The manager of this store understands what customer services means. She displayed the upmost kindness and went above and beyond what anyone would expect. In addition, I had just lost my dad, and she not only showed wonderful customer service, she also showed campasion and genuinely cared. It’s not always about making money , it’s also about caring and building relationships. I recommend this store to anyone looking for an amazing experience by staff and the store manager. I ordered a custom necklace. I put my kids name on it my husband double checked everything was correct because if I am spending that much I want it done perfectly. Well Kay jewelers messed it up and it is incorrect one of the names is complete missing one of them is missing the last letter. We brought this to their attention and they refused to refund us and refused to fix it.

I loved when I went into the Diamond center store today for the 19th cleaning on my wife wedding band set and to be talked to like a child by the manager on duty who told me she was an 18 year employee. When we returned to pick up my wife’s ring I was told “You aren’t allowed to leave the store” no greeting , no introduction no hello just attitude. They claimed a policy but couldn’t tell me where it is or the policy date of number and claimed it was for security purposes. Then never asked for ID when they handed the rings back after the security speech. And claimed the policy was for our protection. When we asked why in 10 years we have never heard of it she began to blame us as if we were part of the problem and then argued about where the location of the 5th Avenue store was. Bottom line this grown child tried to bark out orders and had zero supporting documentation and couldn’t cite any company policy other than her word. She’s rude , unprofessional and she shouldn’t be allowed to interact with any customer. If Kay’s was really worried about making sure they didn’t give jewelry back to the wrong person they could just check to make sure the ID of the person picking up the jewelry matches the name in the records instead of unleashing this painted up child on the world

Friendly customer service, told me during cleaning inspection that my husband’s ring one diamond was lose we can either change it or we can wait. The lady was very nice and I am glad she told us heads up about the ring.

Sara went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my ring. She truly cares about the customer and is a pro at her job! I was having problems with my original engagement ring, stones kept falling out/the ring was cracked. I was devastated. Sara went out of her way to help resolve the issue, gave me options, and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend this store because of her.

Took my ring in 3 months ago and they said my stone was loose. I gave it to them to fix and got it back about 3 weeks later. I noticed today that I could feel my stone move so I took it into Giavante. My ring has never been worked on, had a broken prong and all the rest were loose. I could have lost my Diamond because Kay jewelers didnt do what they said.

Horrible service on 10/19/2018. The representative is rude and didn’t pay attention to my husband and I. When we walked in, one of the ladies was working with a customer and the other was behind the register doing nothing. She may have been doing other things but there was a line of 6 people and customers should be priority over her on the computer. I asked if we can make a quick payment but said she will in a couple of minutes. At this time, it has now been over 40 min and either ladies updated us or the wither customers that were in the store.Kay jewelers need to either set a kiosk up or have more than two employees on a weekend.

Its always a pleasure visiting even after a year they still remember us and really make us feel welcome everytime we visit. They deffinatly know what their doing and how to come to the best solution.

I have bought multiple pieces for friends, family, and myself and have always been pleased! Kari, Sara, and the whole staff at Dimond is phenomenal and knowledgeable! Wouldn’t do business with anyone else!
