The owners wife who works office is incredibly rude and has no business working with the public and without question will NEVER have my business again. And to make matters worse they had my car all day for a quick 10 minute fix. I would have to say though the technician whos name is Keith I believe was awesome and customer service oriented. AutoTek needs to give that man a raise and learn a bit from their employee. The tech got 5 stars in my opinion.

Very Professional Establishment, I have taken a few of my vehicles here. Ask for Jay and tell him Mr. Hutchinson (Ricardo) sent you. This place is fair and cares for its customers. I repeat Jay is the man. I wouldnt trust my cars with no one else but AUTOTEK in ANTIOCH.

My old school had a electrical problem so I took it to autotek. They repaired my dash and fix my wiring. I’m thankful for that because nobody will want to do the work on my car since it’s an old school.

No lie its a good shop but they would overcharge now I have a Thunderbird 96 Ford now I wanted to get my rear wheel bearings she was going to changed me $842 but before that I looked up online how much with the labor or how much would it cost the internet told me around $210 to $240 this aint replacing no unbelievable Georgia avenue store they are lucky I got them one star or do you do a good job on my shocks that cost it $194 as long as you guys I will look up online the price of Labor okay now the owner just called me after I just left this review she just called me and said she didnt overcharge me well she was if I would have went for it so this is to the person female that just called me I appreciate everything but that price is wrong take it how you want it now call back the other bad comments that you have..🤡

I took my car to autotek because I was referred by a shop in Brentwood I had an issue with my car it will die every couple days and I took it to several shop even the dealership nobody could figure it out and I took it there because I was referred so I got a phone call from them and they say well we find the problem I was kind of shocked at the same time happy they fix my car and ImI was so impressed you know I just want to say thank you and plus they work on my budget you know because when Covid hit and I’ll let you know finances are not good everybody knows that so they did they help me out and I was very happy and now I just wanted to say again thank you

With covid i had some issues with my car, i took it Autotek and they repaired it.i was happy because they were able to work around my budget and fix my car right.

I have been coming here multiple times for years 10+ now with different cars now and I knew it would take a while but I dont know what has changed, I only know it has gone down hill from reading other reviews and my experience here. I dropped off the car on the 3rd of July not expecting for these people to touch the car nor call me. I understand its before the holiday and they are always busy. I had to call them on the 7th of July (closed on the 4th and 5th I knew that)in the morning and they hadnt inspected the car at all for the brakes or other work (primary reason I took it there) the lady said shell call me back never did that. She called me the next day on July 8th asking she didnt know what axle I wanted to change gear oil in so hadnt touched it (car has only one differential so I could tell lack of car expertise here) ok no problem yet for me. Came to pick up later that day before closing and I could still hear noise from the brakes (remember primary reason why I took it here). Paid thinking all was good but as soon I drive it off the lot I hear noise. Cleary hear noise while driving straight in a busy street. Brake and I can still hear the noise for which I per quote said brakes would be inspected. Was thinking of just taking eating the cost but thought well I paid already and if the job aint complete it aint complete. Took it back they said they would take a look at it. Im thinking good I dont mind paying more until they fix it right. Was told it was just the brake pads ok Ill pay. Came on the 14th paid and drive off the lot. What did I hear? Same noise. By now I had taken 2 days off to pick up the car, getting here itself without your car is a pain already so I was upset. After about a good 9 days waiting and thinking it was fixed and spending my time it hadnt. They said replace the rotors for 140 each I was hesitant because at this point coming back to pick my car is useless and I cant keep throwing money at something with no results. Still I was like ok if they do the rotors and replace the hubs for me for an earlier quote (hubs, rotors and brake pads) minus what I was already charged for the brake pads then Im like ok Im not that upset since after two tries already they were willing to correct their mistake. So I leave it there (doubt in my mind. Keep in mind this is the third time leaving it back to them so they can work on my brakes(main reason why I took it here)). I call them again no surprise here it seems to me that the customer has to be on top of their business. The woman picks up tells me my car is ready and now its 470 dollars for changing the rotors when before she had said 240? 😑 Im what about the hubs? She says the mechanics thought the hubs were new so they didnt do that job! Im like wow I didnt know they owned my car and they were making the decisions on what to do or not do without my consent. She says I could still get the hubs and pay more which i said I was ok for the price that I got for the hubs, rotors, brake pads and the multiple times Ive had to waste my time and money to get no service. Last time I checked Im on the pink title. So now after about 11 business days (2 weeks without my car) im out 800 plus dollars on brake pads and rotors and multiple days off from work to get a sub average service. Honestly when you have to think Id rather do it myself instead of paying the professionals to get the work done, you really have to question the business. If you want random people who are supposed to be proffesionals make choices for your car without your consent, want their customers to visit and say hi and bye multiple days on your time off, no service done to your car just test drive your own car and tell the professionals what is wrong with your car, be more than happy to eat the cost for their mistakes, interact with people who do not keep their word then come here for sure. Yet I still warn people coming here to bring a lawyer and your own mechanic from somewhere else just so that the job is done okish. Do yourself a favor dont come here.

