Zach was a very knowledgeable agent. Offered an extra service, asked if I wanted to utilize the Free Oil change I had available. Coffee service was re instated, here in AK that is a plus due to the colder days. Missing the snacks that it was offered before though.Over all great service.

I came to the lot looking to buy a fully-optioned Titan XD (ie about a $75K purchase). I drove to the front of the lot where the Titans were and proceeded to look around. The trucks were locked as is common in the neighborhood due to the homeless population. That was not a big deal until after 15 minutes of looking no sales person came to greet me. I gave up after 25 minutes and headed out.I am going to give the sale to Fairbanks Nissan, they have good customer service and their sticker price is marginally cheaper despite having to ship the vehicles 360 miles farther inland.

I have always had a good experience with Nissan until the last two times I’ve been at there in the past month. I live three hours away from the nearest Nissan dealership. The first time I went there in the past month I called to ask if I needed an appointment they said no. I showed up to find out they could only do the oil change but couldn’t look at steering wheel without appointment. Made an appointment for two weeks later when I could leave my car. I was unable to get a loaner or rental car. I live three hours away and had to cab around town for 6 hours until someone was able to get me. They were unable to find anything wrong with the car even though what’s happening is a major safety issue. They asked if they could have my car over the next two days to ensure it would be safe but wouldn’t give me a loaner car. I told them I wasn’t able to do that since my husband and I took time off to come get the car looked at. I am so disappointed in Nissan right now that I will probably never return. If something happens to me due to steering wheel issue I will be suing dealership

I was not happy, that they missed a certain visible repair or to make a recommendation to repair it, until after they completed the services and I came to pick up my vehicle and saw it. I brought it to their attention before they took it back in and fixed it.I expect my mechanic to look out for my best interest and recommend all necessary repairs or tighten a loose bolt without charging me extra. etc. Thanks.

I took my car in for a tire changeover and oil change like I do twice a year, I have always received excellent service. Unfortunately this time, when I picked up my car it was damaged.Garret was very accommodating but after having to send car back to the body shop twice, I have notified my Insurance explained the situation, they are treating this like vandalism while at the dealership and I will be going to a local reputable body shop.

My Titan had 2 parts replaced that werent necessary and I was charged for it. Then when the issues was figured out I had to wait 3 months for it to get fixed. In my book this is unacceptable from a dealership of the vehicle. I would expect it from an independent shop.

Replaced transmission after 65,000 miles. The service rep C.J. did a great job of keeping me informed of what was happening. It took over a month to get a transmission to replace the old one. I had to pay for a rental car for that time. Very expensive.

My mom and I went in to Nissan because I wanted her to test drive the Rogue. I believed it was the perfect SUV for her and my dads needs. Turns out, she loved it and Jason made the experience very easy for her and she was able to get the exact Rogue she wanted for a great price. I was still in the process of car shopping, but ended up also buying a Rogue (that day) from Jason, who help me also get a great deal. Everyone was very nice and willing to work with us. It was also great that we only had to deal with 1 person the whole time we were in the building. Made contact and contamination a minimum. This would be the 2nd vehicle in a year I have actually bought from Nissan, where Jason helped me with the deal and everyone was great with the process.

I had asked for a tire rotation however they determined this was not needed, so no charge to me. This is how customers expect to be treated and this dealer exceeds those expectations. The heater/blower on my Rogue did not work at all when I started my car three mornings ago. The engine block heater had been plugged in because of the cold temperature. I started the car remotely, as I always do. But when I got in to drive to school, the blower wasnt on and the inside temperature was no warmer than outside. I called the service department and got an appointment for the next morning. On the way to school, about 20 minutes after I had started the car, the blower and heater suddenly kicked in.That afternoon when I left school, blower/heater was working. I stopped by the service department and after talking over the options with the representative, who took notes of what was going on with my Rogue, I decided to keep the next mornings appointment. Of course, when I drove the car to the lot that morning, the blower was working. I was prepared to hear they could not replicate the problem.But surprise! I got a call that afternoon that the problem had a solution. (I wish I could include the technicians name who called, but the notes I took are on my desk at school). Turns out a bulletin from Nissan addressed the problem; a poorly designed cowl on the front of the car didnt protect the HVAC adequately from heavy snow. The new, redesigned cowl has been ordered and will be installed, all under warranty.I appreciated everyone in the service department who worked to solve this problem!

I sent my vehicle in for service, and clearly stated what I was authorizing to be done. Some things were done that I had NOT authorized, and then the service department attempted to charge a amount different from the amount I was originally quoted. I dont really appreciate unexpected charges. Also, the batteries on my key were not replaced, which is one of the points on the list. That wouldnt have been a huge deal, except that the battery on my key was actually dead, so I really needed that done. Otherwise, the vehicle seems to be running smoothly and I am pleased.

Called Seth to see if I qualified for a vehicle and he worked on finding me a vehicle all day. Since I wasn’t able to go to the dealership he made everything so easy to do from home. When he was able to find one his coworker Joey came and got me from my house, so I could get my vehicle! Joey was ver professional and helped me through the whole process. For buying a car for the first time, I would say this was the best experience one can have. I would recommend either one of these two gentleman if you’re in need for a car or starting your search. I’m extremely pleased!

