Kelly was great! I was very pleased with the service provided. My car looks amazing.

Customer representative was polite and professional. They arranged free Uber rides. I was kept informed on progress via texts. Job appears to be done well. Car returned as clean as the day i bought it new. They fiddled with some user settings, like the folding mirrors which i did not care either way however the car seems to run a little better (when i stomp on the gas) and gas mileage on recent 300 mile trip. The only negative is the duration of the repair but that was fair since the estimated duration was longer. They beat their estimate. My son had a repair at a different place a year ago and they took a long time. I guess car mechanical repair times are much shorter than car body repair times even for parking lot accidents.

The workers here are AMAZING! They really work with you and arent rude about it. I have a hard time with being late (sometimes days) and not once has anyone gotten rude with me. I had had a run-in with a light pole at night in the Wendy’s parking lot. The pole is sitting a ways away from the curb. I though I’d missed it and then I heard the terrible sound scraping down the side of my car. Yellow paint and a big dent from front door to the back end. I had heard that Drury Body Shop was the place to go for a professional repair. I had done around $6000 in damage by their estimate. Fortunately, Drury Body Shop is one of the recommended repair facilities my insurance accepts.I got it back today. Pat went through each item repaired or replaced. It looks amazing. They treated me like I was their only customer. If you ever need body work done, Drury Body Shop is my recommendation. You won’t be sorry.

I stopped in for a quote on damage to my vehicle. I wanted to pay cash and all they wanted to do was make a claim on my insurance. They would not give me a straight up quote. I came here because the ratings were good and the reviews were awesome but that seems real shady to me that they wouldn’t give me a quote and automatically wanted to run to my insurance. I’m pretty sure they were going to up charge some ridiculous amount. Needless to say I just will not use these guys ever for any of my repairs on my vehicles

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI used this shop because Geico will warranty the work and Im stunned that Geico would recommend this shop to anyone.They took 9 weeks to complete about $7000 worth of work.Kelly, told me 6-7 times that he would call back and follow up, he never did on his own, would only call back after I complained to Geico about the bad service I was receiving. No text updates either like they claimed.Said they would cover the rental because it was their fault it was taking so long, Im still out about $250 and still havent heard back from them. its been two weeksThey ordered the wrong set of rims for the car.After 9 weeks I arrive to pick up the car, I had to wait 30 minutes because they hadnt detailed anything, the engine bay was a mess, and obviously not been cleaned or detailed.Got the car back to realize they never test drove it, had a bad rotor that would vibrate so bad that youd feel it through the steering wheel. I had to replace the rotor myself since it would probably take them a month to do so.They also had charged for a $312 tire on the supplement, when in reality they just threw on a $140 on my car, quite shady.Service is a 0/10The quality of repair is a 1/10

I first used Drury to fix my sons car. He’s in South Korea and I had to get it fixed before turning it in to the dealership. When I picked up the car there was a dent on the hood that wasn’t there previously. The guy said it must be hail damage. The car was not in any hailstorm. I decided to give them a second chance and took my car in to have the bumper replaced. The bumper isn’t quite lined up right, and now the roof has a dent in it. I did some research and found out it could be from either hitting a curb or from some other impact. Well I haven’t hit any curbs, so it had to have come from the hit and run I was involved in which should be covered under his insurance. So I took the car back up there and left it so they could address both problems. When they called me within two hours I knew they didn’t have time to fix it. Sure enough it looks exactly like it did. The guy just rattled off a bunch of excuses. The bumper is hanging off because of the weight, blah blah blah. Anyway I won’t be back. Terrible job. Do NOT recommend! The girl at the front is very nice and efficient though. If you do use them, make sure you look over your car thoroughly before you drop it off and before you leave with it!!

