My experience with Hunter at Watts Automotive was by far the most enjoyable truck buying experience I’ve ever had. I walked in knowing the truck I wanted, the value I needed on my trade in and within just a few minutes with Hunter I had exactly what I needed. Hunter was so laid back and accommodating that I felt comfortable and at ease as well. I was a little shocked that it was so effortless. We sat down and completed the paperwork and before I knew it I was cleaning out my old ride and settling in to my new F 350!

I would strongly recommend Watts Automotive. I was looking for a passenger Van that I could use for work. I spoke with Blain on the phone and told him that I was 10 minutes away. He met me at the door, took a copy of my ID and handed me the keys. The van was not only in great shape but they had detailed it as well. He not only came down on the price but he resolved my concern of worn out tires and offered a set of take offs to sweeten the deal. It’s a 2017 Chevy Express and it appeared to be brand new. After a 15 minute test drive and a phone conversation with my wife, I told Blain that I wanted it. Even though we went through my Credit Union , Blain was able to get me a better interest rate because of how they match rates. I would not have gotten that without going through him for the financing. I was literally there for 25 minutes and got a great deal on exactly what I wanted. 5 stars is not enough. Blain was fantastic, he was very low key. The process was simple, quick and most importantly painless. There is no handoff to a finance guy, who’s sole intent is to upsell you after you think the deal is done. Blain was even able to get our credit union to match another credit unions advertised rate which saved us almost a whole percentage point. I highly recommend using them!!!

Horrible Business. I made an appointment with Steve and drove 2 hours to purchase a new Yukon Denali from these guys. When I got there Steve told me they sold the vehicle the night before. He would not answer my question Why Didnt You have the courtesy to call and let me know it was sold before I drove 2 hours to buy it. Seems like they have another business they could care less about customers.

On the recommendation by a friend in the area (a two-truck customer of Watts), we made the ‘little country drive’ down from —or UP from— Boise. Steve Bennion was more than accommodating allowing us to drive several trucks which met our needs (i.e. wants). He showed great patience with our indecisiveness, was knowledgeable and helpful with our questions, and not for one moment did we feel any pressure to ‘make the deal’.
