Its all hands on deck here! Johnny needs a raise! Hes doing all the work without proper help. I waited patiently while he helped 5 customers and eventually he walked across the store to cut wire for us after radioing for assistance. He went above and beyond! Pay the man Dana!

So how many Home Depot employees does it take to find a tube of graphite? In this case 6. Now I must say I appreciate so many were interested in helping me. I am pretty sure the first two didnt even know what it was. 20 minutes later we found it in the key making area.

Every time I walk into this store I’m greeted by the amazing staff. I’ve visited several times and I’ll continue to do so!One of the wonderful people here, Berkley, demonstrated exemplary professionalism, kindness, and support when it came to helping me find the tools and equipment I needed.I wish I could give more than five stars in support of her, the staff, and the store.Thank you all for being amazing!

Store is laid out in a weird way compared with other Home Depot. This made it challenging to find what I needed quickly. There were no bags available for loose nuts and bolts. I emptied a box and used that. Only registers open were self checkout but I needed help getting the screws inputted because there isnt an option to do that without help. Im not from the area but if I were, I wouldnt return to this Home Depot.

I bought a 3200 mower and it had no gas. I asked for them to get gas so I could see it run before I returned home. 60 miles. So far I have waited 20 min and even though a gas station is 100 yards away I am still waiting. I offer to go myself but the said they had sent someone. Poor service.

Terrible. No one ever pics up the phones. No one is ever in departments to assist you. I paid for a grill and was told it would be assembled for free and it wasn’t. People need to stop using covid as an excuse for lack of customer service. I understand you’re short staffed but don’t offer services that you can’t meet.

I ordered a special order pantry door due to the small size a couple of months ago. When it got to the store, I drove 2 hours from Oklahoma to pick it up. I drove home and thats when I realized that the width was incorrect. I called and talked to a different employee about it and after 25 minutes of being on hold, they tried to make me accept a door that I drove 2 hours and paid over $200 for. After I told them that this was unacceptable they agreed to make it right and order me the correct sized door. I hung up and called back because I had another question. A 3rd different employee answered and I told him about my situation. That is when he informed that he was looking at the new order and that they had ordered the EXACT SAME SIZE DOOR! He worked with me and got it corrected. Thank goodness I called back. Upon arrival to pick up the correct sized door, they charged me a 25% restock fee for their screw up. The same person then goes and gets the new door and brings it out to me. The door is standing straight up with 4 screws securing it to a 4x4 crate. The employee then makes me aware of this and says that if I want the door separated from the crate then I would have to go to this break room type area and find a drill and a bit and unscrew it myself. After wandering aimlessly in this area, another employee asked if he could help me with. I told him what the deal was and he insisted on taking care of it for me. I will NEVER do business at the Home Depot on Soncy EVER again and I will do everything in my power to let people know about the greedy and unprofessional atmosphere that exists there. This Home Depot is sincerely pathetic. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Lowes.

For a busy town of hustle and bustle, these folks wasted little time helping me find what I needed. The cashier was lovely and very helpful..If u like my reviews or pics, pls give thumbs up or follow. It matters. Thank You. :-)

Not the cleanest store. No greeting or offers of help. Employees appear unmotivated and stand together socializing. Several items wouldnt scan. Good product selection.

The guy that worked in doors was very very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products in the whole store I wish Id gotten his name.

No staff in the flooring. Return counter person could teach the world skills of excellent communication and customer service! I believe his name was Derrick. Time of return app. 2:20 PM on Friday June 25th. Perhaps he was upper management or Corp vp donning a vest to help the floor that day.

Went to look for Halloween decor and found almost everything I was looking for!!

Management is horribly rude and their customer service worker is never helpful. I stood hearing her mouth off to several customer in front of me AND call for a manager before I decided to walk off. Cant get their facts straight on orders arent helpful and they seem understaffed like always. Associates are always handing off to others and there is just no reason to shop there. But i guess it makes sense with a nation wide approval of 3% it makes sense. Im probably better off shopping at Lowes.Also something for the company to look into. Went there a couple months ago, that guy in the picture in the other review...Johnny...in flooring. Yeah what a great guy to be undressing the female customers when he thinks nobody but his man friends can hear. What a great pick for an employee. Its quite disturbing actually and there really needs to be some intervention in this because thats not the first employee Ive encountered being disgusting towards the women.

The items I needed required a mechanical lift. Ronnie helped us with great customer service. Even though the store was trying to close he helped us get all of our items loaded in our vehicle. I appreciate Ronnie very much!

Horrible customer service I ordered a washer and dryer and they had to reschedule the delivery which I didn’t mind until they reschedule it again without even notifying me first and when it came time for my delivery they reschedule for a third time. Absolutely horrible

I found what I needed this time! The restrooms were clean. The parking lot had trash scattered about but we had some wind, that could have brought the trash in.

I already like Home Depot and this particular store was amazing! Jesus and Matthew helped us load up about 2 tons of gravel, very efficiently and courteously, despite it being late in the day. We were also helped a ton by the cashier staff and tool rental staff. You guys really went above and beyond, thank you!

Cant get enough of this place. They have everything you need to DIY! The supplies are endless and right there to choose. Employees dont seem as eager to assist as they have in the past, but the app is great when it works or just seeking what you need shows you even more interesting items than you possibly even knew existed!Endless items even with blah customer service representatives.

They had almost everything I wanted.

Needed a torch head for a propane tank. Walmart never seemed to have any. They had a nice selection at various prices from 14$ - 80$. So any job you needed to do and however much money you wanted to spend they had it covered.

