Ive gotten dozens of devices fixed here for the company I work for and never have I had such a bad experience! I took a tablet back to the store for a redo because it was 1 of 3 that I got back and the screen was not flush with the frame. I got a call today to come pick it up after dropping it off yesterday and Im handed the device looking the exact same as I brought it in! The kid there who claimed to be the manager said he was also the best tech in the store and unfortunately its the best he could do. I asked if there was someone else that could do it correctly and he said that I could take it to another store because hes the best at the Apopka location. Ive attached photos of the device taken immediately after leaving the store. Unacceptable workmanship, little effort in repairs, and zero customer service skills coming from this store!

I called right at 5pm to see if they could fix a broken Galaxy S10e screen. They said it takes 2 hours and they close at 7pm. I rushed over, didnt get there until 5:30 and they still had it done by 7 pm. They did a perfect job.

I dropped my 12 yr old laptop off last week for a new battery a clean it up and to remove any viruses. When I went to pick up my laptop Justin charged me $106 for battery. I asked him what did they do for $106. He stated replaced the battery only. I informed him with I dropped my laptop off to Alan I informed Alan of what I needed done. I was quoted $25 for the battery and 150 for the clean up. Alan did not put anything in the notes and informed me he did not quote me $25 for a battery. I requested a refunded and to remove the battery from my laptop. I have visited this location in the past and this is the first time I have had such poor service. I would never go to this location again and I would recommend if working with Alan to get it in writing because he so busy trying to push their Asurion program he doesn’t know what he saying or doing. Not sure if all locations have touch poor service but I have lost trust in all UbreakIfix establishments

9/5 we dropped off an Xbox that needed a new HDMI port and were told theres only one guy that does soldering and it would be a week or two. Ok, no problem. After two weeks we were told the soldering guy would be in on the third week. Irritating, but ok, no problem. We get youre backed up. Now its has been a month and we are being told its going to be another two weeks. I understand things happen, but this is just bad business. I would be a lot more understanding had we been told from the beginning this could take 6 weeks or more, but we werent. Not only that, but no one had called us to let us know it would be delayed. We have always had to call them. Needless to say at this point we are picking up the Xbox and going somewhere else.

This place has gone down hill specifically this location. Always have been quoted the price over the phone. Granted stipulations were given for liability but today they wouldnt and stated they couldnt give me a price till they opened it. Ive been in the industry for 14 yrs and never seen this type of practice . They seem to be up to no good stay away

Professional and fast. They fixed just the issue and didnt add in anything else or up sell me. I was worried that my phone couldnt be saved but they did save it and only charged me for the new screen. Trustworthy, reliable and fast.

Isaac and Allen were great. I took my phone in Friday and they had to order a battery. It was in the next day and installed! Batteries+ was $20 more expensive and you had to pay upfront.

Although my device was properly fixed and works well, the communications that I received from certain staff were very scarce. Customer service was extremely lacking as well. On the day of my device drop-off (Sunday, August 8th, 12:00PM), I honestly didnt feel welcome in the store even when I was the first customer of the day. Starting off, I had to update the alternate number I provided, because I realized that the last four digits were wrong. The 2nd technician I encountered informed me to write the correct number on the back of my receipt and hed go to the back to update it since the store was already busy with a long line of customers. I stood there for at least 30 minutes waiting for him to come back to the front just to remind him that I needed the receipt back.The technician (Melvin) that initially took my information said that I would receive a phone call with the alternate number that I provided on the conditions of the repair that would have to take place, because he didnt know much else to tell me about my phone or when itd be done. I never received that phone call. My fiance had to keep calling the store almost every day just to get an update on my device since I work when the store opens and when it closes and I had no other way of calling since the store had my phone. My fiance stated that the person over the phone had an attitude and said that I provided a bad alternate number. That just goes to show the 2nd technician never bothered to update it.I did not receive any concrete information about my device until Friday, August 13th. I was updated by a technician that I had not encountered (I think his name was John) about everything that was being done to my device and that I could expect a phone call by the end of the day if it was completed. That phone call didnt come either, but that was fine, because I knew that the repair should be completed at least by the next day.I didnt receive my phone back until Saturday, August 14th. I honestly didnt expect this repair to take almost an entire week. I understand parts need to be ordered and that repairs take time, but nobody bothered to update me on anything. The online tracker that I was following was never updated as well except for the day I dropped my device off. After my first ever visit to a uBreakiFix location with the shenanigans and the unknowns I had to deal with, I will not be back.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! Dropped off a PS4 in December after months of excuses and ordering parts they called and said they couldnt fix it. I went to pick it up and they couldnt find it, weeks later I still have no PS4, calling corporate to file a complaint. This staff has been a joke, I would not trust them to change a lightbulb!!

