Amanda was so helpful! I wasn’t able to make it to the office on my original move-in date, but was able to keep my reservation and get the paperwork signed the very next day. My unit was very neat and clean when I started loading and customer service was perfect! Amanda is awesome and very friendly and was ready to address and answer all of my concerns and questions, and I was happy with the monthly rate here for my rental. Highly recommend!!

Amazing storage unit and clean. Me and my gf are beyond grateful for Mrs.Amanda. She went above and beyond her job description. She changed our trailer tire for us and refused to have anything in return. She deserves a promotion and her true personality really shows. Thank you so so much!!!

I First Started using this storage facility Mid July. It was Called CubeSmart at the time. Facility was not the cleanest but I made it work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I own a local business and I use this facility to manage my inventory. My first delivery got returned because I did not sign a key release form. Finally got that sorted out and beginning of September, the store went under new management and became what we know now as Store Ease. As Stated earlier, I use the facility to manage my inventory. shortly after Store Ease took over I noticed my packages were either being delayed or just not reaching my unit anymore. Checked tracking and one was rerouted to ups (not upon my request) and the others were left at front desk. I head to ups to pick up the package that was redirected there and UPS cannot locate the items. I received a call from store ease asking to come pick up my packages from the front desk. I come to the storage facility to speak to the manager on duty to see what was going on and she informs me that 4 boxes arrived. I kindly told her I previously signed a key release form and she tells me she could not find the key Which I found to be very unprofessional being that I receive packages here regularly and speak with the staff all the time. She informed me that they were going to be switching to combination locks and that next time my packages should be received. I asked her is there anything they would need me to do to ensure the whole process is smooth and clear. She says everything is fine or will be taken care of. 3 days later my packages are denied again and returned to sender. Highly Upset, I call the facility to see whats the issue now and they tell me they no longer accept packages, which again I found to be SOO unprofessional! Staff needs to be on the same page and not giving out misinformation! I am losing out on money and wasted time traveling back and fourth across Anderson just for more than half of my packages to not be located! I would HIGHLY recommend finding another storage Facility. I had to fight spiders and even roaches some days. The only reason I stayed with the facility was because it was close to my place of business but, you can find better, cheaper and cleaner storage facilities throughout anderson.

This was the greatest experience renting this storage space. I called the 800 number and was able to set everything up over the phone. What I didn’t realize was the customer service representative had given me a much larger space than I needed, even though I told him exactly what I was storing. When I got there Amanda assisted me and noticed that I could use a smaller space so she made the change for me and saved me a good bit of money. I came in with my six month old baby and Amanda was very accommodating while I tended to my baby. I was very pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the facility as well as the location. It’s more costly than another storage company I was looking at but definitely worth it. I don’t mind paying for convenience, security, and great customer service.

Hailey and Amanda were tremendous to work with! They were so helpful in getting my unit ready and the customer service was incredible! They walked around and showed me several units so I can make the right decision for my situation. I recommend seeing Hailey and Amanda at the cube smart on E. West Parkway!

The ladies here were very professional and extremely kind. They even made sure I was getting the best deal they could offer. Then before I even paid they took me out to show me the unit I would have just so that I was 100% sure that is what I needed. I would absolutely recommend cubesmart if you are ever in need of storage!

The staff here is very friendly and I love the fact that the storage area, inside and out, is very well kept and all my belongings fit perfectly into the units.

I have been using this location for storage for a few years now, and they provide solutions at a reasonable price for a college student. Amanda is very thorough with her service, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get a temporary home for their stuff.

This location is truly the Chick-fil-A of storage. The whole area was so clean and obviously well maintained. Amanda was so polite and helpful. All the security cameras are a plus. Very impressed with my experience.

The first storage area that I was assigned and and was taken to I would not have been able to get my trailer Inside because from the pavement up to the cement was way too high. I saw another storage area that was the same size and asked about that one. Evidently the people who had that storage area had just moved out and she was not informed so I put my stuff in that storage area because it was easier to pulling trailer off and push you into the storage area. I then went to the office and finished the paperwork for that storage area and was able to change my access code to get in. I was very pleased with the service that Haley gave me

I used Fort Knox in Sandy Springs last year and all of my things were stolen from there and my unit was right next to the office and noone told me that my things were gone. I lost everything and unlike yall they never mentioned insurance or I would have got it. Keep up the good work!

Im very upset that they sent a letter to me a few days before my payment had an increase. I would have never storged here for long term if i would have known that. I understand i have climate controlled and im already paying alot for that. So six months in i get a rate increase. So i am no shopping for another storage. Which out of the two ive called dont have rate increases. I should have know something when i didnt get my usual payment call. Otherwise ive never had a problem. But to me this is a problem. Thanks. But ill be moving soon.
