I will give them that they were friendly. They even warned me that while they repaired my chip, it could crack further. However, the way they treated my car was not professional. The guy threw his box of tools down right on the hood of my car, on the paint. While he was scraping my windshield with his razor blade, he nicked my paint out of carelessness and did not even acknowledge he had done it. He also scraped one of my finders as he used my car to lean on as he got up and down off his stool. Thankfully, they only charged me $25 because the repair job didn’t even last. I now have nicks in my paint, a scratch on my finder and a crack running up and down my windshield.

Called today about getting in for a bad rock chip repair. They said they could get me right in. I pulled up and they did, in fact, get me right in. 10 minutes later it was fixed and only cast me $25! Did a good job on my windshield but accidentally kept my antenna. Not a problem, just went by and asked and they came right out with apologies and reinstalled the antenna. It was a simple mistake quickly taken care of with great service and would have been a great price but I still carry a $100 deductible on my auto glass so thats what I pay. Their price was low enough I will probably drop the glass coverage in the future.

These guys did a great job getting me out of an inconvenient situation. While traveling, experienced a break-in at a local hotel.
