So bad. I am unsure what is happening here at this location. But there seems to be boxes everywhere. Merchandise all over the place. Crates stacked to the ceiling. Outside garden is so very dangerous and looks to be the go to spot to steal and hide your stuff. Step lightly and expect to do some hunting yourself, because the employees have no clue where anything is at and will send you to all 4 corners for you to find. Save your time, your mind, and soul and go somewhere else. At least until they figure this fiasco out.

They have everything here..and for good prices. Their prices are reasonable, but their products are not cheaply made so it all works out. Professional, helpful staff.. great selections!

Lately because theyve been moving stuff around it hasnt be all that stocked but usually this store has all the good I need. Theres always staff around to help if you are having trouble locating something. There only down fall is whoever puts people on registers. Always seems like they have way more stockers then register people. But all and all this is the best walmart I have personally ever been too. Just hope they stop construction soon and get there store together and back 9n track

Walmart, at this location, is my very favourite store to buy electronics, clothing, food, tools, and gadgets.Its products selection is the best.Prices are always a great value.

Honestly, I try really hard not to complain. But I usually come late at night to avoid large crowds, but the fact that they have only one or two registers open, it really takes forever to check out. Tonight I’ve waited no joke, for 30 min, JUST TO CHECK OUT. I can’t use the self check outs because I have just over 20 items. Also, one other time I wasn’t able to get a toy from a boxed area because I waited at least 20 min and no one showed up.

Nothing is ever in stock....its as if every isle has some part of it completely empty

I use pick up once a week and I love it. But 50 percent of the time they forget to put something from my order in the trunk. So Im going back to Walmart alot. So Check your order before you leave.

Typical, though a bit smaller than others elsewhere, Supercenter location, though this one is larger than many, like Garden Grove.Its not really on a typical route I take, but sometimes I get over here any shop.I cant wait for the current renovations to be done here, as they seem to have limited things in certain areas of the store, and its tough for my friend whos in a wheelchair right now, since they only have the restrooms in the rear of the store open, and its hard to have to wait forever for the handicapped stall when someone who doesnt need the extra space is in there a long time.

This place is becoming more and more ridiculous. Stood at jewlery for 15mins where someone was supposedly paging someone to help. To which no one came. Then went to the fitting rooms to try clothes on along with another customer and there was not an employee to be found. Finally found someone who took 10 mins to look for someone to which she ended up bringing a manager just to be told we could not try anything on because they were remodeling. How are people supposed to buy clothing if they cant try it on? Oh yeah you have to go all the way home...try it on...then bring it all the way back. What a waste of time. You guys need to get your stuff together. As big of a store as you are and your customers have to go through this? What a disappointment

If your going to change and move things your employees should know where they are and speak English and understand English.

Customer service interaction has dropped completely at this particular location to down right rude and argumentative. I suspicion this is because of its location which is not in a great part of town. The fresh bakery is selling many items on its shelf that are well past the current date for freshness, so make sure you really double check the dates. I am planning to find new locations to shop at now and avoid this particular store completely.

This is one of my favorite Wal Marts. Very friendly and helpful employees. Clean and well stocked. Any issues quickly addressed.

The parking lot was very crowded. It took a while to get something from one of the locked up shelves. Other than that the place had many items at very good prices and the employees were friendly.

Nice and clean inside. Only complaint would be I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers when paying for my food. The lady was very rude because my bf and I grabbed a Garlic without the tag. She seemed to be impatient with us, and to other customers.

This Walmart is cool but always hella packed we usually have to wait a big line but lately we be going to self pay which isnt a longer wait but staff usually arent that helpful and you got to wait awhile if your trying to get something thats in locked doors.

Two speedy cahiers are open, and the self cahiers are for shopping of less than 20 items., so that leaves only one open cashier to be able to pay with a long line of customers waiting. Please open at least more than two if you see a long line at this line. It would be appreciated.

Why lock everything up if you aren’t going to have someone available to unlock items. Waited 45min in the spray paint lock up pushing the assistance button and nobody showed up. everyone we asked said they didn’t have a key or never came back to help

The employees were restocking shelves during the middle of the day. Three different times throughout the store, I had to either move something so I can get through to where I needed to go or walk all the way around. It’s not that big of a deal for me but my 76 year old mom was with me. She couldn’t use the electric cart because there was only one, an employee just brought it from outside, and the battery was completely dead.What made things better this trip is I had to ask an employee for assistance twice in the pharmacy area. Both times he was pleasant and friendly.

