The entire staff at Land Rover Annapolis is fantastic. Over the years we have purchased close to ten vehicles from Frank Elizondo at this dealership. Frank is an absolutely exceptional salesperson. He always goes the extra mile to take care of us. He is such a pro. We appreciate him very much and will be lifelong customers. We also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Bill this last go round and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him. He is incredibly professional and personable and went out of his way to take the time to thank us for our purchase. Travis, in finance is brilliant and such wiz. They have a sales reputation of not being great to deal with over the years. I have experienced it in the past and I feel that still holds true. I do feel professionalism is something they can work on to get all employees to the same level. No customer wants to hear derogatory comments. The ego can also stay at the water cooler vs towards the customers. I expect more from any dealership that wants to play at the luxury level. There are good apples in there so maybe it is luck of the draw. In general, I feel they are either understaffed or are utilizing their time wrong. So one has to question do you buy elsewhere if they are your local dealer or stick to other luxury brands.

Marked down to 4 of 5 stars due to a reoccurring problem. On my last visit, I complained about the brakes and they replaced the rotors and pads. The brakes remained jerky and brought it up again during my visit this week. Found out the rotors are warped. How do 6 month old rotors warp? My issue is something will have to be done in 6 months on my next visit. Whos responsible for the cost of these new rotors? troublesome.

Really poor service department. Needed to get a potentially dangerous national recall on our Range Rover done and the service department said they arent taking any new appointments for over the next three weeks! I explained the urgency as I was driving from MD to FL next next and she said her manager told her not to book anymore service for the next month. Really?! Super poor management. Either hire more mechanics or give up the dealership.

As a resident of NC, Skip made buying a car in Maryland very easy. He delivered on his promises...had the vehicle prepared and ready to go! He spent all the time I needed familiarizing me with the vehicles features, but not too long since I had a 4.5 hour journey home. Since inventory was non-existent in NC, and after much internet searching, Land Rover Annapolis had the best selection and the best prices by far! Great experience!

Would give 5 Stars excels for the fact that the extended warranty they sold me was misrepresented. I was told the years and mileage began the day I purchased vehicle and not the I service date.After going home and reading the contract it says it starts on vehicle in service date so instead of thinking I purchased a 6 year warranty I only got 2 years.Called and left message for Business Manager to call me back to discuss.If outcome is favorable for me I will update rating.Other than that the buying experience was great.

I only chose one star because I could not choose anything less. They canceled my appointment without talking to me. I scheduled an appointment weeks ago. Thursday afternoon the day before my 7:40am Friday appointment I received a voicemail canceling my appointment. I called Steve back just like the voicemail stated multiple times and left 2 voicemails and no return call. I took off from work to get my car fixed and not even a call back. No respect for anyone else but themselves. Landrover needs to really get involved in the customer service or lack of customer service. This is not the first lane rover dealer that treats there customers this way. Penske team is a lot better than this.

Jonathan was great. I was not happy that I left a message for Mike to call me back about something that I needed him to order so it would be available when I brought my truck in for service. Not only did he not call me back he did not write the order up properly and now I have to make a special trip back down. Jonathan took care of it and tried to make things right and I really appreciate that. I purchased an expensive vehicle and I’m paying for my service so a return call wasn’t too much to ask. A two minute conversation would have gone a long way. Anyway, I will only work with Jonathan for future service.

I have visited several dealers in the beltway for both sales and service. This is the most consistent in my opinion. I always see the same faces which I like. I was very pleased with my service advisor JR for taking the time to explain about DPF regeneration that needed to be done since previous dealer missed it at last service. Even was suggested to go back to them, but didn’t want to waste more time at the previous dealer. Keep up the good work!

The salesperson and receptionist were extremely friendly when I walked through the door. Unfortunately, my service person was not. I took my truck in for service. He was Mr. We Cant, May Not, Wont. We may not be able to honor the coupon we sent to your home, We may not be able to provide you with a loaner car, You may not have any services left on your package and the service may be really expensive. He does not reflect the experiences we usually have at your dealership.

I have a Jaguar F Type that I will only take to Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis for servicing of any type. The service, sales and administrative sales staff are always friendly and accommodating. Everything I ask to have checked out or addressed is immediately done. Nothing unnecessary is recommended or asked of me to be fixed, replaced or repaired. I always have a loaner car ready and waiting for me and it is a very nice type of loaner. Johnathan, my service advisor, is always informative and expeditious with his communication back towards me. My next vehicle will certainly be purchased from Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis. Please keep up the great work. If I could give them a zero or negative rating I would!! My sales rep was great. However the management and Business office showed complete and unacceptable discrimination against who they choose to sell their cars to. Please Do Not support this dealership and Do Not buy a car from them. I spent all afternoon there. Test drove 2 cars. Then made a phone call home about the car I wanted to buy and then started the application process. Meanwhile at the same time another couple decided to test drive the car I wanted with another sales rep. After waiting for over 1 hour for the business office to complete my paper work I was informed that the management decided the other couple would get the car? We over heard the wife say that she was not leaving without the car. So even though my application was in before they even finished their test drive the management chose to let them buy the car instead of me. I requested an explanation from the manager several times and He just repeated that was their decision. No explanation. They refused to give me an answer. I know why. I am a single mother and I had an African American sales representative. I am sure I do not make as much money as the other couple who also had a Caucasian sales rep. My 17 year old daughter got a first hand lesson on complete discrimination. Completely Unacceptable to treat customers this way! Please do not do business with this car dealership!! I absolutely won’t!!

I found a beautiful Jeep Wrangler in their inventory from a used vehicle ad on cargurus.com. Kelley reached out to me via email right away! I offered my cell number to text and she was very responsive. She set up a time for me to come test drive vehicle and made sure the Jeep went through inspection/detailing in a timely manner. At the dealership she answered all my questions and was accommodating during the entire purchasing process. I was able to leave with the vehicle the same day! The salesman, Frank, that we worked with was very quick to respond to our inquiry into a Used Vehicle for sale on their lot. The vehicle was very clean and the price had just been reduced. The sales floor was very clean and offered a comfortable place to wait. The financial guy was quick with our paperwork. I liked the technology of paperless documents and a thumb drive at the end instead of a stack of papers. Overall, a very good experience. We would use this dealership again without question.

BEWARE -Part 2 - This review is after the fact - My sales person was awesome and his review was excellent and five stars. However, i purchased a Range Rover Sport from this dealership three months ago. Please note - do not have any issues - They do not return calls nor satisfy their customers after the purchase. They consistently sends me to a voice mail with no return calls. SO.... You would not expect to purchase a vehicle for 56K and the battery dies in three weeks and car has to be towed. Then to learn two months later that the tires are bad except for one of them; along with the steering shaft. I discovered these issue about the steering shaft from another dealership and vendor after Annapolis claimed to have fix the issue with the steering wheel reported. It may not happen to you but be mindful to let an outside vendor check the vehicle before a month ends. It appears this truck was a trade in and placed on lot to sell without truly checking the vehicle. I am so upset because I had refused to buy from an outside dealership rather than Landrover expecting better service and respect. I am just alerting all to make sure the vehicle is checked out and not have any concerns.. I am in process of speaking with an attorney. SAD I have yet received any calls after numerous attempts and now hearing from other dealerships the complaints of poor service at the Annapolis dealer. So sad...
