Landon was beyond awesome! He removed the plastic under carriage under my car that got broke from a tree limb on a windy day he got too it as soon as I walked in! He was caring and friendly I appreciate him very much! We love Lang tire in general

We needed a flat on our Trailer fixed on a Sunday. Most places arent open on Sunday. I called Lang tires, they said they could get us right in. We get to the place and the owner Terry was very apologetic that we were going to have over am hour wait. He asked if we minded going to one of his other stores, that could get us right in. We were headed out of town and in a jam so we did not mind.We get to other location, staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They did not charge us for our repair. We were shocked, but very grateful. Need tire or automotive repair go see the Lang group. These people dont disappoint when it comes to customer service.

What an amazing team. I ended up with a flat across from their lot. Normally a Discount tire person myself, I was frustrated because they not only were across town, but they arent open on Sundays. As I grabbed my phone for Google search I heard the angelic AHAH from Lang. Their bay doors were open and waiting. I stepped into a clean store with friendly smiles. They got to my issue quickly, professionally, and respectfully. I expected a significant bill but was shocked when they fixed me up and charged me nothing. Thank you Lang for being there.

I came here yesterday to get my car checked out and they were able to tell me what was wrong with my car! I don’t know anything about cars but they explained everything with detail and showed me so I was able to understand it. I ended up getting a battery, oil change, & a new tire for a pretty great price!! Better than where I have been in the past. I highly recommend! Customer service is awesome.

Ive been using Mavis, Lang, Tire Engineer services for a while now. Reason being they get you in, get you fixed, and get you out. Plus the way they talk to me gives me confidence in what Im told and gains my trust. Id also rather spend my money on a local business than the box stores that have been wrong and wasted my time. I was on a road trip from Florida to Colorado and had a problem crop up with my tires. I checked the online reviews, and Lang/Mavis seemed to be highly respected. I know why--Landon and his team were very gracious and professional. They got me back on the road at a reasonable cost. I was impressed with their attitude and service, and hope their business continues to flourish in Amarillo.

Really great customer service. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.I have been having an ongoing issue with my car. Another mechanic quoted me an outrageous price and wasn’t even sure it would solve the issue. My friend told me to get a second opinion before spending so much money. Brought it to this shop and they knew exactly what to do and it didn’t cost nearly as much as the first quote. I’m so glad I came here instead…. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on…!!!

Getting new anything for your car can be a headache & doing it as a woman can make you nervous, but not my experience!! Needed an alignment & 2 new tires, already had an appointment for 2 days out, but these guys were able to do it before my appointment & got me back on the road with an hour and a half..... the price wasnt too bad either, it was right in the range that my husband thought it would be!!! These guys are my new friends!!!

These guys have always gotten my tire needs and related maintenance taken care of. They have quickly resolved any issues Ive had. In my experience, they have always been timely. Their prices are competitive. To my knowledge, they have never tried to sell me services I didnt need.

I could walk next door to go get some Coffee.While being extremely kind, full of life, and very respectful.Again. THIS IS THE SHOP YOU WANT TO GO TO!

I came to Lang tire because I had 2 nails in my tire. I scheduled an appointment that morning and my car was seen that morning. They had me in and out pretty quickly. They were very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

Good place to go. It doesnt have the home town friendly feel it had before they sold out to a bunch of yankees from New York, but its still the only place in town Ill use. Lang isnt trying to re-write the book on shady dealings like that place that rhymes with Tiscount Dire is doing.