The team at ubreakifix is awesome! Theyve helped me so much with multiple devices and are super nice and easy to work with. Ill for sure keep bringing my phones, ipads, and lap tops to them.

Two different events/times when I went to them. First, they wanted to charge $170 to fix my computer screen! Second, my computer was getting slower by the minute. I paid $80 for my computer to be faster. It didn’t work out in my favor 🤷🏾‍♀️🙁.

After calling in first to explain the issue I had with my phone, I brought my device in and the associate explained the process to me and possible issues. I left my device with them and they repaired my phone within a couple of hours. I recieved my phone in the good condition I left it in. Overall, great experience :)

My screen protector was badly cracked and it only took them a couple of minutes to switch it out with a new Tempererd glass. It was like brand NEW and much less expensive than what Apple charges, and the time you have to wait to get them to even look at your product. Thank you to the manager, I think Daniel was his name. He is very nice and professional! I recommend this place to everyone as a better option than the Apple store any day! Very happy with my how my iPhone looks!

I went to this location to have my laptop looked at since it would not turn on. I was worried about the cost and timing of my repair since I go to school and needed it back asap. Dani was able to not only fix my computer, but he was able to get it done the same day AND their rate was fair. They told me about a product called Home Plus, which I signed up for immediately since I have kids, and its a nightmare. The staff was professional, courteous and understanding of my situation. Dont bother wasting your time here. Theyre super slow rather talk about Monday night football instead of helping customers. Called to ask about dropping my phone off they said yes come in it will be about 2 hours. No problem but what I didnt realize was it was a 2 hour wait just to talk to the front desk person and fill out paperwork. If youre not going to stop talking about football and help customers then I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

I was a little worried at first cause it was my first time doing a repair. My s10+ had went dark and made me freak out cause I was worried that I would lose all my data.When I came in it was packed but Ian did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience for adding more people to the lobby. Greeted me with a smile and pleasantly informed me he would be with me. Soon, another employee popped from around the corner and started to assist with the other customers. Each one quickly being helped till they could get to me. Assured me that all that would need to be done was a new screen and I could get out with my phone in my hand in under 2 hours. While checking in my device, I was curious as to how they were gonna fix it so they went ahead and explained the process to me. Didnt know they had to do so much to fix a screen, glad someone out there can fix them!

My Galaxy S9 Plus was ran over by my car. I took it in for repairs and it was fully fixed that same day. My phones working great now and its like it never happened! Im telling all my friends and family this place knows how to take care of their customers! 😎

Overall, it is a great company with very helpful employees. One particular employee was very welcoming and did everything possible from the start his name was Marvin. Marvin helped out and provided the greatest customer experience anyone could ask for. Not only did he handle my frustrations with my phone repair, but I also witnessed how he handled other customers with an ecstatic attitude and extreme professionalism. Will most definitely be recommending to others and will return if I ever have to repair one of my devices.

Writing this review following an issue I had with a screen repair to my iPhone X. I lost the functionality to FaceID after getting a new screen put on, and was initially pretty upset. I spoke with the store manager Daniel, and he approached the issue with a potential fix at a discounted price. When that didnt work he offered to take the phone to Apple to have them fix it. It ended up requiring a new device, and Daniel saved me a lot of time and effort in getting me back up and running. Kudos getting through a tough fix and thank you for your professionalism guys.

Very professional, I broke the screen on my macbook pro. I brought it to them they ordered the part and replaced it in A-day and a 1/2. All were very friendly as well. I hope I dont need them again too soon but if I do Ill go back!

