Always been a fan of Albertsons and the cleanliness of their stores. I dont have one by my house anymore so when I found one in this area, I had to grab their fresh cookies and breads, I didnt see their usual packaging so it made me question if its the same kind. It stated Signature Select so I didnt know what that meant if someone can reassure me that these are the same cookies Ive been eating since I moved to CA over 29 years ago. Need to have more Albertsons!! Theyre so much better than other supermarkets out there.

The store is set up in a way that makes it hard to find things and I had to wait a little more then 15 minutes for someone to open the bathroom for me and that was only after I had to explain to them theyll be calling for a clean up on the isle I was waiting on if it didnt get opened really soon. I wasnt the only woman waiting either. After waiting the bathroom opened was so gross I almost didnt want to use it, Im not some prissy who cant deal with a little inconvenience it was seriously bad. I only use this store very rarely cuz they do carry some things that my normal store doesnt but I wouldnt shop here at all if that wasnt the case.

Its a supermarket. Nothing extraordinary here. Get in and get out pretty quick for your food and drink needs.

Super clean store, we love their delicatessen department, their cheese variety is amazing.Overall I highly recommend and appreciate their personnel.

This store is ALWAYS hurting for checkers. Also, the amount of health conscious/ allergen sensitive foods are very limited at this location.Update 8/17/21: nothing has changed. There are never more than two checkers at this location.

I had a appt today for the Johnson vaccine. When I got there. They said that they had walkins today and they ran oit of the vaccine. They did not even save enough doses for the appointments they had for the day. So it was a waste of time and gas. So unorganized and rude staff.

This is store my local Albertsons. It is smaller than most but still has all the stuff I usually look for. I have not had an issue at this store. Only issue is they are usually busy and check out is not the quickest. Other than that they are good.

I knew this Albertsons location way back when it was an Alpha Beta. Its a small location but I can always find what I need. I took off a starfor the following reasons: Albertsons prices are consistently on the higher end of grocery stores, and the parking lot is cramped and can be tricky to maneuver, even without the construction on South. However, its dependable and convenient.

Covid has changed operations. Staff is nice. Floors are clean and shelves are stocked. Almost nobody today spoke loud or clearly enough, to hear through a mask.

Albertsons State College has been our go to store since we moved in Anaheim. Its clean, staff are nice, great variety of products and truly very convenient. Even their pharmacy offers great service.

Clean, small store. There is not a large selection of items of many grocery items but the produce is always nice and fresh. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is kind of small but I usually dont have a problem parking.

Highest priced supermarket anywhere. I used to getting silence for respond when I try small talk no smiles or niceness blank stares from the cashiers. But this morning at the express cashier I get a rude girl who answered my easy question with a WHAT! Ok I ask again than she said in a questionable tone dont get mad at me. and you raising your voice. I did not raise my voice. Honestly I dont think she know what raising voice mean. Anyway, they should have more, way more training in costumer service. They should go to Anaheim Hills Pavilion or Ralphs to observe how to give good costumer service. Never will set my feet in this store again and I mean it. Rude rude rude

Super friendly service, had plenty of food in stock (except for meat) but everyone was working to put more food out as quickly as possible. We went early in the morning and the story was already fairly busy but everyone was working super hard to get everyone what they needed.

I went to the store just to find out how the prices were. To make a long story short, I bought nothing. Everything I looked at was priced at least a dollar more than if I visit a Walmart or food for less. The quality of the food does not seem to be any different. I checked item for item pricing, and if I had to pay the prices that Albertsons is suggesting I pay, I would we totally out of money.I do have to give the store employees a lot of credit. I was asked by four different people in four different parts of the store if they could help me. I took time to take my blood pressure by the pharmacy. I stop by and check the flower department. They have some amazing baskets to cover things like the birth of a new baby or that basket for the teenager you dont know what to get.The store was impeccably clean. Shelves were full and extremely well organized. I dont think there was an item that I couldnt have found in the store if I tried. They have a beautiful deli section, A beautiful hot food area, very nicely laid out Bakery, a pharmacy that lacked a few things on over the counter, an amazingly array of fresh fruits and vegetables, multiple choices of liquid drinks, and if you wanted to get a few items for your child for school, they have those too.If you like my review please press LIKE and if you get a chance please rate me.

