We had a tire issue on our RV today and Southern Tire Mart was recommended. Once we found their location I couldn’t be more pleased with there service. They worked us in and we’re able to diagnose and fix a valve problem. The tech was super nice and office staff very accommodating. After replacing a valve they DID NOT charge me a cent. My tires werent DOT legit and I informed my work and they said they were. I took it to these guys and they drove and examined the wheels steer tires. They somehow got them to see the issues. They were great and very polite and honest. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me and those around me stay safe you all rock.

I was a cash customer. But they wouldnt come do a service call a service call because I dont have an account. The agent said they was busy and only do people with accounts. When they are busy. I Wont be back in to ur store and we owns trucks and equipment. This is why I try to Shop with a local own store not these big chains. They dont care. Glad one of the little store helped me. Souther would of left me stranded when I had cash in my pocket to pay.

An employee, Brandon Smith (our angel) saw us in a parking lot and stopped by to assist us and tell us about Southern Tire Mart. From the moment we walked into the business, we were treated like gold. Wayne Littlejohn assisted us from start to end and put us at ease immediately. This organization is top notch! We operate two mobile radar trucks for Texas Tech University and are currently in a month-long project that has us driving all over the Great Plains. We found a screw in the side wall of one of our tires and while they couldn’t latch it, the staff here happily put on our spare and were clear and professional with their service. Outstanding service. Service writers, and the tire mechanics are all great. I highly recommend this company. I needed a tire balanced on our Class A RV. Check in, the actual removal, balancing and putting the tire back on took less that a half an hour.

We bought 6 new tires for our Motor home a couple of weeks ago, I have to say that our salesman Wayne went well beyond the call of duty. We wanted a certain brand for our coach, they did not have it in stock so it was ordered & when they came they were not correct but would have worked. Wayne then got on the phone & hunted until he found the proper tires & they of course were installed. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone that is looking for tires.

I needed done was to have my tire pressures checked to make sure one of them wasn’t leaking. Had to wait a few minutes to be serviced, but once I was in the bay I was out very quickly. In addition the technician realized one of my bow stands was loose, so he tightened it.

The nice young man showed up quickly and went straight to work on our blowout on a 18 wheeler loaded trailer. He went as fast as he could and did a great job-Thank you!!!

After trying to get a 3 axle alignment from at least 6 TA a and Petro from Mississippi to Texas I finally stop at Freightliner in Amarillo, Tx. On Wednesday and Talk with Brad and was told he could possibly get me in on Tuesday, he refer me to Southern Tire Mart and ask for Will . Will set me up with an Appointment for Friday 7 am Opon arriving at Southern Tire. Will , Andrew and Henry met me out front got me set up in a bay so the could diagnose the problem I had put 8 drive tires on in January and they were wearing bad. Turn out to be a spring hanger had went bad and spring bolt had shear off. The whole staff was very professional and helpful they walk me the whole process every step of the way. It is refreshing that theres still a honest shop that is not trying to rip off the owner operator. Thanks you. You have a new customer for life.....

Ill cover my eyes when Im driving around their place !!! If youre doing an alignment on ur truck dont go to this place!!!! Im from Amarillo I went there a week ago to do an alignment on my truck I talked to a tall, young white guy he looks cool and helpful I told him that I need 3 axles alignment and told me that its 265 unless It uses some parts then they did it and told me that its 365 and I asked him if it uses any parts he told me no , but that they aligned my chambers ok no problem. I drove my truck and it was pulling to the right I come back and told them the issue they rotated my tires and no change at all!! he asked Criss to drive my truck to see he drove and mentioned that its pulling to the right and he told me that its may be the wind then left next day I drove from Amarillo to Okla city, Ok, four of drive tires are gone!!!
