If I could rate this store Zero Stars I would. I was told I would have a check mailed to me and it would take 21 days, because I paid cash. Here it is Oct 31, still no check. So I called corporate and it was mailed to the wrong address. I tried to Verify the address 3 times with the cashier who insured to me it was correct.

My experience at Zales today was awesome. I have rarely had any issues with shopping there. Erica helped me and she was super patient as she showed me as many items as I wanted before I finally decided on a ring. She was very knowledgeable and kept me right around the price range I wanted. She was kind, thoughtful, and just great. I can’t wait to do business with Zales again.

Poor customer service and they stopped working on jewelry. I spent over $6,000 on my wife’s wedding ring, which as a lifetime warranty. I purchased this wedding ring 10 years ago, so how do I get prong on her ring fixed??

My experience at this location was very new to me. I dropped my 3K Princess Cut ring to be clean and to tighten my diamond that was loose under my warranty. So when I was notified that my ring was ready for pick up. They literally tried to give me a different ring that wasn’t mind. They have lost my ring!! I am devastated...!

This particular Zales store is very poorly run. The staff are less than courteous. They do not greet you upon entering the store, they may be busy looking at their computers, cell phones or having all three salespeople helping one customer and not one will acknowledge your existence by saying they will be with you shortly. We had stood at the counter next to the ring we were about to purchase, for approximately 20 minutes and tried to get the attention of the staff as we were ready to buy it.. after finally being told we were next to be helped, a new customer walked in and this salesperson helped her instead.. so of course after having spent an entire lunch break time waiting for assistance, we left and walked to the other side of the mall to the other jewelry stores who were more than happy to have paying customers.We have bought several pieces of jewelry from Zales, and the products are beautiful.. However, the staff needs an attitude adjustment. One of the rings we did buy from Zales, needed to be resized and we were quoted 1-2 weeks for it to be ready, its now been 2 1/2 weeks and they told us it would be yet another 2 weeks until it will be ready for pick up. Thank goodness that particular ring is not time sensitive as for a wedding/special occasion!

Went to pick up an online order, and one of the rings I ordered looked very poorly made. I decided to try and find something to exchange it with in store. I asked the sales girl if she could help me find something in the same price range. She looked annoyed, and was not helpful. I decided to just fully return the ring for my money back and look else where. She handed me the return slip and I was so annoyed I didn’t even look at it I just put it in my purse. I looked at my Zales online account and it shows the girl returned the WRONG RING! She “returned” the ring I’m currently wearing (I ordered 2 rings, she returned the wrong one). The ring that was left at the zales store $250 more than the ring I have that she said was the ring that was returned. Now I have to go there tomorrow morning and explain what she did and hope to get the correct amount of money back. I would not recommend buying anything from the diamond zales store unless you like poor service and being ripped off.

When I was there, the man with brown hair who was working December 26th around 8 o’clock pm, needs a class in professionalism. When we walked in he was fine but five minutes in he was saying very personal things about himself about how much money his family has and about how he gets drunk, the whole time inappropriately hitting on my husband. I kept pointing at rings saying I like this one and this one and he was leaned over star gazed looking at my husband ignoring me and my requests to look at the rings. I was so close to losing my temper thankfully a lady came and helped me and even cleaned my ring when she saw me pointing and saying I like this ring and noticed the man was not helping me so she did. Whoever that man is needs to be fired, or apprehended.

Bought a bracelet for someone and it needed some adjustment because it was too big. Went in there and they said I have to pay to get it fix so I agreed. After a week or so nobody called me to update if when it will be finish so I called instead. The lady told me that its on its way back and they will give me a call when it gets back to their store. After a month of waiting nobody call and I had to call again. Same lady who I talked to before said its been there and she said that they actually called me long time ago to inform me that its been sitting there. Which was not true. Went to the store to pick it up and I was so disappointed that the bracelet was never fix at all after a month. They said that they couldnt get it fix because of the material that it might get broken if they try to unscrew the thing that holds the bracelet. Really pissed!

My one complaint is not receiving a phone call notifying me that my ring arrived, after being sent away to be resized. It is my engagement ring, so it is important to me. I was given a two week wait time, for its return. After no phone call or email 4 days past the estimated date, I called them. Turns out itd been there 2 days earlier than the estimated date, and no one contacted me. A bit annoyed, but I will collect my ring today. Hopefully, it fits, and I wont have further issues.Follow-up: Turns out they did try to call, but couldnt get through. It had arrived 2 days early, even. The day I pick it up, 6 days later, is the same day I get an email telling me its ready for pick up. Odd, I should have been sent an email when it first arrived. Hmm.

Best jewelry store warranty and service in Anchorage, the staff will not pounce like a used car sales men or harass you for a sale, simple brows around and flag a sails rep when you have a question or wish to look at a pice. The warranty service is second to none in price or service simply bring in your item with the recite if you still have it in your safe or link the warranty to your account/ card name. They will all so do fast thero cleaning of any pieces purchased at the store for free! Ive bean going here since I 18 I am now in my 30s and will keep referring them as long as the service is the same.

I was shopping for my wife for our 18th anniversary, and decided to try zales. I was immediately glad that i chose zales, as the staff and the manager were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was professional and friendly, and answered all my questions. She definitely helped me and made my purchase easy and overall i had fun shopping. Thank you zales, anchorage!
