As a small business owner I am continually impressed with other small business that are run as well as this one. I dont know who the manager of this store is, but I can tell you they absolutely do their job! I am continually impressed and wont be going anywhere else!

I went in to have a tail light fixed and to get emissions done so I could renew my registration. Even though it was a busy Saturday, they got me in and out in less than half an hour! These guys are very friendly and welcoming from the second you pull up. I like that I can renew my registration right there so I dont have to go to the DMV. They even gave me an air freshener for my car. Five Stars!

The gentlemen who helped me yesterday were very kind, professional, quick and helpful. One of them even sat down with me and answered a few questions I had. Went to this place to get an oil change and they went above and beyond by topping up my power steering and coolant without me asking, free of charge. They are very professional and fast. They even answered some of the questions I had about my AC. They are honest and wont nickel and dime you. My husband had gone here to get an oil change the week before and he had a positive experience as well. I highly recommend this place.

Go here! I dont know how anyone could do any better! I have had my oil changed twice here. They are fast, super friendly, and they dont try to upsell you. The waiting room is clean. I did have a small leak after an oil change. I returned and they replaced my drain cap AND gave me a free oil change for next time to cover my inconvienence. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again!

Im always impressed by the speed and helpfulness of Grease Monkey. They checked my brakes and tires, filled up my tires, topped off my fluids, and completed an oil change (and fixed an engine leak) in about 10 minutes! This Grease Monkey location in American Fork is awesome! We take both of our cars here and they always do a great job. With oil changes they are always super quick, even when they are busy. They are always friendly and will let you know if something is off with your car and will give you recommendations as needed. Highly recommend!

This location has an outwardly friendly staff. The prices can be steep but Im given to understand you can find coupons generally. We went in for an oil change and emissions test. Wrote down our request, took our phone number. Service was completed in a very timely manner... thing is we didnt know that. Where they were lacking is communication leading to a waste of time for a new customer. Went on a quick visit to Target near by came back, car was parked out front. Went inside and waited for a little over a half an hour, were not being told the car is done and they are cycling through other customers. Finally asked the status of the car and was told oh ya its been done for a long time now we were suppose to know they were finished with it. Fair enough but Im not going to watch to see when your job is finished and if your taking my number especially Im expecting to be informed when its done. Wont be back to this location as there are plenty of other locations where the customer care has been better.

We frequent both the AF and PG locations for our oil changes. Weve had solid experiences over the years. This fall we had a less than ideal situation. Grease Monkey immediately reached out to us to understand and ultimately make the circumstances right. More impressive than their pricing and services, is their level of ownership. They truly care about their customers! We will continue to give them our business.

These guys are great and attentive. We mentioned having a leak a couple of days later and they told us to bring it back in so they could double check everything. We live close to several jiffy lubes but for us this is worth the drive.

The Grease Monkey in American Fork Utah is fast and friendly.

Went in on a Saturday morning and was quickly met by an employee and had service set up within 3 mins of arriving. We probably werent there for more than 20 minutes and they were done. They changed the oil, checked the fluids, checked the tire pressures, vacuumed the interior, and washed the windows. The customer service was fast and friendly. The price was the best Ive seen for quite some time. Im very happy my normal place was very busy and that I decided to give this place a chance. Well worth it!

I go here more than any other place. They do a good job. They used to leave a carnation on my dash when they were done. I do miss that.

They always do a wonderful job taking care of my old truck, it can be a little tricky to find things for my old Toyota but they always take the time to show me what they can and cant fix. They often make sure to let me come out and fire up my truck and always have a smile to accommodate there service.

So much happier with these guys than Jiffy Lube! Definitely worth the extra drive.

These guys and ladies work quickly, offer amazing customer service and are professional and respectful. I dropped my car off and went to get some Sonic next door. I walked back after getting my Sonic to go (and they were fast too) and when I returned the staff was done with my car. I will go again, for sure.

They not only changed my oil, they did the emissions test and renewed my car registration.

Only place I’ll ever go again. This is the only place I’ve ever been that I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of when it comes to my car. Everyone was literally SO SWEET and kind, they don’t make you feel pressured or push you to do anything you don’t have to do! I drive 30 miles out of my way to have my vehicles serviced here...I can do my own work; however, with their pricing it just isnt worth my time to do so. Most oil places will sell you an oil change but that is all you get...oil. I LOVE that at grease monkey my oil changes are closer to full vehicle services they top off all my fluids, vacuum my carpets, clean windows, and conduct a brief inspection of my vehicle to ensure that everything is as it should be... no other oil change shop offers services like this for such low prices.

I think the longest Ive waited for an oil change or emissions test has been 9 minutes. Fast, friendly, and just a great place to take your vehicles. Very competitive prices too. Id go here over jiffy lube all day.

Steve, Laura, Mark, and team are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and are service experts. They are the only Grease Monkey in the BlueStar inspections program as a certified inspection station and have earned that spot! I trust them completely. Highly recommend this shop.

We have always gotten our maintenance and oil changes from the dealership and decided to give this location a try. We had high hopes based on the reviews. Service and the price were great. The trouble came when we got home and discovered our car was now leaking oil. We opened the hood and it was apparent that oil had also been spilled inside.

I usually go to Jiffy Lube and it takes too long and customer service is subpar. I went into Grease Monkey with no expectations. I pulled up and was greeted immediately, asked what I was there for and they went ahead and took my keys and car. I walked in with one of the mechanics who was friendly and very fast. He put my info in about my car and my contact info under 2 minutes. He let me choose what oil I wanted and did not try to up-sell me on anything...unlike Jiffy Lube who wants to change your serpentine belt every oil change lol. I sat down and in about 5 minutes I was paying and driving my car back home. They showed me what my cabin air filter looked like and asked if I wanted them to change it. I told them I was happy they showed it to me (because it was filthy!) but I politely told them no thank you and that I would change it myself since it is cheaper and easy to do. He did not argue and was very polite about my response. I will always be going here for oil changes! Very quick and professional.

Ive been bringing my car here for the past year. They are always quick and have great prices. Also, the complimentary popcorn inside adds to the good experience. I wont take my car anywhere else!

Ive used these guys for a while and they did good fast work. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is because they didnt go out of their way to be friendly. It was purely a business transaction and although they were polite, it wasnt very friendly. Still worth going to.

Went in for safety and emissions. And failed emissions the first time, so I bought a new cat, then had a friend test it and it passed three times in a row. Took it back to grease monkey and they nearly blew my engine. Revved way too high for too long. The temp gauge was pushed all the way down. Then they tried to say my car is in bad condition. When it is brand new with 15k on the whole car. And of course, they failed it. So I took it back to my friend and it passed. Never going to this grease monkey again, bad equipment and bad treatment of cars

I tried calling today to get a price quote on an oil change and literally was hung up on three times in a row. Its not like they picked up the phone and answered and then hung up they literally pick the phone up off the hook and then hung up the call. you have to wonder whether they really want your business or not when they wont even answer a phone call and literally I called 3 times in a row and got the same response... I dont think these guys deserve your money.
