Great people and great service! I read all the positive reviews people gave this place and decided to give it a try! I went to their website, booked myself in, and showed up this morning for my appointment. Turns out, my appointment booking went to the wrong email so the mechanic didnt know I was coming, but he still took me! (FYI-they fixed the email situation, but I still recommend calling ahead to make sure they know youre coming!) They addressed all the repairs I asked for and kept me in the loop on what all was going on. My car is notoriously a difficult one as it has been discontinued and parts are few and far between, and they took on the challenge to find and order the parts it needed. When we had some confusion on the service for one of the repairs I requested, they took my car right back to address the actual repair and got it fixed. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was great! When I arrived home, I was experiencing some difficulties with my car door locking and I called them about it and they told me I could bring it right back in and fixed that issue at no extra cost. Very good, upstanding people. Theyve definitely won my business while were here in Alaska! I highly recommend them!

These people are super honest, not out to make a quick buck, but will tell you what is actually wrong with your car. Its a little hard to get a hold of them, but once you do, it is so worth it.

You cant find any place thats quicker than these guys i brought my malibu in and they changed my tire very quickly. You cant find any place with better prices either everywhere else youll spend alot here theyre pretty affordable. I recomend coming here for your auto needs.

Went in for an oil change and told the mechanic about a screeching noise coming from my tires. After a quick look he noticed I need new break pads and calipers. Got the break pads but the calipers were going to be $900 total for two new ones. Mechanic worked his magic and managed to salvage my calipers. All in all spent about $90 for an oil change and new brakes. Excellent customer service. THANKS BRIAN!!!

Had tires changed in timely manor and fair price

These guy are honest .....surprised me after I just asked to have a battery cable replaced that they tightened up my belts for free and thankful they caught that I need new front brakes they quoted me a fair price. I will always take my truck to Ben and Brian.
