Awesome staff! Reasonably priced selection. We’ve picked up glasses for myself, my wife, and kid. From the staff, Summer is especially knowledgeable and helpful. Love that they’re open 7 days. Can always head there on a Target run, and get the glasses adjusted if needed. Helped me move away from the local brand stores.

My husband and I agree, our experience here was awesome!!! There is a great selection of glasses and the ladies working were outstanding. We also highly recommend getting your eye exam here. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I cannot speak to buying glasses here, but if you are considering booking an appointment with their optometrist, Norville Eye Care, read below.Wow. Just wow. Been a patient for a couple years - had or 2-3 eye exams with them. I will never go back here and I will tell everyone to STAY AWAY. If my review isnt enough - read the others detailing their similar experiences. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner by heath-care staff. Their relationship with Target Optical in Apex is incredibly confusing - 1) they both take different insurances, 2) Norville Eye Care is separate from Target Optical, but you book your appointment through Target Opticals website, 3) Target Opticals Website shows Medical Insurances Providers they accept, Norvilles website shows another list of Medical & Vision Insurances they accept, & on the phone theyll tell you something completely different. The process of setting up an appointment has so many inconsistencies & hurdles that I cannot even list them all: theyll send you new patient paperwork even if they know youre a current patient, they wont verify whether they have the correct insurance on file for you (something that every other doctor I have been to does) even if they know your insurance is expired / incorrect .The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional - I was obviously confused and overwhelmed and trying to figure out a solution and the person I was on the phone with laughed and hung up on me. I sent an email to their office hoping to speak to someone and understand the issues I had and instead received a rude, demeaning & manipulative email in response. Honestly, disgusted with this eye-care practice - take your business somewhere else.

Justine did a great job. She repaired a pair of glasses that I purchased at another store (not even Target). Very professional, courteous and helpful. I will most likely be back to purchase my next pair of glasses from this store.

I went to Target Optical yesterday as I bought my last pair there 1 years ago. They have redesigned their space since then but evidently no longer train their people in good customer service. They made zero attempt to help me, carried on personal conversations at the desk, and reminded me no less than 4 times to please do not touch anything as it would need cleaning. I touched nothing and left on the 4th warning. I was the only customer in the store at 2pm on a Thursday and now understand why. Zero stars and I took my business down the street.

Went to 3 eye glass stores today to compare my options and prices. Was not impressed with the service at this store. One worker in particular wanted to remind me again that they would have to clean every pair I tried on. Im aware. Im a potential customer and I tried on less than 10 pairs. I understand that covid has made things difficult, but thats certainly not the customers fault. Found a pair I liked, but after that interaction decided to purchase from a store I had visited earlier that had great service.

The doctor is super sweet! But as for getting the help I need they will not give you any information. The ladies at the front desk have the biggest attitude all the time. I asked for something stronger and they gave me something less strong I guess to see if Id notice? Im not sure but I tried speaking with the doctor again and cannot get a call back. I think the games they play are unprofessional and the cost is a solid $100 more than whats close by. Huge waste of weeks of time

Basil Fawlty must have trained front desk lady (brown/black hair with glasses) in customer service. She wasn’t kind enough to introduce herself. Just shouted at us to call a number. I won’t even go into all the details. I filed a complaint and haven’t heard back. Erin in the office which we were told to call and walk outside was even worse. Asking us a load of questions which we filled out already and then told it would cost $100-$150 per exam when told it was $50 a few days before. All over the phone. Wouldn’t let us in. Yes, it’s a pandemic - tell that to front desk lady not wearing a mask. We left. Worst experience we have ever had anywhere.

Ive used this optical store before but I will NEVER go there again. Went in with my 4 year old daughter to ask a question about a pair of glasses. My daughter went over to the display case and touched a pair of glasses and said, I like this one. She never tried them on, just touched them. The lady at the desk slammed a basket on the counter and said, Great! Now I have to sanitize those frames! Do not touch the glasses! There was no sign saying not to touch any frames. What kind of person yells at a 4 year old kid? Based on other other reviews of this place, I see that I am not the first person who has had problems with rude staff at this location. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when it came to glasses. I have gone my entire life not needing them and then all the sudden Im having to pick something that will be on my face all day, every day. I wish I could rate more stars, because Rachel and her service was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She took the time to explain everything to me probably a million times and helped while I took forever to decide exactly what pair I wanted. She walked around the store and picked a whole bucket full of glasses she thought might look good on me and took the time to be honest and help narrow down my options. I could go on, but the main point it, if you need glasses go see Rachel at Target optics!!

I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I’ve visited. Dr. Norville was very patient with my 6 year old daughter who didn’t want to get her eyes dilated. It was busy when we ordered our glasses, but our wait time wasn’t long. Less than 5 minutes. I have gotten my exam in the past and had a positive experience for myself as well.

The ladies at Target optical went above and beyond to find the right style for my daughter and I and within our budget. They educated us about different lenses, etc. to help us understand what would benefit us. We left there in good spirits amd excited to recieve out purchase. I highly recommend them!

I had an appointment at 11.30 AM and I need constantly follow up with front desk person about my appointment and I was allowed inside the clinic after 30 mins from my appointment time after I called and followed up with her for three times.

My wife took my 5 year daughter for her first eye exam. Staff and doctor were terrible at dealing with a little kid. They didnt explain anything on the level a child could understand and were rude when my wife jumped in to help calm my daughter down. Definitely not okay that we spent $100 for a 5 minute exam with terrible customer service and no awareness that testing a 5 year old requires a different approach and demeanor than an adult.

This is the second time I have purchased glasses from Target, great brand names, great prices! This particular time, I did have a problem with my prescription (not targets dr) I brought them back after seeing my doctor and they replaced them with the corrected lens, no questions... my eye dr. still missed the mark and I made an appointment with the eye Dr associated with Target (she was great!), they replaced my glasses....AGAIN! No questions! Thankfully the third time was the charm! Thank you!

Called to schedule eye exam and was give a price of $90 for the exam. When exam was completed I was charged $138, I explained the price that was given to me and I was given the excuse by the doctor that there has been turn over in staff and that they may not have known. My response to that was, Well, you may want to provide training for your staff if they do not fully understand your pricing, policies and procedures. I do not recommend this location at all.

The glasses I purchased from here were half the cost of other quotes I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The eye exam and checkout process was quick and efficient. I received my glasses in less than a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I called them for a new test since the initial prescription didn’t work for me. Dr Norville did it at no charge. The office staff was very friendly, professional and caring. The selections and prices are great for good quality eye wear. I love my new glasses. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

I bought glasses at the Target Optical in Apex. I returned 3 different pairs of glasses, and the third pair was over the three month return date, but they worked with me till I found the perfect frame and were very friendly and professional.

The guy William Saxe is very rude lazy and disrespectful. All the ladies that worked yesterday and today were very pleasant and very helpful. He was just a plain jerk. Not only rude to me but rude to a Lady and her son that came to pick up their glasses telling her that she only had one pair ready and she was trying to explain to him she got a call saying that both glasses were ready for pick up.

Norville eye care is HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else for your eye exam. The staff is rude and act like theyre completely lost and they will try to charge you for things you dont want and didnt ask for. Just dont go there