I’ve been to the repair shops in the mall and they just always giving bad repairs always would have to go back and pay more I just found out about Ubreakifix from a friend and they told me to go this location and ask for Daniel I broke my iPhone X front screen and it wasn’t turning on , I told daniel my issues and he told me that he needed to before a diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with the device which that service is absolutely free. I gave a secondary call back number and he called me back within 30 mins and told me my phone just needed a new screen and new battery and my phone is all set all I needed to do was approve the price on the repair and it was all set and ready for pick up. I have got to say I was scared I thought my phone was toast because it didn’t work at all but daniel at the Ubreakifix Apopka saved my life also 90 day warranty with all their stores just in case I have issue . So if you need something fixed quick and done go with them!

Is was a busy Saturday and there was a line of people waiting however Tim and his team were amazing. They were calm cool and collective and were working as fast as they could. This place was pretty awesome. My Note 8 had the front glass, the back glass, and back camera broken. They fixed it within an HOUR and gave me a $20 discount! My phone has a new front screen which includes a new LCD screen, a new back glass casing which also includes a new battery!! My phone is brand new basically! I am so very happy with their service. They were also very nice to let me hang out in the lobby with my laptop to do school work while they worked on my phone which was much appreciated.

DANNY WAS AWESOME!!!! He not only took care of our repairs but also told us about a great insurance deal that is so affordable and amazing. I never go for sales but this didnt seem like a product he was pushing for us to get just to get, it was a product he legitimately knew would help us so thank you. He also personalized the experience by suggesting some new anime shows etc. (Thank you man) His professionalism and confidence made this a great experience.. Lastly, I have social anxiety and I felt very comfortable talking with him because of his initiative so thank you again. Came in with a broken screen and keyboard on my Mac after i dropped it (silly me), and let me tell you these guys killed it!, the screen looks better than before, keyboard is perfect, i also feared that my data was gone after i dropped my macbook but they recovered my files with no extra cost!im very happy with my repair , the staff is very friendly and kept me updated through the process, big thanks to charles, will come back for sure.

Dont believe the good reviews... all fake. Tried to give them a second chance... My iPhone 7+ which they insisted was an 8+ ( lol ) had a broken screen. I had just fixed the home button (brand new) and I told them it needed an extra screw. I would have normally fixed this myself but I simply do not have the time for it lately. They stated my phone be unlocked to fix the screen, I told them no. I have business files etc that are private to clients etc. I was told it would take 35 mins to an hour and I would get a call when its ready, which is great. 2 hours goes by with no call, so I call to get an update. Sure enough my phone is ready. ( Same thing happened to my sons iPad when I took it here, terrible customer service and follow ups ) I arrive to pick up my phone and the salesperson goes into the back and I hear them whispering about my situation. He comes back out and says my home button was unable to be fixed. MY HOME BUTTON WORKED WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. Images below of their initial diagnostic showing it WORKED. Instead of adding a screw they used CLEAR TAPE to tape the button back in the phone. Yes, TAPE! When I got home I took the cheap, low res and low light screen off to find my home button taped in... avoid this place at all cost. You can fix almost everything yourself via YOUTUBE and you wont have to deal with places like this trying to hard sell you Asurion insurance the entire visit as well.

I went to the shop to get my iPhone fixed a guy named Marvin was able to fix it under 24 hours he called me multiple times to keep me updated.Amazing customer service from him. Definitely would recommend this store to anybody looking to repair anything electronic here.

Staff are very helpful. I did have a desktop that got a replacement piece got it home now I cant cut it on amber light issue. I called for an estimate but I guess this was a new worker he couldnt give me a starting point for me to get myself a saving amount to pay. I will still bring them my business though.

