Broke into twice in 3 weeks. Management never on-site, more often than not gate is not functioning and has been left open. Unable to receive call back, when I spoke to representatives at help center (always told in process of hiring new management). Did supposedly speak with district manager after first break in, but was by luck we ran into this person tried numerous times to reach by number he gave me but never answered are received a call back. Over $1500 worth of stuff stolen plus still waiting on estimates to replace locks that where broken from second time. Was a good place to store stuff 3 months ago but as of recently place has become run down.

It has storage that you can rent and is in America. So it delivers on every part of its name.

We had a great experience with this sroa location. Mike was ALWAYS friendly and was available to help from the beginning to the end...we needed storage for about 6 months. Very convenient location for us as well. We are glad to be done with storage simply because we found property, but we would not hesitate to use them again, and we would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mike!

Was told another storage place was actually cheaper by gentleman behind counter. Told them we couldnt get them to answer si he them sold us what seemed to be the highest lrices one he had ....he was very unprofessional and even hollered at us about leaving a mattress instead of asking us when we had not been previously told

My co-parent and i have had a shared unit out here for over a year now, and i cant say anything bad about the place. The fact that they arent 24 hours can be slightly inconvenient, but honestly considering how close it is to the infamous mill hill - you cant really blame them for enforcing strict rules about that sort of thing. The owner is the only staff ive ever ran into, but hes a pretty alright dude. Unless its just me, and i doubt that it is, he seems to actually make sure to make acquaintances with the folks that have units here... He has spoke with me on a friendly basis several times, knows my face and the vehicles i drive - which i imagine is vitally important in keeping out folks that have no legitimate reasons to be there, keeping his actual customers possessions safe and sound. Like i said, i cant say anything bad about the place. Fair warning tho - as bossman told me once when we first moved our stuff into our unit.... Be out the gate by 10pm sharp, if not you will be trapped behind the locked gate until local authorities arrive to escort you from the premises. Yikes!

I dont know if EVERY location is as great as the one in Anderson, SC, but we have been treated like royalty! Every convenience has been offered to us and Michael has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome, help with specific move in needs, and has accomodated our every wish! I recieved an email informing me that my storage unit was changed to my brothers name. I never gave the facility permission in fact I was not contacted. I immediately went to the facility and was told that my brother told him that he had power of attorney over me, he claimed to have left it at home. The clerk said he felt pressured and that my brother was badgering him so he did it. I spoke to the district manager he advised that he was not aware of this transaction, but that doesnt change anything. Very poor handling of a contract!

My ex boyfriend had his storage broken in twice in the same week and when he asked them to check their security camera, he was advised it did not have a tape in it to record. So whats the point in having a camera.......false security. Two weeks later it was under new management👀👀!

Very Neat, Organised & Clean With A Friendly & Really Helpful Staff.UPDATE: Entire mini bldg packed floor 2 ceiln wiped out, stolen after employee talked 2 som1 (had 2 b the movers I hired but no proof) with no id verification it was me & the $13 extra of the $89 I paid every month 4 what they said was mandatory insurance was then told wasnt REALLY an insurance policy @ all but they cudnt explain it exactly. Filed police report, etc but got nothn. Nada. Zip. Out over $6000 n mostly new, unopened boxes I had been struggling on fixed income 2 collect almost 3 yrs 2 replace items damaged/lost when home flooded. Not enuff tears n the universe.....