Went in to get a blower fan replaced and asked for an inspection. So apparently on my vehicle there is a “service bulliten” not a recall on the radiator. So instead of fixing the radiator I decided to get a new vehicle. The dealership was going to call me and give me a quote on trade in value. Never got a call. So I am buying a Toyota now

Takes a very long time to get service done even if you have an appointment. Not sure if they are short staffed or just don’t care about the customer who has to wait. Recently spent over 4 hours waiting for my tires to be changed over and I had an appointment.

Best place to rent a vehicle in Anchorage! I cant say enough about the great experience here! The shuttle pick up was timely and the driver was awesome! Gracie, the representative that set us up with our rental, was awesome!! She did a fantastic job of providing us a great vehicle (brand new), and she took the time to go over places to see. Have the bumper to bumper warranty on my car. Having some trouble with my battery terminals so they need replacing, should be a very quick job. MAYBE 5 minutes? Theyre booked out until January for a five minute job. Gotta love how much they really care about their customer .

I am happy with their overall service. They are friendly and do quality work and are very detailed with every problem addressed and made sure everything else was good on my vehicle. I did have to wait a few weeks to get my car in the shop but I will say it was during tire season so I understand that they are busy. One thing I would like to see improved is their shuttle service, it is slow. If possible, I would recommend having a ride to work when dropping off vehicle unless you’re the first person to drop off your car in the morning but it is nice that they offer a complimentary shuttle at all. I’m giving 5 stars for their quality of work and excellent customer service which is not something I come by every day, good job! Overall I will definitely be going back for future service on my vehicle.

Dropped my vehicle off today to have some service work done on it. The service writer was very courteous and professional. She got me checked quickly and I was very pleased. I told her that I was interested in possibly selling or trading my vehicle for something else and she introduced me to Chris Rayner from the sales department. Chris was excellent. He asked me a few questions and listened to me and we had a good discussion about possible vehicle options. He provided customer service well above and beyond what I would expect from an auto dealership, including arranging for a ride home for me after I had forgotten an important part of my bicycle to ride home on (the front wheel). I was very pleased with Continental Nissan as a whole and Chris Rayner in particular. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience.

I brought my year old truck in because the engine was making a clancking noise. This was mid February didn’t get it back until a couple days before April. Had to call in to get updates which I was told that they would get back to me which never happened until I repeated calling. I feel it’s a burden owning this truck and having to rely on you people

I come in for oil changes and other inspections. Theyre usually very quick getting your service done, and the wait is sort of nice as they have coffee and snacks for customers. The coffee is actually not bad. Anyways, CJ always helps me out and educates me, because Im pretty young and dont know too much about these said motor vehicles. The biggest thing is that my dad will sometimes come with me, and my dad can be a really difficult person to deal with. In terms of customer service, I gave this place 5 stars as Ive always only received good energy and patience when it came to me and my dad. But Im certainly comfortable with coming here for whatever problems I have in the future, theyre very honest and there is no BS. Good stuff.-Zach

Reserved tires online, never received a confirmation call as was expressed in confirmation email. When I called service department, no confirmation on tires again. And when I was finally able to reach parts department the tires I reserved online were not available, I had to settle for another brand. During the service appointment, in cabin air filter was deemed extremely dirty, even though it was supposedly changed at my last oil change. No one could confirm that it was ever in fact changed during previous appointments.

I presented a dilemma of trade & purchase within three days of shipping a new Rogue overseas. The staff prioritized my time & situation by presenting good pricing up front, by processing loan promptly, remaining involved to add roof rails, answered my questions and my calls. In the beginning, it was not all sunshine, but that is past & this new experience is what will bring me back.

HORRIBLE!!!Customer service is HORRIBLE! I am blown away that they treat their customers like this. The service department is unbelievable. They kept my vehicle for months. They wanted me to pay thousands of dollars for the repair without doing a test drive first! They completely separated the frame from the chassis. They told me to “trust them”. The best part is, the service manager refused to talk to me on the phone. You could hear him in the background saying, “no, I’m not going to talk to her”.I’m not sure who’s running this company but really, trust you?

Disappointing customer service for customers living out of town!I have owned and driven Nissan vehicles for over 30 years and have been very satisfied with the vehicle quality and reliability. My Titan is due for service and the closest Nissan Dealer is a 3 hour drive from where I live. Continental Nissan was unable to give me a Saturday appointment for over a month! I made a Friday appointment and arranged for a friend who was going to Anchorage to drive it up for me the night before and drop it off. I was very disappointed to hear that Continental Nissan does not permit vehicle drop-offs after 9 pm and they were unwilling to work with me on an alternative solution - such as parking it nearby (at my own risk and expense). For my next vehicle purchase, I will be definitely be working with a dealer that values business from customers living outside of Anchorage and who is willing to provide a better customer service experience than Continental Nissan.

We went in to just have a look at a pathfinder. We were not even sure if it was something we could get. Joey sat down with us we talked about what we can afford for monthly finance pricing. He went out of his way to get that price for the vehicle that we wanted . He was extremely enthusiastic about working with us , and he was fun. Joey took a two hour paper pushing gruesome processes that would normally be mentally draining and full of anxiety; he turned it into a fun, upbeat, honest environment. He literally took the headache out of vehicle shopping. Plus ; we got to drive off in our brand new shiny 2019 pathfinder out of the showroom! He made a dream come true !
