While on a cross country winter trip our wind shield was grazed by a large rock. Fearing winters cold temps and the knick expanding, we called Windshield Unlimited and pulled in. Within 20minutes they had the fresh star hit and a smaller knick fixed and on our way. I highly recommend their fast service especially if your not local and looking to get a quick windshield fix.

They were so professional and able to replace my windshield same day. Highly recommend!

Best price I could find in town. Almost half the price of almost everywhere else. 4 hour wait is not unreasonable at all for windshield replacement. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They broke the rain sensor ($130) and the cover for the rain sensor ($30). When I went in to tell them they said “ if we have to take it off we are not responsible”. Are you kidding me! That is on top of them getting urethane all over the dash and sill panel covers. And they put the molding on wrong, it was so far off, the trunk would not open. It is one piece from the windshield to the trunk. The wipers would not stop running and they said they were going to have it scanned and “ make sure it wasn’t something they did”. Again are you kidding me. This is terrible customer service. These people, are from what I can tell, totally incompetent to supposedly be professionals. Take your business elsewhere. It will cost you a whole lot less in the long run. I would do 0 stars but it won’t let me.

I got a crack in my windshield just as I was getting into town. It was 5:00 and they were about to close. But stayed open and fixed my windshield. Great job, great service

Great service. We showed up without an appointment and they got us taken care of. They even shoveled the snow so we could get in the car easier. The proprietor wants you to know the worst case scenario so be prepared for that. This is my second experience with this shop and both have been great.

I took in my 2014 f-150 to get a repair on the leaking on the back glass. My windows are tinted and very clearly there are scratch marks ruining my tint. There was also a panel not popped back in properly and had to be done on my own. The headliner was also extremely dirty from the excess adhesive that was not cleaned up. It was also on the window. 175 dollars to fix a leak and now I’ll have to spend 100 dollars to get the window re tinted. Do not recommend.

If you need a piece of glass replaced in your car then look no further. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the price was great. I would recommend anyone to use this shop.

Fast replacement of my windshield. Very happy with the results. Cheapest place that I found when I called around too. Their lobby is very nice as well. If you have to wait for your car the have coffee and an aquarium. 100% recommend!

In the middle of a road trip, my rear view mirror fell off of my windshield. I called them up on a Saturday morning, and they said to come right over. While they werent able to fully fix it before I hit the road, they were able to start the work so when I got to my final destination that it could be finished quickly. On top of that, they didnt charge me. They went above and beyond, and I am grateful for that. Would absolutely go back.

Nice shop, office and waiting area. Extremely fast and professional service. They fixed my rock chip for $50. Satellite wanted $119 to fix it and went on to tell me they give the insurance company a discount. There is no such thing as a soft claim. Kinda like there is no soft punch in the face. Local shop with better options than the mainstream store (you know who). Replaced 2 windows in less than a week. Total was less than $500. Yes, returned because it was a good service and fair price.

Submitted an online request for a quote on a windshield and within minutes my phone was ringing. I spoke with James about truck model specs and he got me a price quote. The price was fantastic so I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment they were extremely busy. I was a little concerned I would have along wait. I waited in the lobby and it was no time before they took my truck back. They had my windshield out and replaced in about an hour and half. David waited on me at the counter and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I would have been very happy to use this company as the price was reasonable on a windshield replacement. I did not appreciate the answer I got when asked how long it would take. The man said 3 to 4 hours and said its not like an oil change I dont appreciate being patronized because I am a woman. Thank you

Had what I felt was an emergency, I needed a fresh rock chip repaied before I headed back north into cold weather for work. Terrible business practices! I had a windshield put in and it leaked water when it rained! I took it back twice and it still Leaked! I misplace my recipe and the guy at the front desk said I had to pay for a new windshield again! This transpired over a two week period. What kind of business is it when you can’t Guarantee your work for two weeks!!!

Super Awesome People, Great Work

Surprisingly, this is the worse windshield install I have ever experienced in Amarillo. I have heard many great comments about Windshields Unlimited, but unfortunately my experience wasnt the same. My first windshield was installed so low that it was difficult to read the VIN number. I was accused of having removed the tape too soon. This was blame-shifting because I had pointed out the problem when I picked the car up, but that employee to whom I spoke didnt seem to think it was an issue. He apparently didnt report it to the manage either, so the next day, I stopped by to speak with the manager (the one who accused me of removing the tape too early). After asking to speak with the owner, he finally agreed to reinstall the same windshield. With the reinstall, there was a resin streak on the passenger side that they tried to buff out. The buffing got most of it, but it is still somewhat visible. Like every customer, I just want a quality product installed correctly from a quality company, which I didnt receive. Now they are refunding the money, which is one solution to the problem. However, I still dont have a quality, well-installed windshield on my new car, and I had to give up two afternoons from work for a poorly-done job that wasnt made right. I guess I will have to go elsewhere, maybe Glass Doctor (I heard they will do a quality job as well).

Went in just before they closed, and they booked me an appointment for the next day. (Desk) manager was very nice and open to questions. The work itself was done way quicker than anticipated: I had a new windshield in under two hours. Price was good too, $50 under the quote from a nearby chain. Id definitely go here again.

I highly recommend Amarillo Windshields Unlimited to anyone in need of glass repair or a state inspection.I recently dropped off my work truck here to have the back glass replaced. The manager at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was the work completed in an expert manner, it was done quickly! I left it there because I assumed it would take a few hours, but received a call after about 45 minutes to an hour saying it was ready. Even further, I was unable to pick it up for a few days because of my schedule. They parked my truck inside their shop until I was able to come get it.The cherry on top that really made my visit stand out? The camper on the back of my truck had been rattling and no longer locked anymore just from wear and tear.. And the lock on the back door had become loose. These guys tightened up the pieces on it and fixed it for me. They didnt tell me this, I just noticed it had been done and I couldnt believe it. The courtesy extended by these guys here is outstanding.You better believe I will be back here any time I need service done on my vehicles. 5 stars!

Driving across the South West and had a couple rocks chip my windshield. Googled them and went in right away in the morning and repaired both chips very quickly and cleanly. Price was outstanding, couldnt believe it. Was in at 0800 and out by 0845. Their waiting area was very clean and nice and had coffee available. It was cold this morning and had my 4 month old mastiff puppy with me and they even let her hang out inside too. Would reccomend these gentleman to anyone.

I originally went to Safelite to have my daughters rock chip repaired, and even tho there was no one in their garage or their parking lot ( on a Saturday mid morning) the attendant told me it would be Monday before he could repair my windshield...UNEXCEPTIBLE!!!!I drove a short distance to Windshields Unlimited and could not have been happier with the excellent customer service. And they have a Keurig machine for customers inside. This is a company that does business like one that wants to stay in business!!!
