And that one yes came from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis - The Manager Matt! Very professional on the phone and in person. Drove into the garage and was greeted by Matt and his team, VIP feeling for sure. Start to finish. He heard the excessive noise my truck was making as soon as I pulled in and immediately got it in rotation to be worked on. I was not worried about the wait time because again, I was a squeeze in. Matt made sure he kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my car issue was resolved. Will definitely be my “go to” for any of my car services. My only regret now, is not buying my vehicle from the Annapolis location :-). I am happy and satisfied. I found several vehicles at this dealership that I wanted to test drive. I completed the interest form online and received a text within minutes to let me know that the vehicles were still available. I met the salesman at the dealership and test drove 2 of the vehicles that I was interested in. I loved the 2nd one so we purchased it. Very smooth transaction. Enjoyed the first class service from driving in the garage through checking out. This location is right on target with timing and the ambiance is perfect to relax or get some work done with snack and beverage options. The only advice would be to make sure the technicians do not make changes to vehicle settings or alert the customer that it was probably changed. I’d give fivestars if it wasn’t for their lack of evidence based mask mandates. Absolutely ridiculous. Your immune system should not rely upon how others take care of themselves. Social distancing is absolutely able to be accomplished, which is far superior to dirty, cross contaminated masks.Had I even been informed prior to my visit by text or call, I would have made other arrangements like getting a rental car or getting picked up. This wouldn’t be nearly as big of a deal.The staff rarely wear them and disagree with the requirement. Your staff, who I have spoken with are incredibly kind and are very helpful; always.I could understand if it was mandated by the state or county, BUT it’s not.Do better. All I ask is for better communicate for your paying customers. I won’t be buying another car from this location.

I stopped by Sheehy Infiniti without an appointment when my G35X unexpectedly developed an electrical issue while visiting Annapolis. Took my vehicle in for its first oil change since purchasing. Cannot say enough about the prompt and courteous service and attention both my car and I received! Sheehy Infinitys service department runs like a well oiled machine but that does not mean you feel herded through. Good Evening All,We are so pleased, from start to finish…from the gentlemen that met us at the entrance to Summer fitting us in (due to our scheduled appointment ultimately not being on the schedule for the day) and finally the mechanic.I had an idea of what the issue was and although Summer stated that it’s a rare item that’s repaired, she confirmed my suspicions and relayed the info to me as well as the estimate. I knew it was an expensive fix, but if done correctly by a seasoned mechanic, it would be well worth it for the longevity of my son’s vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic beforehand and Summer took the time and made it happen based on his schedule as well as mine and it didn’t take long. Both of them were very professional and the mechanic was quite knowledgeable of the task at hand.Considering my deceased uncle used to fix all of my vehicles, I believe he would have agreed that this was the best decision as well. I’m sure thIs was not an easy task, but it was well worth it and the smile on my son’s face should be of the highest praise to your team as well. I cannot thank Summer and the mechanic enough. I believe this was the best investment that I’ve made in a long time. The repairs that were made on this vehicle were well worth the time and money. We walked in the dealership on a hot afternoon unsure what we were lookIng for! We were greeted at the front desk and never looked back. Walked around and took a test drive. Spoke to our salesman Geoff at great lengths about what we thought we wanted. He showed us many options and was very patient. Although they did not have what we wanted on their lot, Geoff went above and beyond to find our car. We live two hours away and it was delivered to us by Geoff less than a week after we stepped foot in the doors of the dealership. I always experience zero pressure when I take my car for service there. All of these service advisors I have worked with through the years and most recently Paul, have been professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They are communicative throughout the service process, whether Im waiting there or elsewhere. The waiting area is very very nice and I have worked remotely (on my laptop) from there many times without any issues. The location is super easy too, right off of route 50. So no need to go through any City traffic. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! I purchased a car from Carvana. The check engine light came on after the 3rd day. (things happen) I followed Carvanas process, (which is also great), and took my vehicle to Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. Summer was fantastic at assisting and serving as my advocate. She provided me with a loaner and had the service team foreman (Kevin... who rocks!) diagnose and fix my issue. She contacted me every day (they had my vehicle for about 6 days because my issue was a manufacture defect) to give me an update on everything. Everyone I came in contact with from the cashiers to the service bay attendants exemplified superior customer service. Summer is a valuable asset... and because of my experience, this dealership will continue to service my new vehicle (Steadman I call him) for the life of the vehicle. Easy 5 stars. Came with my girlfriend to help her purchase a car. Trent did a great job with making conversation, being straight forward, and helping the time pass by while we were waiting for insurance. We ran into some inconveniences (due to outside parties not the dealership), Trent went out of his way to drive for 3 hours to get a signature from my girlfriends grandma that was co-signing that was the opposite was that we lived from. He saved us 5 hours of driving and overall a great guy. This dealership has great people.

After going back and forth with Sheehy Lexus for months (located right next door) who ORIGINALLY sold me my car, I was frustrated because their communication was very poor. Sheehy Infiniti was able to take care of me properly. They had no problem answering my questions and explaining my tag and title process, along with reaching out and communicating with me. I was assured that the car was “reserved” after completing their credit application. After waiting almost two weeks I find out they sold the car to someone else. I brought my truck in for repair on the sunroof. Matt and his technicians were able to come up with a work around even though my vehicle was not the brand sold it this store. Using their service department at another store they came up with a plan and were able to fix the problem with my sunroof.

There’s was absolutely no hassles or issues.I recently came back for service and Phil assisted me. The service went well and it was pretty quick. He even Told me when I should return for my next service. I’ll be looking forward to coming back.

When entering Sheehy Infinity we were immediately met with a warm greeting. Nick Verklin was my salesman and was the epitome of a gentleman. He took time to learn about me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. When we went for a test drive he explained all the features of the car before I drove it. This was the only salesperson who has done this during my search. I was so impressed with the car, and his professionalism, I bought two cars that evening- one for my son and one for me! It was truly an enjoyable experience unlike the 5 other dealerships I dealt with. I highly recommend the dealership and Nick!

When I submitted an online inquiry regarding a vehicle that I was interested in, Mr. Matthews responded promptly with detailed information about the vehicle in question as well as scheduled an appointment in order for me to visit the showroom & test drive the vehicle. Mr. Matthews also has excellent time efficiency, I was in and out for the entire process! I definitely will be referring individuals to this dealership.

Fantastic dealership!! Trent was fantastic and overall the sales experience was comfortable and friendly.Would buy a car from there again!Update: had to take off 3 stars. Not so sure about using this dealer in the future. The truck i bought had to be returned to the dealer twice for repair, only after 30 or so days of ownership. Yes it was used, but still, disheartening. Second Matt in the Service area has been amazing, everyone else has either been rude, impossible to get, or just not there. My temp tags expire in 5 days and I YET have to hear about the tags from the MVA. I have called twice now trying to reach someone and I might as well out in my back yard and scream as it seems to have the same effect. TLDR: will be all hugs and smiles until you sign the dotted line. then good luck. Except for Matt. Dude was amazing.

Besides the fact that I love my QX80 and had a QX56 for 12 years prior. The reason I continue to go back to Sheehy INFINITY of Annapolis is the service team.Many talk a good game, but Sheehy INFINITY of Annapolis delivers for their customers.Thanks for all your help over the years! Excellent

The appointment was kept on time. The car was there for test driving when we arrived. Brian, the salesperson, was very personable and responsive. Josh, the Sale Manager, made the right price of the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience of buying the brand new QX55 at Sheehy!