My neighbor referred me to this shop.i had an issue that was hard to fix i have been to couple shops but i contacted jay with autotek and his team was awesome.they took care of my car and i have never been so happy.i can have a peace of mind driving my car.

Had my car towed to the shop Friday afternoon needing my starter replaced. The car sat there all Saturday without being touched. There was no communication on the delay. I had to call to to find this out. Closed on Sunday. Monday I brought the starter myself top speed up the process. They didnt start working on my car until Monday afternoon even they promised to start on my car first thing that morning. They didnt even do the other minor things I needed checked out. Told me come back Tuesday. I Dropped the car off before 9 am. Came back after 2pm assuming it was done because nobody called me and they never touched it. Go at your own risk.

They do excellent work. I have been taking my car there for years. The reason I cant give them five stars is their communication is horrible or has been with me. Anytime I have to leave my car and I am told I will get a call back in a certain amount of time or have an update on a certain day it never happens. I always have to follow-up with them.

Horrible management and communication, Crooks-kept my car for a week after smog check failed since had to go to STAR smog check,.They reset check engine light and kept car to diagnose problem and reset check engine light so had to drive around to reset. After keeping for a week,I picked up the car and they said they drove around 30 mins a day, I recorded my mileage before leaving the car and they only drove 3 miles. I already had paid before seeing the mileage and confronted them. They of course changed up story and backpedaled. I realize all they did was read original smog check report for diagnosis and charged me 200. plus for smog and diagnostic fee. Scam artists.

BE AWARE!!!! Absolutely Horrible. Please dont give them your money. They are complete scammers. Your not allowed to talk to the mechanic thats working on your car. The owner takes complete control and lies about what is actually wrong with your car. When u called the police to complain against them they already knew that this owner has issues and told us that they have calls to go to Auto tech on A st multiple times a week, and warned us not to go to them. They also have a bad reputation around the neighborhood when I asked other past customers they had nothing but bad things to say.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star but I have no choice. They are very unprofessional. People that work there have no clue whats going on. Had my car there almost a week and no one touched it. Ended up trying to charge me more for a part that I had already paid for and signed a contract with the price they gave me then ended up trying to charge me almost 600 more when they hadnt even touched my car. The black guy I think is in charge very rude has no clue what he says or what hes doing. Lost my paperwork. Couldnt find my keys... Tried to charge me 467 dollars for a part from acura which I called and it was only 237. They are trash. Never use them!!!

