Kenny is one of the best mechanics Ive ever met in this town. Mark is an excellent owner when it comes to local business and I really fair person as an individual. The pit stop is super efficient super quick and very attentive. Very detail oriented the best quality of service I have ever experienced in a mechanic shop the nicest people I have met in this town in many years. I have never had to bring my vehicle back for any problems and I have been using the pit stop for over 10 years. I highly recommend this place. They definitely treat you like family whether it be your first visit or 100 visits after.

Ive gone to the Pit Stop for YEARS! Probably 10yrs or so and they are the best! They have always treated my car well & are honest mechanics that dont try to sell you anything but what your car actually needs! Good guys & a good place!

I was charged $118 for an oil change on a compact SUV and $80 on a F-150! Ive never paid so much in my life for oil changes. Will definitely find somewhere else to take my vehicles.

I cannot say enough about the mechanics that work in the Pit Stop! These guys are so knowledgeable about any auto, they are efficient and do their work with gusto. I recently put them to the test when I brought my car in that Ive taken to several mechanics all over this town and heck! this state!My car was diagnosed and fixed in a few short hours! Now its running just like it should! I highly recommend bringing your auto in for simple oil change to complicated problems and you will not be disappointed. One mechanic told me.. if you got money I can fix anything.. then he saved me over $200 off the price I was quoted using after market parts! Great job guys!!

We love Pit Stop! All the guys there are kind and they have always taken good care of us. They dont try to plus sale me when I get my oil changed and I really appreciate that. They get me in and out quickly, yet always take time to be friendly and chat with my kids and me! I drive way out of my way to go to the Pit Stop because I like them so much.

Had good reviews so stopped in for an inspection sticker, was ignored when I walked in then told very rudely that they arent doing anything else till they have had their lunch break. Then proceeded to say stuff as I walked out.

The pit stop is a great place to take your car for a fast oil change. You can also take it there to get a sticker. They are quick but professional and they know what theyre doing. Friendly people too.

They are AWESOME!!! They know what theyre doing. I had a recall on my car I didnt even know about and the mechanic brought it to my attention. He even went as far as to print the recall out and gave it to me. He fixed a headlight issue because my left headlight was not working and I couldnt keep it working. I will NOT BE TAKING MY VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Ive gone to this place for years and am sorry to see it produce such inept work. I got my oil changed a couple months ago here. As Im changing it again, myself this time, I discover the lug nut is completely worn down and the oil filter has been so badly screwed onto the vehicle that they ruined the oil filter by over twisting the thing. And it cost 3 times as much as normal. Will NOT be back. And if youre ever interested in changing the oil yourself, I highly discourage going here.PS. Not the first time theyve overtightened the nut and tightened the oil filter in too tight. But typically theyre better. This is the first time it twist the oil filter itself.

Friendly and affordable. Another shop quoted me 5 times the amount to fix what was wrong with my vehicle. Mechanic on staff is a wonderful guy and very knowledgeable.

They have a full-time mechanic on staff. The Ford place wanted to charge me $2500, but Pit Stop gave me an estimate of $500, and even came out cheaper than that at $399. to fix my heater. Ive since had my thermostat housing & a four wheel drive barring fixed & even my oil changed. $59 is comparable to the other places in town. Each time theyve worked with the same great service!

Mark is RUDE! If he disagrees with you, he will tell at you and make you feel intimidated in the garage while standing so close to your vehicle that you cant leave. He was basically spitting on me while yelling at me to get the hell out of there! But didnt have the garage door open to let me out yet! I will never go back here and he will be getting a call fro. My husband! NOT A LADIES PLACE!!!

I have been here several times. The last time I came in for an oil change and the rear light. Their prices are always competitive. That forgot to put the rear light in. I stopped here to have my oil changes because it is close to my work. I usually get my o changed on 34th. That being said my car uses synergetic oil so it costs more. Today I paid almost double what I pay on 34th yo get my oil changed. Will NOT go back to this place. It’s highway robbery!!!!

Very horrible experience went to go get car fixed and somebody stole 65 dollars out my car plus change have always took my car to pit stop to get it fix but never again I would rather go somewhere and pay somebody else then to be robbed and then get scolded by owner for telling him somebody took money out your car have been a loyal customer and never had a problem but im not going to give my money to somebody that lets their employees STEAL!!!! DO Not leave anything in your car when you go here.

Completely rude and unprofessional , came in for an oil change and the front door was locked . I came around to the open garage doors and said “Hello” . I was greeted to a scream shouting “GO AROUND!” I went back to the front door , still locked , as I turn to walk away the door flings open , the only two employees working are eating Burger King in the middle of their poor excuse for a lobby . I was told they would get to me when they were done , oh yeah by the way Jiffy Lube gave me 20$ off my oil change because I told them about what a horrible experience I had at the Pit Stop .

If there was negative start on This, that would be there just like there sirves not good and just down poor.. that need a A lesson in customer service...

Charged my wife $87.50 for an oil change told her the air filter was dirty and charged $29.00 for one I went to get an itemized bill he just wrote down$ 61.75 oil and $ $29.00 for air filter and told me to go somewhere else if I didnt like his prices let me think what am I going to do and I had 2500 miles on the air filter