Came here and had to wait in a checkout line for about 20 minutes without any movement forward through the line. Finally I was so frustrated I walked to the clerk and asked what the situation was and was told the registers weren’t. Working. I decided to try for myself and went to the self checkout line and proceeded to checkout with my items with no problems whatsoever. The is place is very chaotic and the only Walmart I’ve been to where it seems like you are trying to figure out how to pay or where things are at all

The worst experience only three checkers were available with huge lines behind them. The self-checkout was no better. When you ask for help they direct you to another line then that line will direct you to someone else worst experience ever where is the management for the store why arent they walking around and seeing the dissatisfied customers.

This is the last Walmart store that I will ever enter after I received the worst customer service from the CS lady, Asset Protection Manager, and one of the Team Lead around 7:00 PM on September 4th, 2021. Off course everyone claimed to me THE MANAGER when I wanted to escalate my issue, which is returning a product that I bought 3 weeks ago, due to it being difficult to install.

I always shop at Wal-Mart in Santa Ana, its my go to place, and I always thought for some reason neighboring Wal-Marts were nicer since most of santa ana neighboring cities are predominantly white. But let me tell you, this Wal-Mart location was filthy. I thought my walmart was bad but this place had all types of stuff everywhere, the floors were super dirty and the place was lit in a way that made it look gloomy and depressing. I will never return to this Wal-Mart again

He so helpful and has courteous customer service skills. Treating others including coworkers with RESPECT and a Great Humorous Character. He stopped to price check and confirm clearance prices, followed up with they can overhead page for him if need be, from cashier has a question about price range up on register verses what popped up on Muhammed Ali scanner hed handle it for us if there was any confusion. Inventory Scanner stated thats its a clearance item indeed on both of our shoes 👟👟 with outstanding value👟👟.👍👍Wow other employees stop to tell us that they couldnt answer a question nor help us because they needed a clock back in from their break and or straight just had a chip on their shoulder with attitude, ignoring, snappy saying.... I dont know Im not going to go find out and ask somebody that might know. Giant! Everything you could need is supplied and theres more options than imaginable. Options options options! Practically the entire online catalog at hand. No need to wait for online shipping! And its all a trip with self checkout! Theres a huge customer service center right up front. Staff meets all needs and have exceptional attitudes which the experience even better. Great job Supercenter. BUT. THEEE ONLY THING THEY FAILED AT WAS TO BRING SHADE TO VISITORS PARKING! THEY MUST ADD SOLAR STRUCTURE OVER THE PARKING LOT!! IT ONLY MAKES SENSE FOR THE COMING SUMMERS IN THAT AREA, REACHING IN THE 100s°. I dont know how they didnt think to add shade to the parking in a desert community center! ? If it were a separate section to rate, Id give parking a negative -2 ⭐s!! But thats just me 😌

Half the things are locked up, none of the employees are helpful, long lones to check out, dirty bathrooms, if you want a certain product you have to use a certain checkout (e.g., electronics, cosmetics). I usually have low expectations for Walmart, but this one really takes it down.

I was so happy to see that the dressing rooms were now opened! 😀 So I walk over with my apparel at 7:50, an attendent stops me and says, They are open but they are closed right now. So I am thinking maybe the store is closing early! No she said the store closes at 11! So I left the 2 shorts, a pair of pants and a shirt on by the food section and just left! Thats just pure stupidity to me! But more 💰 in my pocket! #fixthat

Walmart has become a fixture in my life - one. . becuz I could do my shopping during the pandemic-BUT why is Walmart stocked full of employees N each dept. & it continues to feel they cant help customers or they are not instructed to do so- no friendly conversation & in fact a bit rude...not all employees but MOST & YES - every location- wheres management & why not do some training n Customer appreciation & helpful relations ...?It would not hurt and not cost it would raise revenue 💰💰💰

Only 1 cashier working a register check out, all others were self check out which i usually use but not today. THAT LINE took FOREVER! Rude worker there, too. In self check-out. Useful tip: If you work in retail or food service, be useful and helpful by learning what items the business has and know where its located. And if course, what yr workplace does not have. I nicely asked a Walmart employee where in the store I could buy such-&-such item and she rudely said she didnt know. I asked if she could ask a coworker and she made excuses.So I smartly said Gee ok thanks alot for NOTHING.You werent helpful at all Have a good day. Another Walmart that has no regard for the law or its own rules. They allow pets and they are everywhere. I guarantee you never has a service dog been in a stroller. Lol

(SUNDAY) It was a busy day indeed, but nothing like going to the store and finding everything youre looking for. Love it!!The only thing I dont recommend is going during stocking day/time (which is apparently Sunday night) some of the aisles were blocked and it could be a bit of an inconvenience if youre not a patient one. Good thing I am 😇 (hehe)!