Customer service is awesome ! Inam always greeted in a friendly manner no which of the employees helps me. Their have been several occasions Ive went in and they made me feel like I was the most important person for them to help!Thank you all !

I am a very frequent shopper of Home Depot. I ordered over $6000.00 of carpet and padding for my home. Home Depot offered free installation with the order. When the carpet guys arrived they got right to work and installed my carpet. As they were installing it, I noticed that all the seams in the carpet were very visible. I ask the carpet guy about it and he said they would disappear in a couple of weeks. While trying very hard to make the. Disappear. I have since called and complained several times to the store and they keep sending the same carpet man out to fix it. His only response is Ive been laying carpet for 18 years and this is the best I can do. Home depot did send an inspector to the house after the second time I called and he immediately said that all of the seams need to be repaired because the werent glued properly. I have been fighting this for months now and am very displeased and disappointed with Home Depot

Went there looking for a washer. All they have in stock are the floor models (which they will not sell) had employee check the other store to see if they had any washers in stock. Was told that home depot only stocks the floor models. Went to went to competitor to get washer. Dont understand how they can sell big ticket items like that if they do not have them.

They had no one on registers just girl helping on self checkout. She was very helpful. Just not right to not have cashiers working people need jobs and not all of us want to ring up our merchandise.

Just what you expect with a home depot. However there needs to be some monitoring for loading. People parking here just to shop.

Employees lack knowledge of the stock and the store

I am replacing the carpet in my home. Johnny de los Santos helped me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the scheduled measurement, products etc. He was very kind and patient in answering my numerous questions. As I was checking out, the Assistant Manager Denise was called to help clear my check. Very professional as she demonstrated the solution to the young cashier. Home Depot employees like Johnny and Denise, who provide excellent customer service, are the reason customers return to this store! Thank you!!

Asked a lady at the register to call for help loading up drywall and she got mad and was very rude to us. We went looking for someone to help us and the man that helped us was very nice. The same lady that we asked for help earlier ended up checking us out she was still very rude to us. She was looking for a bar code on an item we were trying to purchase and we saw something that appeared to be a bar code and told her and she was very rude about it and said well that one is not it hateful to us without even looking. It was not a good experience with this cashier almost left my stuff and went to lows I would rather spend more money for better customer service than deal with that.

Regret every time I come here. Never seen a Home Depot that closes isles like this store. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen scenes the orange grates up blocking an abandoned isle. And good luck finding anyone in the department to help. Making a commitment to avoid this store.

These guys have a really upped their curbside game. As one of the immune compromised, I have been testing everyone’s curbside services since the pandemic hit here in earnest in March. I will admit that early on, you could expect to sit and wait for a little longer than seemed necessary for your stuff. But today, with a two orders, one pretty big order including lumber, they had me loaded up and on the road in about 10 minutes. Maybe less. Great improvement in their systems. I am thankful for places like this place hat have made life stay a little more normal for me.

Brought back carpet cleaner, staff was helping unload/load another customer. Rang bell for 10 mins then went over to where they were and was told they were closed and couldnt take the cleaner back until morning!!! REALLY!!! VERY RUDE!! Its an addl $28 for keeping it overnight. And that thing is heavy.

Service was worth a penny they dont like to leave their conversation with their co employees instead helping the customers especially the FLOOR department and the cashier.

I am a frequent shopper at Home Depot and I have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered a pantry cabinet online ( only option if we wanted the 90 ) and since we live out of town we decided to have it shipped to the store. Well when we first got the cabinet it already had a huge hole on the bottom corner. Didnt think nothing of it. We thought it was just the packaging. When we get home we open it up to find the it had a huge peice missing from the bottom like it had been bent. Upon further discovery the edges were cracked and torn. My parents decided not return it because it would be an even bigger hassle since we live out of town. Word of advice do not order big items online.

Shout out to Debbie in the blind dept. She did an awesome job cutting my blinds and fixing an issue. She was helpful, kind, and willing to fix the issue. Thank You Debbie my 8 yr old son loves his new room!

Favorite store...

Very disorganized and dirty looking. Not enough knowledgeble help.

Went for ceiling fans replacements not expecting to find what I would like. Had several selections that we could chose from and had lighter colored blades which I was looking for to lighten up dark rooms. Plus factor the fans chosen were on sale and military service discount was given.

Asked for help and help arrived. Tha k you for helping us with the project that is coming up

I had some paint mixed here the other day. The lady mixed it and then asked me, is this for touch up. I said yes, she said ok let me see if I can get it closer (looked fine to me). She added more darkness to it, I couldn’t tell a difference but she is the pro! The color was a perfect match, you can’t even tell I touched stuff up! The lady obviously took a lot of pride in what she does and had an eye for detail and it shows! I’ve been many places who don’t do this same service, this lady at this store made my day! This store is always a pleasure to shop at!

Home Depots merchandise feels like higher quality than Lowes. But, the price at home Depots seems higher, too. The store seems smaller than Lowes. But, the location is great. My wife could shop at Kohls, and I could shop at home Depots. Thats what I like the most.

Staff is always friendly and helpful !! They know thier stuff and can find you what you need ! In the appliance dept. They are helpful but not pushy I like that a lot !!! They sell excellent appliances and have a good variety to choose from !!!

I used Home Depots curbside pick up today. I drove up and parked in a designated spot, selected Im at the store from my confirmation email. So simple!! The order was brought out, my ID was checked and I was on my way home. Loved it!!!