I’ve been having problem with my vehicle for about six months now I took it to couple different places and my car will basically just die on me while I’m driving and I have kids and I was so worried about them so one of my nurse friend heard me talk about it my car problem and she referred me to this Autotek in Antioch so I went and I spoke to jay to service writer and they assured me that if I give them time they will pin point exactly what it is but I told him that I’ve been to a couple places and I was kind of skeptical I wasn’t sure if they could do it but he told me if I give them time they will fix it so I give them about three days and I got a phone call from one of the manager and he told me they figured out that it was a short in one of my wiring and autotek fix my car and I was so happy he didnt even charge me for the effort they put into it.i appreciate you guys thank you

So far they are not looking good. Took my car earlier today just to get a diagnostic on my AC, was told by the guy who helped me that they were waiting on a mechanic to be available to check it out and that he would call me later to let me know what they discovered. Come 5:30 when they closed I called and just got the ringer and drove by there to see if maybe there was someone still there to talk to and they were completely closed and locked up. I didnt authorized my car to be there overnight and especially not over the weekend seeing as today is Saturday 8/1/20 and they seem to be closed on Sunday. Not starting off good at all, I would have just come back Monday or went somewhere else if you couldnt get to it.Update: Its 9pm and we got the car back. Glad to see someone looks at their Google reviews but still not ok with what happened. Plans were cancelled due to the fact my car wasnt available sense it was locked at their shop. There was a big lack of communication within the people at the shop but I do appreciate whomever saw the original review getting ahold of one of the shop workers to come down and get my car out of the shop for me.

They had my vehicle for 4 weeks just sitting, the work was done in about 4 hours once they started. They told me I wouldnt have to pay my deductible. Not only did I have to pay the deductible, I had to pay more. So they obviously didnt keep their word. I wouldnt use them again.

They changed my water pump and timing belts and i was able to get my car back the same day.

I got my engine replaced recently from autotek i wanted to wait a few days to see how my engine is. I am really happy with their work and the friends that are referred also tell me the same thing.they will see me again for sure.

Brought my car in because it failed smog. The technician explained to me the repairs that were needed for my car to pass smog. Great stuff and really honest I will send my daughter in to fix her car.

These guys are great!! I was having a hard time with my SAAB. The check engine light was on and at times the car would just not start. Having two kids and depending on only one car is tough. I took it to Auto Tek and they were able to figure out the problem. Now, the car starts without any issues. They were able to give me a great price considering all the work they did and they even gave me a part for free. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family, thats for sure!!

I have a SAAB and they are difficult to work on, nonetheless, I love this car. After learning that my clutch had been ruined by someone who was unauthorized to use the car, I could only have the car sit until I could save up enough money to have it fix.Having just moved to the area, finding a good Mechanic is extremely difficult let alone one that works on SAABs. While on a bike ride, I saw the shop and noticed mostly European cars were being worked on. The shop was very busy, however they took the time to acknowledge me. I explained the situation and he said he would work with me.After several months, I was able to have the SAAB towed to the shop. Once they got into the job, the technician found a multitude of issues caused by vandalism and sabotage. We went over each one and together we decided what to fix now, what could wait and how long.Due not to their lack of training but to their competence as to why my car took a bit longer than expected. They paid meticulous attention to detail and kept me in the loop every step.I gave them 5 stars. I am so very pleased and will be recommending them to everyone I know. There will be no one else who will touch any car I own, but these guys.A must for your automotive needs. EXCELLENT!!!!CHRISTOPHER DUNCAN

I showed up at 8 am in the morning when it just opened for a $100 diagnostic. No cars ahead of me. The guy said he was waiting for his mechanics then they would work on car. 12:30 pm comes around, I call and no one touched my car. He tells me there were 2 cars ahead of me all of a sudden and that he wouldnt get to it until 3pm. 3pm!!!!! They close at 5:30pm. So w.e work that would be needed would happen another day. Or they would keep my car overnight. Then when confronted he lies. Do not go there. Save your money!!!

To summarize my story, I took my vehicle to this shop for a $100 repairs and instead I ended up spending $2000 and to this very day, my automobile is still not fully repaired. These crooks wasted my time and money.
