I am the Executive Director for Community Options Inc in Amarillo, TX. This morning myself and two of my management staff took six special needs individuals in with us today to shop for our BBQ we were having for lunch. Every single employee we came in contact with was AMAZING! One employee Remona (excuse my spelling) even gave one of our guys a huge hug that he of course initiated because she was so kind to him!!! It is not every day we see such an amazing response from the community unfortunately and it made my heart so happy and it sure made their day as well! Whoever manages this store just know all of your employees are absolutely amazing and sure did make such a huge difference today! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I used to enjoy coming in the store because of the store being clean and the best oranges in town. The last three times I have been in, store security has been following so close it is painfully obvious I am suspected of shoplifting. I am a 67 year old great grandmother, overweight with knee replacements. There is no way I could sprint out of the store with anything. Also, I am not shrewd enough to be a good thief. I am retired and enjoy just looking around when I am out. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. An employee pressured me to check out and refused to allow me to use the self checkout option. She was rude and sarcastic.I cannot imagine how much Walmart loses in revenue to shoplifters daily, especially with people loosing jobs due to the pandemic. I have worked retail and I get it. I am sure I am not singled out for the same treatment I received and other customers have been treated in the same manner. I believe in the misguided effort to stop financial loss, the company will lose more money by the loss of good customers.I dont know if this review will be seen by a district manager, but if so, the employees would benefit from training in store security and customer service.

Michelle Quintrec of store #7362 was so helpfull to me yesterday. I thought I lost my wallet but with her help I found it. Went to her store and she told me that it wasnt there at first I went home and just as I got home she called me 3 times letting me know she had found it. She deserves a lot of gratitude for her customer service. She needs alot of praise from her Manager and co workers!!!!!

Great place to stop and get a few things. Friendly and helpful employees that dont make you feel like youre a bother. Highly recommend.

I love the Walmart neighborhood market it’s always clean fresh excellent customer service you can find what you need to get in and get out quickly and although their money order machine is usually down that’s really the only complaint I have. It’s really is a great place to shop cozy

I did not know it was open late, but I checked because no where else was open. I was immediately happy with the lack of zombie idiots crowding me--I was able to go about my business without anyone sneezing, coughing, or trying to rub against me.

I stopped by this morning and the hours posted were stating that the store opened at 6am.I was told by a employee that the store was not open for customers until 7am.Displeased at this point and not afraid to say it.

We had to go to this Walmarts money center since the amount we needed to get was too high for grand (1,000$). Not knowing the neighborhood, and never have been to this area of town, Id asked the lady at the customer service desk if it was a safe neighborhood since she asked pretty loudly And your getting a thousand dollars? She seemed offended that I asked about the safety of the location, and acted rude the rest of the time we were at the desk. I have no idea how good the rest of the store is, but with first impressions, we wont likely return.

Love this little wal mart. Most of the employees are friendly...easy to get in and out, most of the time.

My mom went in to get toothpaste and it only took her twenty minutes. So was Wal-Mart gets 1 little star for that.

I had 2 different meats and a checkout woman took one of them. She refused to let me buy more than one meat. You are supposed to be able to buy one of each kind. She refused to let me buy more than one meat.

Convenient if all youre getting is groceries at Walmart!its usually pretty busy all throughout the day the parking lot stays pretty full other than that its not a bad place just to get simply groceries! I would not go to this Walmart if you need other items like trash bags dish soap laundry detergent they do not carry this stuff here at this Walmart!

I’ve gone here for groceries and other items since this location opened. But today pissed me off, and I won’t be back. My husband bought tampons for me yesterday. Of course he bought the wrong ones, so today I went back to exchange them for the correct ones. Customer Service scanned the returned tampons and told me I could not return them because they have already been returned. Please tell me how that is possible when I have the item in my hand. They would not budge. I get that some customers are shady. I was being honest and doing the right thing. On top of that. Half of the tampon boxes they were selling were torn open and appeared to have tampons stolen out of them. Thanks for ruining the good experiences I’ve had with you. And your welcome for getting to make double off of a product already purchased

Good for a quick shop for the basics. Produce is a little subpar of what Id prefer, but pretty expected quality from Walmart. Often seems the checkout lanes are understaffed, but Im something of a Luddite and refuse to provide free labor by using the self checkout. Staff is always friendly.

This is my absolute favorite place to shop for groceries. None of the hassle of big Wal Mart store but all the great prices.

I was in your store on 34th st Amarillo today at 3 p.m today with about $200 worth of groceries in my cart. Went to checkout and there no checkers at their registers. Not the first time that has happened to me at this location but it is the last. I left without purchasing anything because I had more than I could deal with at your self checkout. Drove to a United Supermarket and made my purchases there.Was checked out by a very nice employee and another employee brought my stuff out and loaded it in my car for me. You should be ashamed of the lack of customer service I received from Walmart.Other customers left without their purchases too. Bad job guys!

Terrible service! The manager Becca or Beth chased after me to see my receipt. All I got was Hawaiian dinner rolls that were marked on sale because they were past their sell date which only cost $0.58. so this lady legit starts chasing me calling out sir, wanted to see my receipt for 58 cents! I literally wanted to tell her off because I was there getting medication for my son who is sick with the flu. I was already there for an hour waiting because the insurance wouldnt go through so finally I was just ready to take my son home and feed him and give him his medicine so he didnt feel terrible anymore. But this little white lady has to stop me for 58 cents. So I hope this lady feels great she made my son suffer longer for being sick and making my child prolong his hunger for 58 cents! Someone needs to give this lady a raise cuz shes stopping people of color for 58 cents!

Great place to shop when your in a hurry. Always friendly staff very helpful. Love the convenience of having it so close to the area without all the extra stuff.

Literally across the street from me which makes is the perfect place to get my groceries. I use Wal-Mart pay so getting through the self check out is a complete breeze. The selection is a lot better than I expected and some of my favorites seem to always be in stock here and never in stock at the super centers.

I could not find what I needed, and I understand they do not carry as many products as the bigger Walmart. But it is a good enough store for quick run. Milk, eggs or bread.

First time going to a neighborhood market. I was impressed. Go almost all the time now when I just want to grab some food.

So happy this is in my neighborhood. It really does feel like a neighborhood market.The cashiers are always friendly and know me as I go in daily.
