Had a very pleasant experience with Hayden B. at this store. He was very personable and professional, and I didnt feel pressured at all. He directed me to several different mattresses that he felt would meet my needs and I was allowed to spend as much time as I wanted checking them out. I made a decision and purchased a hybrid mattress set. It was in stock and delivered early the next week. The only thing I wish I had known, and maybe he told me and I missed it in all the information he provided me, was that my new mattress would be quite a bit firmer than the one I tested in the store. I see from online reviews that it takes 30-60 days to break in a new hybrid mattress (and probably why they wont accept a return before 30 days). Hopefully Ill be more comfortable sleeping after that time frame. Hayden himself was wonderful to work with and Im hoping hell be available if I need to return to the store again.

This place is great, I’m a multiple time return customer. What I like about it is they genuinely want to help you find the right mattress that works for you, not sell you on the latest gimmicks. Other places I’ve gone just feel like sleazy used car salesman type place. This experience here is very helpful and top notch. I had the best experience at this Mattress Firm. I ran into an issue where I online ordered a box spring that was too large for my apartment stairs, and the box spring was ultimately not delivered to my apartment. I had difficulty using the online customer service robot to explain my dilemma, so I visited this location in person. I explained my situation to the Sales Manager Hunter, and he was able to swiftly solve my problem by reviewing my order and creatively and effectively working with the warehouse and internal softwares to adjust it based on my needs. Hunter ensured that I will have a new split box frame in a matter of days and that I was charged correctly for the service. Hayden was fantastic and walked us through several different levels of mattress before we picked on. He was extremely knowledgeable about each mattress and how it would affect our sleep.

First off, the cleanliness of this store during the pandemic was great to see. They also had covers for the pillows you can use while trying out mattresses; something we did not get while visiting mattress firm across the street. Hayden was very helpful explaining the differences between each mode of mattress and power base. Did not feel pressured to spend more than we were comfortable, and he gave us the time and space to make a decision. Setting up our order and delivery was easy and the quick communication between us and the store over text was a plus.

Hayden was so great to work with as we were looking for our new mattress. We came in knowing a little about what we wanted and he helped guide us and answer questions as they came up. He also helped us through financing the mattress. Our mattress was recently delivered and there was a slight mix up but the delivery men fixed everything that day and we love our new mattress.

He was very helpful, but not pushy like some of the big box stores can be.The store has many of the most popular models available, but the website has a much wider selection. As such, if you shop online first, the physical store may not have the model youre looking for available to try. The salespeople are very upfront though and willing to help you find somewhere to try it out, if thats important to you.

We were looking for a mattress for my mom who has arthritis and trouble resting well. The sales manager, Hayden, was so helpful! We were there for nearly two hours, lying on several mattresses and then narrowing the choice to two. Hayden was so patient. He gave us a mini education in all the complexities of mattress structure, materials, what suits which kind of sleeper, why the price differences, features that provide greater durability, warranties, etc. He clearly wanted us to end up with the mattress that would work best. That was his only agenda. And after all that time, my mom couldnt make up her mind. This was the first store wed visited. Hayden was fine with that. He sent us home with info. on the two mattresses and sent us some web sites where we could learn more and do some comparisons. Overall, a very positive experience. We will probably make our final purchase here.
