Took my outback in for its first service. Pulled into the express lane (no appointment), was greeted immediately and directed to the customer lounge. Less than 5 minutes later received a text from my service advisor Tracy introducing himself and letting me know how to contact him with any needs. 13 minutes later I received a video link of the multipoint inspection and findings with Tracy explaining what was looked at and what was found. 10 minutes later car was done, keys handed back and service report provided.All-in under 30 minutes for oil, inspection and tire rotation.Ive spent more time than that waiting for an advisor to check me in at other service shops. One more reason Im glad I purchased from these guys. Actually looking forward to getting service done if this is the new benchmark.

I just purchased my 2022 Outback Wilderness and I absolutely loved my experience. I came into test drive a wilderness but with high demand and shortages I was left to drive an Outback Touring XT. Pablo was quick to point out all the similarities and differences between the two trim levels so that I could get a decent idea of what the wilderness would be like. After that I was able to put a deposit on an incoming geyser blue wilderness spec’d exactly how I wanted. Pablo kept me up to speed on where it was in the build process and when I could expect to see it. To my surprise it got in quicker and I was able to get it sooner.Pablo collected my info that morning to build the deal and I am not exaggerating when I say I was out of there in less then 5 minutes. Everyone hates being tied up at the dealer but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed. Also he did all of this on his birthday/day off!I worked in car sales a few years back and I know some of the lies and tricks salesman will pull to manipulate you. Pablo and the sales team were very honest and transparent about everything and made the process extremely easy.I plan on buying from Doug Smith Subaru and Pablo again.

And because on-site inventory is low he always kept us in mind. When he found out that a few where scheduled to be delivered in the coming month he call and let us know so we could get one when delivered. He made everything seamless. The inspection showed that I need to replace my rear breaks.Set appointment and go. During a thorough second inspection, Dan noticed that my brakes can go for another 30,000 miles.Thank you, Dan, for keeping my 2005 Forester safe and save my wallet as well.My visit cost me $0 and I drove back home from Cali already.Smooth and fun ride.

My family and I had a really good experience shopping for a mini van here. Blaine was our car salesman and he did a great job helping us see all of our options. Never seen it this busy but I was told it could be 90-120 minutes so all fine. Usually, I am in and out, everything is great. This time, just one minor gripe is I could see my car parked out front meaning it was done. After at least 20 minutes I went to the back to ask and just the paperwork needed to be done which started then and two minutes later I was done. Seems crazy to have the customer waiting on paper work.

Everyone was kind and helpful. The salesman, Nelson Mosques, was personable and set us up very well. Very pleased with the service. Would buy a car here again.

I recently visited Doug Smith Subaru to help my daughter look for a used vehicle. We went in knowing how much she could spend to make her monthly payments and fully expected to be in the used car market. After sitting down with Nelson and talking about our expectations and needs we walked out without a used car. Instead we were able to get her a new crosstrek and we’re below our price range. I went in to get my oil changed and had a great experience. While I was there, they found that two of my car filters needed to be changed and Ashlyn, my service advisor, was so awesome by bringing out the filters to me and showing me why they needed to be replaced and how often they should be replaced. I scheduled a recall 4 this morning, then had to drive an hour and a 1/2 to get to the appointment with another vehicle So that I could go get some things done while they performed the 4 hour scheduled recall. When I arrived after completely rescheduling my day and driving 2 vehicles (my wife drove the car to be serviced, rescheduled her work day) an hour and a 1/2, they informed me that the fuel tank needed to be under half full to perform the service appropriately without spilling fuel . I am now driving 2 vehicles An hour and a 1/2 back home with my wife after having to reschedule for another day . So, now I am having to reschedule another work day and drive 2 vehicles an hour and a 1/2 to come back. Talking with the service desk personnel, they all seem to know about this fuel tank issue and the need to have the tank less than half full. I was disappointed that I was not informed of this before driving up for the appointment, and now completely wasted my morning and have to do it again next week . This was not my fault, was completely this service departments fault,This really should have been conveyed to me as I made the appointment. They offered nothing to make up for the mistake other than ruining another day for me and rescheduling. Communication folks. . To be continued..They reached out to me, so we shall see what and how they respond. Update 12-13-21- They did a better job with customer service the 2nd go around, providing a loaner car to save driving two vehicles up today. Better.

Just picked up my car that I had left there for almost 3 months. within three days the check engine light was back on. They claim that they put a new motor into it but the check engine light came on within 100 miles. I have been trying to get into contact with their managers for other things for over a month, to no avail. I originally took the car in to get an injector replaced, to which they told me it was an entirely different issue. Six months after, the engine had blown up as they refused to fix the issue that I had already told them was wrong. during the three months that they were replacing my engine they never initiated contact with me once. I always had to call them in order to get any updates and they were extremely hard to get ahold of. They left my car outside with the window down overnight in the rain,, then told me that they cleaned it when they hadnt. After getting my car back, I took it to an inspector and they told me that the motor mounts were not even bolted on, there was a new transmission leak, and half of the covers under the vehicle were either damaged or completely missing.

Met with Pablo a sales person and had a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealer. Pablo beat the other dealerships offer and provided a superior experience by far.

The first thing I noticed at the dealership was how calm it was. Everyone was busy, but not hurried. I firmly believe in the mantra “under promise and over deliver.” They absolutely nail it here. They said 30-60 mins for my oil change. 25 minutes later, I was leaving. It was super easy and the lounge was nice to relax in. Great experience getting my cars work done here.
