As someone that is new to the prescription world, I am sad with how I have been treated by the Walmart Pharmacy. They make me feel like I’m a burden and that I’m asking to many questions.Every time I try and refill a prescription I am told 4 different stories of why my prescription wasn’t filled on the date and time that was promised.Long story short, poor communication skills, unprofessional, rude and nothing is promised on the date and time they give you when trying to refill or pick up something called in by the doctor.

Everyone at the Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy (Anaheim Blvd) are terrific from the pharmacists to the assistants. They’re always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
