Come here sometimes when I coach. Like the way they make their sandwiches at this location. Every Vons seems to be different so I dont always care for how they make them.Conveniently located and great staff.

One of the smaller Vons but has excellent staff you pretty much always find what you need.

This is where I do most of my grocery shopping.. they have good deals on some products.. staff is always friendly and helpful. Theres never a long line so youre in and out in no time !

Pretty enjoyable experience here, would like to have cheaper veggies/more non-organic options since I come here for quick stop. I love that it is one of the very few local stores that has Vegan foods/substitutes.

Wonderful store although the in house artisan baked bread has astonishing amount of residue.

As long as Carina and David are there, I will always shop at this Vons, they make my visit enjoyable with their personalities and Im not even aware of how much I spend! TWO OUTSTANDING people and representatives of your company!

Sweet! They finally have self checkout! This so reduces wait times because it opens up about five extra registers. The store was out of the main item I wanted, so that was disappointing; no cinnamon vanilla creamer for my coffee lover husband. Customer service was great!

I went about two weeks ago to this Vons. Normally they have really great Fried Chicken but this time it wasnt the best maybe next time it just happened to be one of those days where it just didnt turn out the same thank you for following social distancing though

Amazing staff members, butcher today, special packaged steak since they didnt have the weight I needed. He was great. Even the woman at register very friendly. I had no problem looking for items on my list.

Clean fast. Wish they had a bigger hot food bar but it was not too big a deal. Nice spot. Would come again.

Place was crowded with too few employees. The only line that moved with efficiency was self checkout. Everything that was on sale, you had to buy multiples of to get the sale price. At least 80% of what I bought wasnt on sale. I ended up spending more than $40 on one bag of groceries. If it wasnt the closest supermarket to my location, I would have gone somewhere else.

I wont lie this is better than Walmart because the employees have been there for a long long time. And unlike Walmart there nice and willing to help. Also they have I believe way more food than Walmart. They have tons of cool stuff. And the place is seasonally decorated. The ac is always fresh it never smells like a dead corpse is some where lying around. And there is always a security at the door. The recently got auto matic pay machines. Great selection of beer and liquor. I really love this place no rush. You can shop alone with no one following you or stalking you like Walmart. And tons a parking.

Vons is the best grocery store around OC thus far. Prices are reasonable, and competitive. Staff is friendly. The security there is wonderful. Stores are clean and kept up. So far... Vons has stole my heart. Will be back for sure. I recommend Vons be everybodys store.

Francisco and Angela very poor customer service felt really unwelcome also the girl at the check out didn’t say a word hello or have a nice day , really huge on customer service and I will not be going back too this Vons very poor customer service. Then when I tried too get Francisco name he tried too hide it very unprofessional. we have a service dog and he was just eyeing my mother and I like really bad , not okay . I never feel welcomed when I’m there .

This place is mostly good. It has a large selection of food and the alcohol section is nice. They kind of make a really big deal about it when you ask them to unlock the restrooms and one time the cashier carded a 50+ year old Hispanic man that wanted to buy beer. Other than that theyve been pretty good.

Its a good Vons, I like that employees are consistently cleaning the stores in this shopping center. The prices can be a little on the higher end for some products but if you have a Vons card then you should be able to save some money on many of their selection of items. I like that they have a sweet desserts section near the entrance for things such as cakes so you can easily grab and go. I can recommend this location, they have all the essentials for a good grocery store.

Customer service is amazing been shopping here for 7+ years and will continue to shop for as long as I can.

This is a smaller grocery store than some of us are used to, but they have a reasonable variety for most items.

This store sells expired goods. The juice I bought was 15 days past the expiration date. I didnt realize this until after it had been consumed and made me sick.

Dont park directly in front of Vons. Too many cars, people.. too much riff-raff. Park off to the side or out in the boonies.The inside of this Vons is much nicer than the parking lot. The workers (Vonsies?) do a very nice job mitigating the riff-raff, maintaining a clean and safe environment in which to shop.The shelves are organized and well-stocked. The only one time that I couldnt find something was when I wanted to buy some banchan (Korean side dishes). On that day a bunch of guys who (work little but get paid big) from corporate were walking the store. I think the guy I asked about Banchan was a corporate guy. He said - Ive worked here for a bazillion years and Ive never heard of that. Is it really a thing? (Loosely quoted.) Ha!One thing i like about this store is the toy department. Im on a lucky streak lately, getting a lot of good Hot Wheels. ¡Me ecantas!