Took great care of my little fender boo boo

I took my car there to get fixed after a hit-and-run. He told me he would notify me as soon as he heard from the insurance company because he was on hold while I was there. After not hearing anything for about a week I finally found out that the insurance company was gonna go ahead and total out my car at which time I contacted The Body Shop and was gonna make arrangements to either pick it up or clean it out At which time I was notified that the car was not street legal because they had started to take it apart but stop after they found out it was can be told out in which failed to call me a notify me which they knew days before I found out. So at this point I said that I would be down there to clean out the car. I went to go clean it out and they couldnt find my file so while they were looking for the file I went ahead to go to the car to start cleaning it out at which time I found out the car had been broken into and my stereo, speakers, and amp were taken. The manager on duty was notified and I was told that just before a couple days ago or whatever a trout had the tailgate stolen off of it while in their lot and the same spot At which they have a coded gate you have to get in and a pretty high chain link fence and cameras. They told me that the cameras didnt catch nothing they think somebody might have their code to the gate But there was no place in the fence that had been cut or anything And that pretty much it was just my fault because they have a sign posted I should remove all valuables and stuff. And I dont care who you are who goes to a shop and removes their professionally installed stereo and speakers in and which weighs A lot so that speakers wasnt thrown over the fence. Yes I remove my valuable such as my purse stuff like that but why would I take out something that was professionally installed. It was a $1000 worth of stuff and all he could tell me was O well you dont have to pay us the $165 for the labor of what we did do. I think the situation was handled very poorly all the way around down to not even be in notified when the insurance company said that they were going to total out the vehicle down to my vehicle being vandalized. I wouldnt recommend them if they were the only place in town.

When I gave them the Durango it was dirty iside and out. Both bumpers had to be replaced, and some other stuff. I never had to wonder where they were. They kept me up to date every step of the way. There were a couple of delays for parts but I was always kept up to date. When I went to pick it up it was clean inside and out. The work done was excellant. They even cleaned under the hood. I could not be happier...

Connection between Insurance & Drury Body Shop made the entry into estimation/ beginning repair fairly quick & East. Drury kept in contact throughout the repair process by text, so I knew when the repairs would be completed. Estimate of my part of cost of repair was fair and agreed upon in advance. When I picked up the car after repair, it had been washed and was pristine. All repairs were well done and on time.

I initially came to this shop for an estimate. The lady working at the front desk just scheduled my car for the actual repair. She didnt care that the insurance only appraised so much. I didnt like her aggressiveness. I went ahead and agreed because they seemed legit. My car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks. When I finally got my car back it was missing a part that went in the back seat door. After a week, the rear lights were loose and almost falling off. I called about the issues and told me to go in. I dont live in Amarillo, going there requires me to take time off from work because theyre not open on the weekend. Yes, they fixed the lights but they are loose again and I havent received the part that goes on my door even though I gave them my address at least twice. I started noticing that where I put gas, the washer is loose. I would never go there again. My car hasnt been the same since I took my car there.

Probably the best place in Amarillo to have your vehicle repaired at. They took a bit longer than I expected to have it finished, but still about 5 days before the time they quoted me to have it finished. All lines match up, and the paint is perfectly matched. The only complaint I have is that they put on a Douglas tire instead of a Michelin like I originally have, so I’ll have to replace that, but it’s nothing to be angry about when they did such a good job on everything else, I just prefer a bit better quality tires on my vehicles.

I highly recommend Drury. They worked on my car recently and when I dropped my car off they Uberd me to work. This was MUCH faster than waiting for a courtesy vehicle & driver to get back or drop 3 other clients off on the way to where you need to be. Best place by far to get work done on your vehicle. Love the fact that they have a Geico adjuster on site. Dropping off my vehicle took less than 20 minutes. Ashleigh greeted me right off the bat, had all the paperwork ready to go. They called the rental car place to let them know i was ready for my rental. Went over the damage with Danielle (adjuster) and in no time at all, I was on my way. One thing I want to note just to show the level of customer service, Ashleigh made sure I had everything out of my vehicle that I needed before I left, including my sunglasses. The texts letting me know the progress of work was awesome. I let them know I lived 2 hours away and Ashleigh made sure to call me 2 hours before it was ready to be picked up. The work on the vehicle was amazing. Literally cannot tell it was damaged at all. Picked up my vehicle and noticed they also detailed it from top to bottom. I will never use anybody else. The level of customer service provided is just unheard of in this day and age. Absolute class act company!!!

Simply Great ,did everything I needed in the time frame they said and I needed!

Took about 10 days longer than they said it would take (3 weeks total). Got my car home and the area they replaced (back fender) still wasn’t set in the right spot so I had to take it back up, and leave it an extra day.Got it home, and it’s still not set right, but honestly felt like a burden trying to get my car back the first two times so I’m just counting my losses at this point.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle and even had it ready before the estimated time of completion. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I also had the convenience of receiving my rental vehicle there, as well as dropping it back off there.
