I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but this shop has left me no choice. Being that John has fixed one of cars before I wouldn’t think I would have such an unprofessional inconsiderate just all over mess of an experience. On may 3 John towed my vehicle to his shop and took half of what I thought would be the total price. A week and 2 days pass and I have yet to hear any news or updates on my vehicle so Tuesday the 11th, I call to see what’s going on when John tells me he can’t find the parts for my car . A WEEK INTO HAVING MY CAR SIT IN THE JUNKYARD he tells me he can’t find the parts after taking 750$ of my Money. After telling him he already took a partial amount of my money and I didn’t leave my car in his possession for a week just for him to turn around and bring my car back in the same condition I released it to him in. He told me this would only be a 2 week if that job. After having to go back and fourth about fixing the car a woman calls me and tell me excuses about it being Mother’s Day tow truck issues etc. but they have all of my vehicles parts and it will be done Friday afternoon to early Saturday morning. I was suppose to receive updated photos of my vehicle Friday evening which I never received and now Saturday morning i had to call them multiple times to get no answer . Finally found a different number and now they are telling me they don’t know when my car will be finished and I can pick it up Monday. We are going on almost three weeks now. This is the worst service I have experienced by far and I will be complaint to the bar about the quality of this business. Who treats someone like this during a pandemic while having their car. It’s just shameful

Great diesel mechanic/ body work and paint.

John is very honest and to-the-point. Hell diagnose and give you an estimate, detailing exactly where every penny is going. He gets your car in and out fast! I took my truck Monday morning for a massive transmission leak, he diagnosed it by noon, and my truck was ready by closing time that same day! Hes my sons boss go-to for his work fleet. His wife Vanessa is so kind and patient, explaining whatever I didnt understand. Shes fluent in Spanish, too! Im so happy we went to him. I highly recommend Action Auto & Fleet. Definitely going back to him soon. ❣️

I recommend this place to anyone who looking for great customer service first....Johm and Vanessa are fantastic...They work efficiently and delivery quick results....I have been going to them for 3 months and they have been great with getting my car in order....I thank them so much for making sure me and my daughter is safe on the road

I was super nervous at first taking my car in for check engine light diagnostics AND John was more than helpful he was able to see there’s a problem with my sensor he ordered parts and had my 2014 Dodge Dart Ready to go a little after an hour!! John and his Wife Vanessa Are Amaaaaazing! Definitely will recommend to family and friends
