Hunter Holland was very helpful in figuring out how I could purchase a TheraPedic mattress topper and a cooling pillow from California and having it ready for pickup for my trip to Ann Arbor. Even though it was not a high sale mattress, Hunter was on top of my order and took extra steps to ensure the pick up in Ann Arbor easy.

My mattress buying experience was very fast and efficient. The salesperson did not try to up sell me. I tried a few mattresses, and got exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes. Delivery was fast and next day. This was a relief after recently having a bad experience at a different local store.

I bought a mattress on June 2 2021 and I was supposed to have had it delivered on the 18th. The time frame I was given was 8am-8pm. So I waited and waited, hours went by and by 5pm I was getting worried so I called the office and the sales manager checked the computer to see what happened on why I still didnt get my delivery yet. It turned out that I was not in the system scheduled for a delivery. Even though my receipt showed the 18th date. I was so angry, all those hours I waited for nothing. The guy couldnt explain what happened. so he scheduled another date for delivery wich was the 20th. And I told him if I dont get my mattress by the 20th, I want my refund. it turned out that I was only getting my box spring on the 20th and mattress on the 27th. So at that point I couldnt trust there delivery system. So I said Im done I want my money back. He said my refund would take 7-10 business days. I was really looking forward to getting my mattress too. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. Thats why people need to know my bad experiences with this company. So it doesnt happen to anyone one else.

Just upgraded to our first adult mattress! We headed to the Mattress Firm in Cranbrook Village without an extremely clear idea of what we were looking for or how to buy a mattress. Luckily, Hunter was working tonight and was able to answer ALL of our questions, make sure we were asking him the right questions, and make sure that we were getting exactly what we needed out of our new sleeping solution.We have a complex situation where we each prefer polar opposites on the scale of plushness to firmness, one of us sleeps incredibly hot, and the other snores. Taking all of this into account, Hunter made sure that we were taken care of. Hes extremely knowledgable about every brand in his store, and made us feel heard when he asked us questions and we talked through our answers. Hunter was great to work with and we enjoyed every moment of our 2+ hours in the store as we evaluated every kind of mattress possible (like I said, this is our first adult sleep solution).If youre going to Mattress Firm, make sure to ask for Hunter! The thought of shopping for mattresses had always been kind of stressful to think about but Hunter made it stress-free and fun. 10/10 would recommend!

I worked with Blake Thornton at the Cranbrook Village location in A2. He was very helpful, without the high pressure sales approach but cared truly about what was important to me. He matched discounts and put negotiated return policy waiving restocking fees if unsatisfied and trial periods in writing to match what I could get directly from the manufacturer online that can sometimes be difficult to work with. Even though there is a mattress firm closer to where I live I went with this location simply because of my experience with Blake and wanted to make sure he got the hard earned commission he deserved. I Highly recommend Blake.

Went in after buying a highly reviewed mattress at Costco that ended up not working for me at all, and Caton helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs in no time. Went here with no idea what we were looking for and kind of on a budget. Caron worked with us and found us the perfect bed and walked us though all the financing. We didn’t feel uncomfortable and felt so welcomed and informed. 100% recommend to anyone and we for sure will be back in the future for our other bedroom bed replacements.

We have been shopping around for a new mattress set and comparing prices. We went to one of the big box furniture stores who we have had a horrible experience with in the past and just could not give them another chance. Excellent selection, tidy store, intentional Covid precautions, and superior customer service. Caton was our salesman and he was incredibly knowledgable and magnificently attentive. He spent a ton of time walking us through the benefits and challenges with each mattress (my partner and I are both stomach sleepers, so we were in search of the appropriate balance of firm and comfortable). He did not trying to direct us to the most expensive line in the store, but gave us honest and helpful feedback on what we could expect across all styles and quality.I was quite nervous to take the plunge and invest in a higher quality mattress, but Caton made the whole event comfortable and easy to understand, including the option to finance and the ins and outs of maintaining our eligibility for warranty. 10/10!

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm today with no intentions to buy, only to look and see what we would like to buy in the near future. Kyle was working by himself today (being a Sunday- we had the store to ourselves). He really took the time and answered all of our questions with great knowledge. Initially, he asked us what kind of mattress we were looking for/what kind of mattress we currently had. We were looking for a foam mattress. Kyle let us decide where we wanted to start, he did not lead us in any specific direction (I.e. highest price). We ended up at the tempurpedic beds after we laid on all of the other foam mattresses and fell in love with it in the store. He told us all the pros of this mattress and gave us his review of his own tempurpedic at home. Our experience at Mattress Firm was great and the customer service was even better. Would definitely recommend spending your money and time at this Mattress Firm.

Even though they only were open per appointment, they let us in anyway. We didn’t really intend to buy anything, but we ended up buying a mattress, pillows and sheets. We saved over $400 because of Memorial Day sales and Jay set us up with the financing and it went smoothly. Really nice people and service.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for a mattress for our new home. The free adjustable base is an awesome offer right now, but decided to go with the upgraded base after getting the chance to experience it in person. Wow! Who would have thought that buying a new bed could be relatively painless. From the showroom to delivery and installation, Mattress Firm did a great job. We needed to purchase a split King with adjustable base and Blake, the store manager, did a great job walking us through the steps and getting us a fair price! He knew his stuff! The Red Carpet (they literally put down a red carpet) delivery was seamless. They were within their prescribed 2 hour delivery window and I received automated calls to confirm the delivery as well as when the truck was 20 minutes out. INCREDIBLE service at this Ann Arbor location.On a trip (from Rochester, NY) to Ann Arbor, MI to visit friends, we stopped at Mattress Firm to check out the Purple Mattress (which is not readily available from a brick & mortar store in our area). We had no intention of buying a bed during our visit (remember, we were from out of state) and we simply wanted to try out the Purple.Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Blake Thornton and Levon Flores. These guys were incredibly friendly and never pushy. As Levon took care of other customers, we spent a lengthy time with Blake as we asked questions and he, skillfully, answered. Blake was informative and helpful in every way. He even moved the Purple mattress for us from its stationery bed frame to the opposite end of the store so we could try it out on an electric, adjustable bed frame. We never felt pressured. Blakes approach was to provide information and he did so in the friendliest manner. At the end of the day, based on the product, the very reasonable price, the offer to have the bed delivered to us in New York at no extra charge and the incredible service by Blake Thornton, we made a bed purchase that day!
