New owners great staff very friendly and willing to negotiate on the pricing. They diagnosed the issue with my car and were reasonable didnt try to over charge me. I appreciate the honesty thank you!!!

This place is great. The service is excellent. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. Not to mention the place was very clean unlike most shops Ive been to. Im defiantly referring all my friends and family.

I have brought my car in a few times and have been happy with the results. Detrich and Cesar are very professional. I truly trust them with my vehicle needs and recommend the shop. I have had family and friends take their vehicles there for repairs as well. Overall great customer service and work.

I have been bringing my car to fix it for 5 years. Never have I had any issues with them. Always honest and reasonably priced. They are also super friendly. Make an appointment, they get busy!

This place is horrible. 1st they charged me over 1k to do work on my car and didnt even fix the problem they gave car back to me the same as I brought it in and tried giving it back to me still having same issue and charging me over 1k still and on top of that they wreck my car backing it out of there garage and are refusing to pay for it just giving me run around about paying me I would not recommend these people to anybody.

THIS PLACES SUCKS IF YOU EVER HAD ANY WORK DONE THEIR TAKE TO ANOTHER SHOP MAKE SURE THEY DID THE REPAIRS. I WAS CHARGED 135.00 DOLLARS FOR TRANSMISSION GASKET AND FILTER KIT AND 5 QUARTS OF FLUID AT 6.95 WHICH NONE OF IT WAS EVEN DONE IF THEY DONE IT ONCE THEYVE DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES

I just want to say thank you to Detrich and Caesar of Fix It Automotive for outstanding service in the repair of my car.Friday morning around 7:00am my car died on me at the left turn light (Needless to say it was a pretty stressful situation). I called roadside service and had the car towed to Fix It Automotive. I dropped the car of with Caesar and informed him that I needed the car ASAP. He informed me they would do everything in their power to take care of me.I received a call from Caesar around 12:00pm informing me the fuel pump was bad and needed replacement. I approved the repair and was informed the car would be ready later that day.I received a call at 4:30pm informing me my car was ready for pickup unfortunately I had no way to get there and they closed at 5:00pm and are not opened on the weekend. Caesar called Detrich and informed him of my situation… Detrich agreed to come in on Saturday (his day off) so I could get my car.Once again I just want to say thank you to Detrich and Caesar of Fix It Automotive for going above and beyond to not only provide Great Service but also Great Customer Service… You really turned a bad situation around.Thank youAl Campbell

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. In this case, its REALLY due. If you are like most people, when something goes wrong with your vehicle, you are a little anxious I searched the internet and checked out shops in person for nearly a week before I found Fix It Automotive Geeks on West 10th Street in Antioch. Please take my word for it, and go there first! They run a friendly, class act family business.My initial contact was with the Manager, Ceser, who had the problem I recognized diagnosed for me at no charge. There were four separate problems (my car has 180,000 miles on it). Ceser explained each issue carefully so that I gained a full understanding of the situation at hand and how and why these issues were intertwining. He prioritized the importance of each mechanical job for me to ensure the least wear and tear on my engine and transmission as well as my wallet. He is extremely efficient, very patient and always smiles.Ceser gave me a clear and concise estimate for labor and parts and we scheduled the first two jobs for today, July 6. Although I did expect the estimate to be ballpark, I was shocked when I learned it was perfect. No surprise labor charges, no oops, we had to order another part nonsense. The work was started on time. The owners son gave me a shuttle ride to Macys. The owner himself picked me up from Macys as scheduled. The work was done on time and as promised. On completion, there was nothing for me to say but Thank you all so much!. I will call and schedule the rest of the work with Fix It Automotive Geeks because they are honest, trustworthy, thorough professionals who take great pride in their work. I know you will agree when you entrust them with one of your automotive problems!Incidentally, a dash engine warning light came on unexpectedly and they checked it out and made a recommendation as a courtesy to me - no charge. In case you did not notice it on their website, financing is available and that is just one of the many wonderful services they provide. The shop has good curb appeal - clean as a whistle! Good luck on getting your automobile fixed here. They are very inexperienced techs. Other than maybe a oil change keep on stepping. They will just mislead you on your auto repair. Take your auto to someone else to stop the hassle.
