Had new onset of significant opaque floaters in my left eye. They fit me in later that day at a location close to my work and after thorough (colorful) examination, determined situation was thankfully not serious.Competent, thoughtful and reassuring service!

Doctor Marino is really great!But the opticians are not quality, got two pairs of bifocals over a period of 2 years- they were both terrible!

Dr. Marino is superb. He is efficient, kind and ever so competent. I would not be exaggerating if I were to say his concern and emergency care saved my vision.

Dr. Bass is well experienced and very friendly to the patients. He will help with useful hints and information, too.The staff is very nice and supportive. Dr Marino and his team is one of the finest team in this field. Dr Marino brings in deep clinical knowledge, and is on top of latest changes that will benefit his patients. Beyond the knowledge and care, he has excellent bedside manners encouraging a honest patient discussion. His patients are fortunate to be under his care and management. Helping him is his dedicated TVO front office including Tiffany and others , who are always paying attention to detail and always extending the extra hands to patients. Dr. Bass is great! He spoke to my teenage daughter and explained everything to her, instead of just talking about her to me even though she was in the room, like so many other doctors do. He was thorough and efficient as well.

Im very pleased with the service TVO provided from receptionist, technical staffs, and the eye doctor. The waiting period is very short and reasonable. I was done within an hour including placing an order for a new pair of glasses.

I went for the first time to this place back in mid MAY, I am writing this on July 11th. I still do NOT have my glasses!! I have asked what they would do if that was my only pair? I have NEVER spent this much on just lenses and darn near two months later Im still not wearing them. I can bet you if I call today and leave a message those glasses will magically appear on Monday. While the staff has been pleasant, at the end of the day TWO MONTHS is not acceptable. Bummer

Doctor was great. I tried to get my prescription before I left. I understand they would not give me my pupil distance. Rodney never finished filling out my prescription. He left the whole left eye information completely blank.

I was actually late arriving for my appointment, as I had accidentally gone to the wrong office, but EVERYONE was amazing. When it came time to pick out frames, it was already time for them to close, but I never once felt rushed to make a decision.

I have never been giving a prescription for glasses that have been as clear as what Triangle Visions Optometry provided me. It was a difference that I could see.The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative.After experiencing a disqualification for a job opportunity because of vision, the doctor at Triangle Visions Optometry was able to test my vision to ensure I still had corrected 20/20 vision. We are visiting Triangle Vision from last three years, their staff and Doctors are polite and amazing people to work with, they are best in their work. Recently we changed to Apex center and I am happy to write I had the same experience and feeling I had in other center. The thing I noticed which was always rare for me was the choice of eye frames. It was the first time in years I saw so many unique and fashionable frames and in a range of prices outside of Europe. Every part of the examination and fitting - was fast and friendly and top-shelf. You felt that if you had to ask advice on something - you were going to get an answer that was sincere, and first and foremost - right for you. You were the customer. TVO is the best.

Dr. Marino was outstanding. He was thorough, patient and explained my condition in detail in a way that I could understand. He also fully explained the treatment options and possible outcomes and demonstrated exactly how I should administer the recommended treatment that I had a question about. One of the best Dr. visits I have ever had. Also, Brittany and the other front office and nursing staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Optometrist and Optometrist assistant were really great and attentive. The woman at the front desk was very nice as well. I did feel less taken care of after my exam when i was going through my insurance with a younger woman. She seemed to be distracted and less knowledgable about glasses themselves. I had to ask about current offers as opposed to her telling me what she had to offer me. In the end it was a good experience, I ended up not getting glasses, but I will be back for future exams.

I have been going to Triangle Visions / Family Eye Care for years, and I really like them. Besides the nice staff, I have always liked the dynamic duo husband and wife optometry team of Michael and Elana. They are serious about their eye care, but willing to spend as much time with you as you want. Thorough examinations. With their family practice, kids, dogs, softball, burgers, cello and more, how can you not like these folks?

I have been going there for years. will not go anywhere else. If you have a 1:00 appt, you are the 1:00 appt. they are very friendly, everthing right on point. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Went to Triangle Vision of Cary/ ten-ten they were fully booked and referred me to go to Triangle vision in apex, I never put high expectations in every place I went to. Glad they referred me here, the staff were really helpful and friendly, you feel so comfortable talking to them about what you need and feel about your eyes. And I had a great deal for new eye glasses and it will be done in a week. Definitely recommended! Thank You guys so much.

Great selection of frames, but I only took off an overall star because I feel like they need more affordable frame options.