We have been blessed to have had mostly great customer service at Wal Mart, even when we lived in Las Vegas. We have been a WM family for decades. If you cant get the manager to help, contact headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. Sometimes the manager has no idea whats wrong, so if you are upset, ask to speak to them First! Get their name. In a Georgia store, customer service was lousy, but the manager didnt know that. Was very helpful! Its ok to take a minute and ask for the manager if an employee isnt helpful. Customer service is really important. We always try to be good customers also. 💕❤

They always seem to be understaffed. It is a very stressful environment. There is always an issue with pricing, long waite for check out. And an even longer waiting time. To get things like detergent out of there showcases. All in all just stressful, some times you dont have an extra 45min -1hr. Lingering around trying to get things. Not good. I have walked out several times sometimes i left a full cart or even se minor things because of the waiting time. Hopefully it changes.

I am here at the Walmart Auto Center on Euclid in Anaheim.What a fiasco, the right front tire was deflated this morning.Called Roadside Assistance and they were excellent.The tire on the other hand was dead with a manufacturersdefect on the inside wall as seen in the pictures attached.They claim that it was slashed.Jose the manager and Hana the Assistant Store manager agreed after looking at the tire. Manny had seen the tire and determined that it was a slash before really examining it.Not only would the slasher had done it during a very heavy rain storm but also managed to skillfully get away without getting hurt. This is a 1986 BMW 528e. Not a lot of clearance.My opinion is that this Walmarts Auto Center is not only slow but dishonest.If I am mistaken I am happy to retract this post.

Im always going to return to this place. The reason being, I can almost always be sure they will have what I need on the shelf. If not, ask an employee and 9 times out of 10 they will bring your item out from the warehouse in the back of the store. Thumbs up Walmart..!!!

I lived up the street from this Wal-Mart and is one of several I would visit. Its clean, well stocked and a super Wal-Mart. Its close to Disney Land so they cary exclusive products Disney related as well as the local sports teams. The staff are helpful and you can get in and out fast. I never have a problem parking and theres other stores to shop during a shopping trip.

It has everything that you want here. My shopping experience is always fun when I come here.

Its to crowded. They allow nonHandicapped people use the electricCarts to not only play around in the store on but also to ride there kids on it. They dont put anything in the carts while shopping. Some of the cashiers have serious attitudes. So bad Ive had to forecourt a few and or yell at them myself to have more respect for the customers.

Employees are horrible. Call buttons for items locked up dont work. Few employees have the keys to unlock them. Then they walk your item to Register 2 because you cant be trusted with them. Cant use electric cart to drive your groceries to your car because people keep stealing them! 😠

I couldnt believe the amount of shoppers. And situation with workers clustered all around check out areas trying to get merchandise from storage room into blue totes and z towards departments were there but he e located in stock was not thought through very well.And When I asked a yellow vest wearing employee if they have small bottle of iced tea I purchased at neighborhood WalMart day before he just tells me to go to the isle with food like coffee and tea. I worked at this very WalMart and youre supposed to take customer to the product their asking for.àa

I did a pickup order it was so easy and was so quick I didnt even have to get out of my vehicle and I just had surgery so that helped a lot

I bought a ring $100 they send it out for resize. 3 weeks later it came back. I had hard time trying to get a nicer box. Because they were giving it to me in a nice plastic bag.

This store does not have the items that were advertised as in stock. I drove 8 miles to get a bean bag chair for my english bulldog.

Waited for over 15 minutes for someone to unlock a security case for a $15 item even though no less than 5 employees made eye contact with me and walked away.

I use delivery a lot and I go to the store. I get house items that are delivered by courier and a couple times I didnt receive the item and never ran into a problem. The staff was awesome. Good job.