Store and bathrooms are very clean.The staff is quick to help and friendly.The isles are well organized and items are always faced properly to see the products.The checker Ellen is absolutely breathe taking with how energetic and happy she always is. Whenever she is working I always make it a point to get in her line. She really knows how to brighten peoples day with a positive attitude and smile.

I used to shop at Stater Bros on State College Blvd, but I stopped shopping there as customer service is always horrible, and you have to wait forever in the checkout stand. I started shopping for stuff at this Albertsons down State College, and I love it, few bucks more, but you get friendly customer service, and not so long lines. Bravo Albertsons!

This Albertsons is a lot smaller with limited items compare to other Albertsons. The check out person was really nice and considerate of all the fragile flower vases I bought.

The gentleman working at Isle one through one of those separator and hit my wife in arm looked at her and did not apologize..... definite training needed no people skills...

Tried to checkout with a digital gift card but the employee and his bagger did not know how to process the transaction. So he tells me that I have to print the gift card out first..

Besides being a great grocery spot for me, the bakery/pastry part of it is my super favorite spot. You must try one of their cakes for any occasion you have. If you dont have any occasion close, surprise your beloved with one just to show your love😍

We go here almost once a week. Was just there on Thursday. Their shelves are restocked and signs and markings on the floor have been made for precaution.Since last week, they’re making hot loaves of fresh bread all the time so no need to panic buy!At the register, plexiglass has been installed to protect cashiers and patrons. Additional precautions such as also not bagging into our reusable bags, but we as patrons can bag our own items if we like to save bags . 👍👍👍In general, it’s good but i do have to say that the staff at this location always seem so tired and grouchy. Maybe it’s the lack of staff? I don’t see very many around. Never seen more than 3 lanes open at the same time. I hope they are able to get more help if this is the case. I’ve been overworked before so I sympathize. I worry for them!Albertsons is under the same umbrella as Vons , Randalls , Safeway so I feel safe and valued going to these stores. This location is older so the entrance doesn’t appear inviting but they’re doing well in the inside.

Not going to knock their quality or pricing or any of the usual stuff.Where they have really disappointed is in the manner in which they are treating policy amongst the on-going pandemic.A sign posted stating that one must wear a face mask to enter the premises is in NO way enforced. The majority of shoppers allowed inside are NOT wearing face masks or anything of the sort. Even employees can be seen NOT wearing face masks.Management needs to crack down or tear down that sign.

Suppose to have 3s a crowdNot!!!!! Also no one at Deli waited for 10 minutes. 3 people were waiting beside myself. So I left! Very disappointed. Bought lunchmeat in store. I been going here for 21 years it seems to be getting worst Not any better! My experience at the meat department was excellent.

They have two cashiers who are miserable. One looks like Kenny Rogers and the other one looks like Jim Hensen. You come in there and they don’t speak or smile. The store won’t stock small bars of mild cheese. The only valuable employee is the older Hispanic lady. Super nice. Price of goods is 50% more than Stater Bros. I only come here for convenience. I tell them I want to buy bags, but end up with a ton of stuff outside of the bags.

Always great service, short wait for checkout and generally very good produce.The bakery is great, bagels here are always nice and light, even the day after.Prices for produce are a little more expensive than other stores, but its a trade off if this location is more convenient.

Rarely do they have what I need.I understand that the store is not a supersized one, but try a putting a more efficient effort into keeping it stocked at all times of the day.The morning especially: 10am 😒😤Ive been going to this location (when I cant locate another store regards to easy access to location) for over a year and it always the same in stock and personal attention to serve its patrons: Weak.

Stopped here at 10:55 PM to run in for 1 quick thing and the manager at the door said they were closed and wouldnt let me in. I guess the store hours should be 6am to whatever time the manager on duty feels he needs to close. I am a frequent shopper of this particular location since it is .4 miles from my house but might have to consider going the extra mile to shop at Stater Brothers down the street. Very disappointed that they couldnt accommodate me when it was not 11pm yet. I worked retail for 20 years, most of them as a manager and believe me, I never turned a customer away if the closing time had not yet come.