This Vons is dubbed Haster disaster Im assuming because of the type of clientele it attracts. However, the service is terrible the store is small and it lacks many staples that one would usually find at any Vons. What makes it a disaster is the poor customer service quality this store has been able to continue in business for a long time.All in all you KNOW something is bad when at a grocery store they have security!

Excellent place just had one bad encounter a black security guard was harrasing me one time cause I painted my face with markers. Oh yeah if you do things out of the ordinary there are secret people that spy on you and they work for the city. No secret anymore. Staff there are nice been going there for years but some people seek disaster.

Favorite grocery store, staff is like family

I went looking for a particular item and they did not have it. Was extremely disappointed. Staff were very nice and helpful as I had to use one of their motorized scooters do to a broken toe. Customer in front of me in line was also very helpful in that she helped me unload my basket and I didnt even ask her to. So I would have definitely given 5 stars had they had the item in question

) Deli needs to hire help that knows a little bit about Deli how much extra meat cost on a sandwich what kind of bread do you have the ladies today which is Monday 5 before noon.Ended up leaving without my sandwiches because I think 25 minutes is long to make two sandwiches and she barely had the bread to prepare the sandwiches she got right to me when I arrived there was only one other person ahead of me for the last last three to four times weve had a very bad experience wheres calling in our order and walking in I hope you look into it and get the right training or the right people for the job thank you

They now have self checkout, they were behind the times for a while but have now caught up and they always have the best bakery selection.

I was just here on Christmas Eve and had Jennifer as a cashier! She was really nice and very sweet! I had forgotten to ring something out that was pulled from the back And set aside for me to the front and she was able to assist me very quickly and politely! She was very nice and made the overall experience great!!

I am a regular customer at Vons in Anaheim on Linconln Blvd. However, tonight I am very disappointed with the service I received.I called at 8:00pm to verify the Delis hours, and the representative at the deli confirmed that they closed at 9:00pm. I arrived at 8:22pm tonight and was met with the representative I spoke to, as he clarified if I was the person who called about their hours earlier. He soon said the hot section was closed as of 8:00pm. I told him it was okay as I was looking for cold cuts. He then said, they just cleaned that section and it closed moments ago, this was at 8:24pm. I am left wondering what section of the deli was actually open for service as it seems they are systematically closing the whole deli before 9:00pm.I dont think it is too much to expect a chain store to close at their posted hours. It is a huge disappointment and very inconvenient to confirm the hours for store then drive all the way there to find they are closed 40 minutes early.I will think twice before heading back to this location.UPDATE-Since writing this review two store managers called concerned about the service I received and thanked me for my feedback. They are talking to the employee I dealt with, and is providing training and posting their hours, which is open till 9:00pm, going forward so as there is no more confusion.I appreciate being listened to, and action on my concerns being taken as a customer!

Vons grocery store is my personal favorite grocery store. The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The bakery makes fresh desserts daily. One of the best made fresh desserts is the cinnamon rolls. The deli will make you a made to order sandwich with all the toppings. Fresh daily chicken made throughout the day is also good.

Bakery was so accommodating I could have hugged them all. We are from out of town, and my daughters both had birthdays the week we were visiting. Naturally, I wanted them to have their own custom cakes. The price was beyond fair. Seriously the cutest mini cakes ever.

I have never been disappointed with this Vons. I appreciate that they carry so many allergen-friendly products, their staff is always friendly and helpful, and their prices are not any higher than any other name-brand grocery store.

I love Vons and their customer service but they are really going downhill. I went to the bakery section to order a cake for my daughters birthday and was treated very rudely. The first lady, to assist me was being standoffish from the very beginning. I told her if she was busy I could come back,but she insisted she was not. (So she just treats customers as if they are a burden on her day) I asked her a few questions and she proceeded to ask me more than once if I was as going to order or not, as if I was wasting her time. I asked her to give me a second to check out what cakes they had available and to make it easier on her, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She then brings another lady who wouldnt let me speak and sad idk to most of my questions. When I informed her she was coming off as rude, she starts talking over me stating otherwise, and walks away. Where is your customer service, Vons?! I could have gone to any other bakery and apparently I chose the wrong one. How are you allowing your employees to be condescending to your customers. I would like Vons cake, sure... but I do not NEED your baked goods. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