I’m giving this place two stars even though they didn’t fix my Nintendo Switch Lite because I’m sure they would have replaced my joystick with no problem. However, they couldn’t seem to get their hands on a joystick. I was told at first that it would take 3 - 5 business days. That was fine. But when I hadn’t heard anything on the sixth business day, I decided to check in. They said it would be ready the following Tuesday. Alright. By Monday, I started feeling a little skeptical so I ordered a joystick replacement kit just in case. I was right to be skeptical; I checked in with the store on Tuesday evening. “It will be ready by next Monday.” Another week. At this point, I’d been waiting almost a month. So I told them I’d be picking up my Switch the next day and fixing it myself, with the joystick kit that took less than 24 hours to reach me. When I picked it up, there was no verification of my identity; I was just able to walk out with my Switch with no questions, which doesn’t inspire confidence because I had originally shipped it in for service, so none of the employees would have known how I look. I took my Switch and my replacement kit to another place and they fixed it the next afternoon for a fraction of the price uBreakiFix charged me. They even repaired the speaker I had damaged (during my own repair attempt) at no extra cost.My issue isn’t so much about the amount of time in general. I understand that the pandemic is slowing down logistics and making it difficult for them to get certain parts for repairs. My issue is with the lack of communication. If they had told me up front that they didn’t have joysticks and that it would take a while, I could have decided a long time ago to choose a different repair shop, or I would have just been prepared to wait. But instead, I kept receiving different time frames after I had to keep reaching out to them.I’ve seen that others have had better experiences here, but I think it’s safe to say that I personally won’t be returning to this store.

Ive been to this exact location to fix the screen on my iPhone multiple times. With two little kids at home my screen gets cracked quite a bit, sadly. They always deliver exceptional service and my phone was ready within an hour the last two times I visited. One time the employee had to go across town to get a part he needed to fix my phone that his store didnt have at the time. He had my phone fixed by the end of the day!!! If he had it mailed it wouldve taken him a few days, which I was fine with. But they went out of their way to have the job done quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call the same day that the phone was ready. The employees are always very courteous and the quality of their work is always very good! Highly recommend!

I paid ubreakifix over $500 to replace my Mac book pro screen. The repair was done poorly and they refuse to refund the money back or fix the screen that I paid them to fix. I will highly recommend no one to use this location. They do not standby their work.

Went 3 weeks ago to fix my note 10. My stylus hasnt worked since. Tried telling the techs and they told me it should be fine. But it hasnt worked at all. Waste of $400....

Dropped off my sons PS4 on a Sunday. They told me 1-3 days for the diagnostic. They called me on Tuesday morning to ask if they could wipe the device and install a new hard drive if needed. I agreed. They said they would call me. By Thursday afternoon I had not heard anything, so I called them. They told me that the tech was still working on it but was not there at the moment to update me. They said they would call me before the close of the business day. The next day, Friday, I still had not heard from them so I called again. They said they were having trouble with the device and that they were trying different OSs which I assume meant operating systems. They said they would call me and give me an update before the end of the business day. By 6:30 that day, I still had not heard anything so I called again. At that time, I was informed that there is a tech who travels from store to store to work on consoles and that the last time the tech was there had been Wednesday. I questioned the lack of communication and transparency at which time I was placed on hold. When the technician returned from the hold, he told me the device was unrepairable. I went and picked up the device. I took it to a different uBreakiFix location and they fixed the device in under 24 hours and called me 3 times to update me within that timeframe. The lack of transparency and responsiveness is the reason for this poor review.

Don’t use this company or any repair of your electronic devices. They are not a trustworthy company.Over a month ago I brought in my HP laptop tablet to be repaired because of broken power outlet. It took over two weeks to repair the part. When I came back to the store to pick up the laptop I was told that it was stolen from the store.I was never contacted by the store letting me know that the laptop was stolen. It took another 3 weeks for the owner of the franchise to get a refurbished replacement. With none of the data or software that was on the original. They then tried to charge me the full price of repair to the original laptop.It took several calls to the corporate help line and planting myself in store To reduce the amount owed for the repair from $99 to $79.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Could not fix my issues and let it sit there without even a phone call. We had to call them and whoever answered the phone was just as unhelpful. I would not waste my time talking anything to this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I got my screen repaired but apparently they don’t use good quality screens because a couple months later and the screen is coming off and has air bubbles now. And to makes things worse it caused my phone to have charging problems now. Great for a fast quick but not worth it in the long term.

I was having an issue with a new phone and the manufacturer sent me here and the tech was straight up honest with me when he could have perform the service and made some money. He said I didnt need the service and it probably wouldnt work. Being honest earned these guys 5 stars