As my daughter is autistic and has trouble following some commands, it means a lot to work with a team who is understanding. They were very patient with her and are obviously caring individuals. Excellent practice. Superb service. Doctors are the best! We wouldn’t go anywhere else and we refer everyone to them that we know and meet. We’ve gone to them for at least ten years now, and there is nobody better in the Triangle for your eye care.

The doctors and staff are very helpful and friendly. I was seen on-time and given ample time to discuss my questions related to vision correction for sports. I have gotten 3 pairs of glasses through them and have had no issues at all with the frames or lenses.

Everyone was so friendly! I felt like they really listened to my visions concerns and were absolutely on my team about correcting them quickly. I was very happy to find this Triangle Visions nestled in the stores next to Starbucks near Costco Apex. My husband and I needed a new pair of glasses and wanted a large selection to choose from. Not only were their selection of glasses excellent (we chose Danish brand Lindberg), we also found the ladies assisting us knowledgeable and informative. They also provided exceptional customer service. Thank you ladies! We love our new glasses.🤓

Dr. Marino is really friendly and made me feel really at home. He asked really good questions and was really patient with me. His staff is great too! I had the wrong appointment day in my calendar, but they were able to fit me in the day I came. The staff spent a lot of time with me picking out new glasses. Friendly staff and I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Triangle Visions without hesitation.***UPDATE***While I still give the staff and facility 5 stars, I have to say that the frames I picked out are the worst Ive ever owned. To top it off, theyre the most expensive Ive ever owned! Ive been in to have them tightened on no less than three occasions and within 10 minutes of leaving, theyre loose again.They may look good, but for $600+ AFTER insurance, they should stay on my face. Steer clear of Von Arkel frames. I cant even wear them. Back to an old pair while I wait a year before insurance will cover a new pair. :-(

So this was my first time going to a smaller practice and Im happy to say that my experience was amazing. Dr. Marino was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. We had another great yearly checkup for my son. Dr. Marino is wonderful at listening and answering all of our questions. We didnt have any wait for our appointment, everyone in the office is very sweet and they all treat my family wonderfully.

My eye exam was on Monday, July 23. The women at the front desk were as nice and helpful as could be. I was seen promptly, no waiting around. The preliminary tests were very quickly and smoothly done. Dr. Marino was my eye doctor. I had several issues to ask about, all of which he could answer. As for the eye exam itself, I needed new trifocal prescriptions for my regular glasses and for my sunglasses. The new prescriptions I have in all three focal lengths are perfect. Im delighted.

I had a great eye exam with Dr Jennifer Lyerly yesterday. She was very caring and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience with the entire staff, Ashley, Malorie, Monisha and Richie! They are all fabulous! I enjoyed every minute with them!

I called on 5/15/18 in regards to my daughters bill that I had received in the mail. Not only does my daughter love seeing Dr. Marino for her annual exams, but this young girl in the billing department was quite a gem! I was quite angry when I called as weve never received a bill. Ashley was very calm and pleasant. She asked me if I had time to allow her to look through the account, I agreed. She found the error and fixed it immediately. I apologized to her for being so... mean... Her response was so genuine. Mrs. Richards, there is no reason to apologize, we have all been in a similar situation and I was very happy to help you resolve this one. 10/10 for customer service skills!

I want there about a month or so, because they said they accept Medicaid, then they scheduled an appointment for me with doctor that accept Medicaid, but guess what??? I end up paying everything from my pocket, and they start talking to each other...And finally she said you will pay for your Eye exam, what, I dont cary about the money but about the way they treat me, I felt they tricked and fooled me, after that full eye exam the doctor said my eyes are fine which was not, I was planning to be their forever customer, I went toWAKE OPHTHALMOLOGY ASSOCIATES, P.A.Is located at: 105 SW Cary Parkway, Suite 200Cary, and I didnt pay a penny, and they found the issue with my eyes..I will never go there again.

My experience with Triangle Visions in Apex was outstanding from “start to finish”. Dr. Scheiner and her staff were professional, considerate, and attentive. The initial tests required prior to the formal examination were performed by Laura who explained the purpose of each test prior to conducting the respective test. My responses/input during the formal eye examination were documented within their on-line system. I needed new glasses, and the staff provided recommendations that fit my needs.

The only optometrist I’ve ever been to that tries to charge you the full price of contacts before running your insurance and reimburses you later. Dr. Booth seems charismatic but is actually just a salesman. My mom asked for a sample of a very specific kind of contact but when we picked up what they’d prepared it was something completely different. Booth told me he was sure I would have to pay full price for a contact lens exam even though my insurance covers 90% of it. Charged my mom extra for her eye exam because she has progressive vision. Also told me they stop doing contact fittings at 3:45 even though it’s never taken more than 20 minutes and tried to make me feel bad for needing a later appointment. Generally a poor experience.

