously and had spoken with the call center and I was on the phone with them for 47 minutes and they weren’t even able to help me! I went into the store today, he answered all my questions AND SOME and was nice, courteous, professional AND knowledgeable! If you go in there ask for Taylor, you will not be disappointed!

Anthony the manager is great. I upgraded my phone 3 months ago and AT&T wouldn’t give take my phone because they said it was returned to them outside the returned date which was their fault because they never sent me the packing slip and the outsourcing of the customer service made that experience worst because no one was listening to what I was saying but kept trying to up sell me. Anthony tried to help me however he could throughout my whole ordeal which lasted over 2 months. He even saved me a bit of money with my bill. His team was also very helpful.

At first I became antsy with an issue that took forever to come to an end, but the store manager Anthony went above and beyond to ensure that my issues were resolved. He assisted in a manner that not many other store managers would’ve ever assisted me. I am greatly satisfied with the Rock Springs store and would recommend everyone to visit. I went in today because I was looking for a smart phone for my husbands upcoming birthday. Were in our late 40s and we try our best to keep up to date with technology, but that can be quite a task. The sales clerk there was very helpful and informative. He was patient, and understanding in taking me through the newest smart phones. Im sure my husband will the thrilled, and the clerk even offered to help my husband with learning to use his new phone. I will certainly be coming back around Christmas time!

This AT&T location is phenomenal. I came in with my mom who wanted to upgrade her phone. We were greeted by Mike Fernandez. Mike was so helpful and was very detailed and patient. He thought outside of the box to help us with the best way to upgrade our plan and transfer phones from one cell to another. We were assured we would get a $200 gift card for our iphone trade-in. Two months later we get nothing in the mail and despite having printed paperwork from them, they have no clue about it or anything in their database about it. Thus they would do nothing and we were scammed out of our trade-in. Be aware of this scam of theirs. Its not even at&t, its the particular individuals in this store. Even tried to trick me out of my grandfathered in plan to go to a higher cost contract.

I will never ever recommend AT&T to anyone Ive been trying to get customer service help from them for over a month now and every time you call you get pushed around from person to person as if they dont know what theyre doing there then that you would told me to go into a local store and I did and they were even rude to me not even trying to help me like I said I will never ever recommend them and I still havent spoke with anybody to this day and customer service to help me resolve the matter Im having if you were smart stay away from AT&T

Walked in the store and the one employee there was helping a lady, there was no one else there and he did not even acknowledge our presence. He continued socializing with this lady and after 15-20 minutes I asked if there was anyone else there to help us or if was actually helping her and he answered very rudely and sacarstic. I went to the rock springs location in Apopka, I live right up the street, as I walked in the store was not greeted or acknowledged at all from the 45 min I waited, I saw they were busy and understood only 2 were working.Finally it was my turn and I needed help unlocking my IPhone, the lady said she didnt know how to do it and said I can do it only line, then rudely next me for the next person in line. I asked nicely if she could walk me through it and had no interest in even trying and explained that I tried it on my own and it didnt work out, the guy with her repeated the same thing and stressed how busy he was to not help me at the moment , and didnt even offer help once he was done. This team was not knowledgeable, not helpful, and very rude, all I wanted was help! I have been with AT&T since 2008 and never seen something like this, this place made me feel helpless finding the service I needed with the lack of interest in helping a customer made me fell like Im on my own. Yes for now on I will not waste my time stopping at a retailer if all they are going to do is suggest that I do it online and tune me out . I wonder why are they even open ? I can buy phones online as wellI guess theirs is noneed for them indeed

I would visit another at&t store or go with another phone carrier. This store ported over a wrong phone number, resulting in an over charge of $780 for a phone we never received. The store clerk replaced our sim card due to this error. The store clerk also advised us that he would fix the situation the next day, but failed to do so. Customer service cancelled the incorrect line, but we are now charged for an extra phone. We were told that we have to contact the store directly... only problem is that there is NEVER a manager that can make decisions at this store. Therefore, we have been unable to get this matter resolved. Please stay with your current phone carrier or go elsewhere.

I recently was robbed of my I.d. And bank accounts. I went into the Apopka Store on a wim to pay my bill for my internet and cable bill. Anthony the manager was so accommodating he offered to fix the bill, due to miscommunication. He had me at hello!! Not just for the discount but for the great honest customer service !! He has a great way with the public !!

What a refreshing and surprise experience! Although we should expect the best from companies like AT&T and other big name retailers that is not the case Most of the time. However, I am extremely happy to report that is not the case with this AT&T location. Gyron Peden and his team are the best....they exemplify amazing customer service, friendly, very knowledgable, personable and helpful, and get this....even Thanked me for my business and hope to see us again. When do you ever hear that anymore? This was such a contridiction to the AT&T Corporate store in Altamonte Uptown, where the simple courtesies of even a smile or hello are completely non-existant. The staff there are a poor representation of the values and reputation that AT&T has spent years in building. With that staff like they have there combined with the vast amount of competition, it can be devestating even to the industry giants. Someone should take a look at whats going on there. On the otherhand, Its good to know that the AT&T retail store in Rocksprings/Apopka really get the importance of have representatives that care about their customers, that really know their stuff, and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. You can bet that my husband and I will share our experience with everyone we know that is interested in cellular service and that wants exception service. The store is clean, a pretty good selection of items, and of course has a exceptional, knowledgable team working there! (it was really refreshing to see) Keep up the good work, I hope AT&T realizes the exceptional way that you represent them. Can you please train the folks in Altamonte Uptown?

Showed up at 9am on Friday morning when the store opens and sat there for over 10 minutes while an employee paced around on his cell phone and refused to open the door. Will go to another store.

This isnt the reps fault.. Its att..I had my phone converted to post paid from prepaid.. Because I needed to make an account for my microcell to work, everything was done.. Get home.. I magically have a 700$ down-payment.. Talked to at least 20 people.. Was told everything from it being a glitch, etc etc.. They couldnt remove it.. Put it back to prepaid, had to pay again.. For another month of service.. All because theyre too damn lazy to fix the cell tower out here.. But hey.. They value their customers right? -_-
