Nilson was exception. I was so impressed I asked how long he had working for Verizon. Only months! I’ve been a teacher for 50 years - he is extraordinarily capable and talented. I ordered the phone on line after stopping in the store to hear it was back ordered. I purchased the phone via the app, asked that the phone be shipped to the store. Instead they shipped it to me. If employees work on commission the Verizon needs to do better, be better as this exceptional young man missed out on what he is due.

Jonathan at the Andover, MA, Verizon store, was a lifesaver, and was very quick, smart, and knowledgeable. My old phone died, and he was able to transfer my contacts and apps to the new phone off of the cloud. Another Verizon dealer, closer to my home, was not as open to helping me. Thank you. Jonathan, for your help. Please, someone give this man a raise or promotion!

In December 2020 my husband needed a new phone and went to the Verizon Store in Andover, MA. The sales person told him that a Verizon Orbic Speed Mobile Hotspot device was required for the great deal he was giving him. It was a completely false statement. It was a device that wasnt needed and we have to pay $10.08 a month. I tried remove this device from our account but was told by Verizon there was a $300 termination fee. So a dishonest sales person trying to make their monthly quota sold a completely useless product. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

I needed to replace my Iphone and these guys did a great job. Jonathan was able to transfer all my data and I was able to get a phone charger, case, and screen protector for the same price as verizon online was charging for just the phone. Great service and price! Thank you.

Very unfriendly guy, who clearly did not want to be there, was curt. Misrepresented the Verizon plan and when pointed out for defensive. They clearly did want the business.

I started looking for phones because I had a particular need for a phone that had long battery life. doing this online was very difficult cuz I couldnt ask any questions and they were just a whole bunch of things I wanted to know before I made my decision so I ended up going to a Verizon store. Erick went through all the possible plans and told me what my best options were. I picked the phones I wanted and he told me come back Monday and wed finish the deal. Come monday, everything went like clockwork he transferred all the data from our old phones to the new ones even help me set up a very critical app that I was buying the phones for so Im very pleased with the whole process.

The sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable about the products and prioritize on customer needs. He made the process of upgrading my phone super easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to any customers who may be visiting the store for phone purchase or upgrade. Verizon is the best, from a loyal customer for 9 years.

Generally Ive been very pleased and the service has been excellent. But this time they drop the ball I ordered the cover which was first supposed to come in on Tuesday then Wednesday and I finally came in I think Thursday or Friday. And they look at me and asked me if I had paid for it and what card did I use. Then they finally checked the computer and found out that the cover the display cover was at the sister store in Andover as opposed to the one in North Andover. This was very frustrating for me and chose negligence because they were supposed to call me when the cover came in. And I told them of this promise each time.But the other 90% of the time 95% of the service was excellent the attention was excellent so I am going to write it off as a outlier. Because I think fundamentally theres still very good.

This store is clean and I usually am helped quickly. The store manager is friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. I dropped a star because the employees often arent wearing masks, which can expose vulnerable customers to Covid-19.

Nice place. An employee called Eric helped me get a better phone than I was looking for for less money than the original.

Jonathan was super helpful and efficient. He was juggling several customers but managing to get everything done and communicated well about how long it would take. In the end we got the new phone and old line transferred to old phone and were up and running!This is a smaller store and they only had the new models on the iPhone in stock so I ended up getting a more expensive phone than I had planned but it was worth it because of the location and service.

Unpleasant purchase experience at this location. Buying a phone really is pretty simple and should be transparent. Unfortunately this was not the case. The sales team aggresively sold accessories and charged $150 more than you can buy the same phone anywhere else. They did agree to take the phone back and provide a credit so we can shop elsewhere.

John at Verizon in Andover is my new hero. I received a phone call today from my 91-year-old mother, a virtual prisoner in her care facility called Edgewood. She and hundreds of her fellow residents there we’re under severe lockdown, not being allowed out of their apartments at all because of the life-threatening conditions affecting the entire world, the elderly Being the most vulnerable. My mom was in tears, her lifeline to the outside world has been disrupted as her cell phone, an old flip phone, had finally broken and she felt more isolated than ever. My mom had gone through the great depression and World War II and knew what hardship was all about. Not having left the confines of her small apartment for weeks, and having lost her husband and becoming wheelchair-bound all in the last year, this pandemic and the lockdown we’re almost too much for her. Hearing of the plight of my mother, and the pleading in my voice, John offered to drive an hour and a half to pick up the phone he did not have in stock and drop it off at my moms care facility, all within minutes of my call.All of this was for a customer he had never met but his empathy and customer service oriented approach was obviously something that were more than just words or a slogan. I called my mother and told her to expect a hand delivered, programmed phone that same morning, and she was in disbelief. Not being allowed out of her apartment she was unable to pass her gratitude along, so I hope my story can suffice instead.Thanks again John,-Henry in California

I took an entire hour for me to decide on a phone that was right for me and a payment method that I liked. The guy who was in at the time was named Edwin I believe, and he was patient and informed and helpful. I don’t write reviews, but it was a situation where I was taking just SO LONG felt he had a right to be impatient and wasn’t.

Shady experience yesterday at this store. Purchased a new iPhone XS Max, was told to pick out a case and screen protector, I asked “is it included in the price?” Answer “yes” then asked if I would like the $13 a month insurance my answer “no”. Time to pay, charge for screen protector and case, I question it he says he can take off $20 I said I would rather not buy them. He takes the screen protector off my new phone and puts it on his phone and takes both items off my bill (acted like it was a big bother). This morning I get an email from Verizon thanking me for purchasing the $13 protection plan for my new phone. Call the manager this morning he was so busy with his corporate call and customers that he put me on mute while I was talking to him and fluffed me off like “waterever mister” told me to quite the protection plan in the app and he will talk to the employee. Entire experience was a joke. I would not recommend this “Authorized Retailer”

Walked in to setup my email on my smart phone and dealt with Manny and Nate. They were very helpful and professional. Would like to go back for all my future cell phone purchases. I wish more local stores were this helpful. Although they are now located at 77 Main Street in Andover MA

Not a fan of anything verizon so this store falls inline with my thoughts. Way to expensive for a phone service and all the hidden fees involved

Went in to store with brand new iPad purchased from Verizon in CA. It would not open e-mail or function correctly. The guys in the store were VERY nice, but essentially clueless as to how to diagnose or correct the problems and/or settings. I was in the store at least 45 minutes.When I got home to my own Verizon store, it took the tech 3 seconds to diagnose the problem and 2 minutes to fix it.
