I answered an add for a 94 mustang gt and was told that there was a frenzy for this car, I made my way there immediately and was told that I was first come first served. Rich did tell me that he had received some outrageous offers and I had no doubt he was sincere so I offered a few hundred more, this car was a once in a lifetime deal. We made the deal and he was so transparent with the payments and paperwork that I felt 100% reassured of his business professionalism. I will deal with him again in the future.

My boyfriend purchased a 1965 Mustang Fastback, but I had to go in and finalize the purchase because he is out of state; Ricky, and specifically Jay were very helpful and transparent about the price and any fees that were included when purchasing the vehicle. I was worried about purchasing the vehicle, simply because I had never purchased a vehicle before and Jay and his employees were clear during the entire process and made me super comfortable. They fraudulently misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. They put armor all over the tires to hide the cracks in them ($850 out my pocket) and who ever put it on had to have seen them. I specifically asked about the brakes and was told by the owner the mechanic checked them and they where good. The mechanic took us on the test drive and assured me he looked at the brakes and they where great. Well when I arrived home from buying new tires the left rear brakes where smoking. Ends up the calipers where beyond corroded causing them to lock up. Pads and hubs where bad also (another $4200 bill out of pocket). Ive gave them about a month to try and work with me to fix it to no avail. I havent even been able to take it out and enjoy it as it is still in the shop. There is more wrong but I cannot prove they knew about it prior. The tires they for sure knew and if they looked at the brakes like they said they would have seen these issues.

Absolutely great experience! Great price and and fully disclosed the product to my wife and I prior to signing papers. Will be doing more business in the future with Rick and First Choice Auto Sales.

So I bought a 2011 Acadia less than two months ago. I was told that the previous owner was from a lady that bought it for her daughter, and her daughter barely used it, Rick stated that they just tuned up the engine and changed the spark plugs, it had auto start and that’s it’s a good running vehicle. When I test drove it, it ran fine, he told me that if the check engine light is it’s because of the new tune up and it was the o2 sensor. I took his word for it and and end up buying it. So 3 weeks after buying it my check engine light was still on, my car started giving out on, and it would barely give any power while driving it. I then called and texted Rick letting him know what was going on, he told me that he couldn’t take my car over until after the weekend because he was having an auction over the weekend that they wouldn’t have time to take a look at my car. To make it worse we found out it, it was a friend of ours that was the previous owner, not a mother that bought it for her daughter, he even told me that he’ll try get ahold of them to get the extra keys. After 5 days of waiting and using my car, we finally brought it over to his shop. After 4 days he finally called and stated it’s ready to be picked up, mentioning it’s the o2 sensor and that check engine light is still on and after putting 200 miles on it, it should go away. Now my Engine hot A/C light is on, my traction is off, and my check engine light is still on, plus I still don’t have the extra key for my car. I really thought I could trust Rick from the beginning, but now after not even 2 months of having this car, it was all a scam. I’m not happy with this place and wouldn’t recommend buying any vehicles from him. He knew this car had problems, but refused to fix anything the car needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle here a few weeks ago and my experience was nothing less than five stars. The owner was polite and made the process very quick. While I was finishing up paperwork the owner was explaining they had only been open for a couple weeks, and explained his plans for Anchorages only public auto auctions. Keep your eye on this place, they are sure to get bigger in the anchorage scene.

Very cheap cars sold for over price dont go

This place is so unprofessional. Told me I cant bring kids. Then one of the workers flipped my kids off. When I asked why they could have kids and not us they refused service.