Customer no-service as consumer advocate Clark Howard says. Once they have your money, they arent interested in listening or explaining issues with their business practices. Wont even call you back!When I ordered frames and lenses (almost $1K), I was told it would be a week, ten days tops. It was three. I had to call them to find out what was going on and was told they just left the plant yesterday. Sure enough I got notified that the glasses were ready...the next day, about 15 minutes after they opened. Coincidence? Maybe. Ill give em the benefit of the doubt. But when I did business with them on contact lenses, coincidence seemed less probable.The price I was quoted when ordering contacts was different than price paid when ordering the years supply. When I asked why, the answer I got boiled down to just dealing with a different person that did math differently. When I got home and looked at my notes from the appointment where I ordered the lenses, the actual difference was about $12, which might be negligible to some people but for me its a matter of business integrity - honoring the price originally quoted.They do not provide line-item receipts so you have nothing detailing what you paid for or who you dealt with. I was promised a special receipt, one needed to file for a rebate on the lenses. I was told it would arrive electronically as soon as the doctor can sign it.Waited a week; nothing. After calling 3 times - on different days - I had to pretend to make an appointment in order to be connected with a human. That person in turn had to contact someone in billing. That person was able to send me the receipts within 5 minutes even though she told me there was no doctor in the office that day. She was in more of a hurry to get me off the phone than addressing the issues of integrity and timely responses to customers.Save yourself these headaches and find another outfit.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Marino and staff were personable, efficient, and my out of pocket cost was not out of line. Dr. Marino did a good job of presenting me with the issues and complexities. I am still a little hazy on what my out of pocket costs will be for glasses/lenses/contacts although I understand this is a complex relationship between suppliers and insurance.

I had a great experience at TVO of Apex. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Marino was very knowledge and gave me a lot of great information on the health of my eyes. I was very surprised at how I didnt have to wait to be seen. I would absolutely go there again and I highly recommend them for all optometry needs.

I have been very impressed with the doctors here. Dr Booth did my eye exam and it stuck out that he was extremely thorough.I LOVE Dr. Marino! My daughter injured her eye by scraping her cornea. He took our emergency visit, and saw us 3 or 4 more times over 2 weeks and worked to schedule us in around my hectic schedule. These were all understandably very necessary visits bc he was healing her in stages and then adding in steroids slowly so that she stopped creating scar tissue. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything very well to me. It’s not often that I completely trust a doctor, *like* a doctor on a personal level, feel that they are meticulous so that I can take a break from overseeing things myself, and trust that they are not booking unnecessary visits for money, but with him I was unusually impressed.

Walked in just to get my sunglasses tightened and the people working were very accommodating and friendly. They did it for free even though I’ve never came in before! I’ll be back for sure.

Went into a store and picked some frames that I liked. The person who works at the Triangle Vision wrote down my choices so that I can come back with my husband to finalize my choice. Guess what! We come back and they dont have my information saved. Neither were they able to suggest any other alternatives. Time wasted. Go get better service somewhere else.

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I am completely dissatisfied with the “customer service” you guys have provided. I have now been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for both contacts and glasses. I have called numerous times over the last week trying to figure out why I have not received either after being told they would arrive within a week. Not only was I given the run around but I was also given attitude for calling. I was put on hold numerous times and was told that someone would call me back in 15 mins or so with more information, no one called. I then proceeded to call back and it was like they forgot to even rely the message. I then recieved a call back 4 hours later stating that my contacts are on back order and my glasses should arrive later this week with no explanation. When I asked why my glasses have not arrived yet they said “Oh looks like they were sent to the wrong location”. I was Not notified until I called numerous times and was then told I can come pick them up at the wrong location... You guys wanted me to go out of my way for your company’s mistake? I was only given 4 daily contacts to be extended for 3 weeks? Still no word on when I will receive my contacts. I highly do not recommend this company or location. I am completely infuriated with not only this company’s lack of dependability but the lack of customer service. Never again.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Had a problem with the reading glasses that I had purchased at another place. Dr. Michael Marino, and the office staff, listened to my story and then went to work. Turns out I was right, the glasses needed a little something more due to my aging eyes. The new reading glasses have been ordered and should be in next week. Triangle Visions Optometry now has a new customer for I will return for my yearly eye exams.

I had an issue with one of my eyes reacting to my new contacts on a Saturday. Dr. Marino made himself available to me to answer my questions over the phone. Great experience that you dont often see these days.
