Walked in to add 3 lines from Verizon, and upgrade 5 phones. Grant was awesome from the beginning! He walked us through the cost of the unlimited plan, trade in amount for our old phones, and the cost of the new iPhone 11’s. We checked with Verizon, and their plan for 5 lines was over $100 more per month, and over $100 more out of pocket at check out! Grant transferred all of our data to our new phones from the old phones, put our screen protectors on, and was fast and efficient! Great experience from start to finish, and didn’t have to wait 1 minute. Walked in, we were greeted immediately, and helped right away. Great overall experience, and we are loving our new iPhone 11 Pro Max’s!

I went in looking for an IPhone upgrade and Travis met me at the door with a friendly greeting which lead into why I was there. He proceeded to take me through the differences in the new model in an easy and understandable way. His explanation made not only my decision easy but made my visit pleasurable. Travis is very business oriented and knows how to notonly speak on behalf of the company but is very adapt at friendly communications skills. This is a special talent these days and really glad to see how well he can solve customer problems with it ending in a win for both parties. Travis has A bright future and will continue to produce no matter the position he is in and I can see him in bigger leader and manager positions down the road. Thank you for fixing my IPad. It stopped working and would not turn on (frozen in the off position) after the last apple update, and the person working (forgot his name) had it turning back on within 15 seconds of me walking in the door. If I called apple, it would have taken a lot longer just to even talk to a real person!

Staff did not know the products that they sell. I had questions about a product that I had recently purchased and no luck with in person. I called in and waited the standard 45 min for help.

Josh was SO helpful and friendly while helping my mom and I today. He sold me the Galaxy S9+ and I love it! Great service (:

Travis at the Andover store location was great ! No wait, new phone purchase and set up went very quickly, had the answers to all my questions l have been an AT&T customer for many years and will continue.

They close early went in 20 mins before they are supposed to close to buy a phone case a simple task that would take maybe 3 min and the guy says oh we’re closed go to coon rapids they have a wide selection. He said it like he was doing us a solid by saying that. The worst part is we are not even AT&T customers we just wanted a phone case for a IPhone. To lazy to ring up a case.

Fail. Stopped in to switch my plan. After about 20 minutes of him messing around in my account I was told I had to go to a “corporate” location. Apparently this is a “franchise” location. He also managed to delete my employee discount and couldn’t put it back. Save yourself and keep driving to a different location.

AWESOME customer service. This location is extremely convenient being at the corner of Bunker Lake and Hanson Boulevard. They also have a great selection products.

Great location and friendly experts here make sure you are taken care of. This is My One stop shop for directv! Huge savings with no more huge cable Bill.

I sat for nearly an hour outside of the store during the posted open hours because the store was locked and there was a sign on the front door that said “out for lunch, be back soon.” They didn’t come back soon, and I had to leave without getting my business taken care of.

This store was very helpful in assisting me in transferring data from my old blackberry Z10 to my current Android smartphone. The old phone had a failing USB port but we were still able to move most of the contacts and data leaving little for me to manually. The employees were very patient and friendly even during this difficult process. Thanks!

Came in the door and was not greeted. Then waited 15 minutes and another couple came in and was immediately greeted. This is one of 5 terrible AT &T experiences we have had in the last month. Switching to VZW.
