Bought my Classic Speed Queen Their it came at the perfect timing but my mother in law ordered a refrigerator from their and its been over 2 weeks and she still hasnt received it also had to get on then for her washer

I had a leak around my washing machine. After calling a plumber to check my plumbing, I called several repair services. It being around Christmas, Super Appliance was the only one that could check it out. There was a hole in one of the hoses. He ordered it and came to install it just after Christmas. In the process he broke the lock on the lid, he orders it, that wasn’t the fix. He then ordered a control board, that wasn’t it either. There wasn’t any communication unless I called them. I left several messages for a call back on the status of my washing machine but maybe got a call back three times. My son asked him to take it to their shop to get more eyes on the problem. So now 6 weeks later, it is finally fixed. I do not recommend Super Appliance.

Super Appliance is a great business.They are friendly, helpfull, they go out of their way to find the part for your need.They keep most all parts in stock that are mostly needed. If it needs to be ordered they are fast getting it in 1 to 2 days most of the time. Their staff is up to date on parts and will even print a diagram for you. They pride in service for their customers. I send all my friends and family to them. Best place in town.

Part didnt fit, wouldnt let me return, not even for a restocking fee. Will never return, policy is why I didnt buy a washer from them. So sad, would like to support local businesses.

Absolute worst place Ive ever been. Recieved the wrong part took it back unopened still got charged a restocking fee and they kept the tax on top of that. And the lady was unbelievably rude about the whole the thing.

I needed a belt for one of my dryers in my business. I was told that Super Appliance would have what we needed or they could get it fairly quick. I went there and the part was in stock and they also gave me a paper on how the part would install on my dryer.Very informed, Very good customer service and friendly. I will continue to get my parts there.

These people do not stand behind their product even when they order the wrong part. I called Super Appliance and ordered a water drain pump for my lg washer and when I picked the part up I brought them the entire assembly to make sure I was getting the right part. They told me the part that I was buying was a water drain pump and told me which part to replace. But when the washer still would not drain I asked them to come out. The tech was nice but when it was determined super appliance sold me the wrong part they still wanted me to pay for the service call and the correct pump. The owner wanted to use a play on words to get out of refunding my money back for the part they ordered incorrectly. Seeing this was going nowhere I asked him to give me the pump for cost since I had to pay for the wrong part in the first place. In the end they ordered the wrong part they told me which part to replace when I showed them the assembly and they wanted the customer to pay for their mistake. The owner did everything to get out of taking responsibility for a simple mistake. I will not do business with this horrible company again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They dont give good notice of when they will attend your house. They give a 3 hour window of when they can show up but a call when are down the street 5 minutes before closing. Didnt think they would show up, asked if could give a few minutes to get home and so no we stop working in a few minutes. Would never recommend this business.

I went in there and told them specifically what I needed. They acted like I was stupid and ignored me completely. That was over a week ago and I have not heard from them...YET! Although they told me I would hear back from them in a day or two. I wish I could give them a 0, instead of a 1, but that is as low as the star scale goes. They say they are a Christian based company...bull buns. They are a snob based company. They are arrogant, and con- desending! I will never try to use them again. You shouldnt either!

Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I paid $298 for them to replace one part in my washer. For 3 entire weeks I heard absolutely nothing from them and every time I called (9 times to be exact), they took my name and number and said someone would get back to me..never happened. Once they finally delivered my washer, something else came back not working. When I called to ask them what I should do, they said it would be another $75 for them to help me fix it. I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone.

They are crooks, they sold me the wrong baking element for my oven, took it back and tried to return and they tried to tell me it had been installed and they couldnt take it back and refund me my money. It never was installed!!😡😡

I bought a part to repair a fridge for around 46$. I later found the exact same part online for 10$. Upon trying to make a return, they told me they were unable to do so. What kind of shady business has to upcharge products by more than 400% the MSRP and then sell it to customers? Seriously, I cant wait until this place gets shut down.The customer service and return policy is beyond pathetic.

Called Super Appliance and explained to the lady who answered the phone that our dishwasher handle had broke and my mother in-law had passed away and we were expecting lots and lots of people in out of the house for the next several days so I was looking for a same day repair service. She said that she would have a tech call me between 1&4 same day. I was very appreciative and expressed my appreciation to her. Long story short I never heard from Anyone at Super Appliance after that initial phone call. I called first thing the next morning to inquire about. Not being serviced yesterday and Tom the service tech was very matter of fact that he knew nothing about a service call for yesterday and he had no intention of attempting to make their mistake right. We all make mistakes I am most certainly guilty of that but when the mistake is brought to your attention then by all means do whatever you have to do to make it right. Tom had many options and chose to dismiss the whole episode as non event. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I feel it’s important for all consumers to knowSuper Appliance isn’t willing to go the extra mile after they have made a mistake nor are they really even willing to accept responsibility for their mistake.

We have Had Tech over to work on our Dryer and the Tech informs us that it’s Probably a sencer , does not replace one . Yet still charges for a house call .On another occaction we had them come out to work on the washing machine it just needed a good cleaning and we paid almost $400.00 and it still isn’t working as it should . We were told it may need another sencer . I said well fix it , the Tech said they would have to order one. Well that never happened . I Guess Quality And Service are no Longer . Very Disappointed !!!

Stay far away from this place. I called for a part that typically online sells for $15-25, they said they had it in stock but would not give me a price until I got there with it. When they brought it to me the price was about $90. Way outside the budget I prepared for, well over 200% mark up for a small part like that, when I asked for part number they refused to give me the # and cited store policy. This place is out to screw its customers at every turn. Stay away.

They get the job done. It takes them a few trips in my experience but their tech is really knowledgeable. Even with having to buy multiple parts its still cheaper than a new appliance.

Thieves!! They took my elderly Mother for $268 plus a $100 part. They left knowing her washer wasnt fixed!! My husband fixed the washer with a $9 part.

Repair guy came out. I told him did not want to spend a lot on the fridge because the new ones were on sale 20% off. He said its just the fan. I paid $380.00 for a new fan to be installed and when he left the fan was still not working. When I politely called for them to come back out because the fan was not working the girl on the phone had an attitude and told me she would have them back out on Wednesday but they never came or called and when I called back they said your apt is for Thursday. No one ever apologized or even acted like they cared. I just went and bought a new fridge. Do not use them & if you do dont pay them until the work is complete and its working correctly. They dont guaranty their work.

My microwave went out several 3 times. I called Super 8 appliance and Tom came out the 1st time and said it was the magnetron. Paid about 400.00 then. It went out again in 9 months, so I called, Tom said not under any warranty. So he replaced it again, at that point and myself and ex-husband were watching him, so I asked Tom, how do you know its the magnetron ? I had a witness, Tom stated at that point, because he has done this work for 17 years. I said ok, so paid about another 400.00. It went out within a week and he stated was covered but did not know when he had time to come. Waited a few months and he finally came and took it to the shop, about a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, I called him and said hopefully he have it fixed before then. Still no phone calls or words. I called him about 6 weeks ago with another witness, he stated he needed the measurements, so they could get another microwave and they have a lot of money invested in it, so there would be another charge. I called him last week and said he would come out and measure too, the beginning of March 14th, he would try. No show again or phone call. Super 8 has had my microwave 7 months. I have been using a 50.00 microwave. I am tired of this ! You get no where being nice these days. If this isnt resolved next week, I file a complaint with the BBB even if youre not a member, go to small claims court with 2 witnesses and receipts, phone logs ect. Every time you call, the person who answers is the Manager !

This business is one of the most disorganized service business I have dealt with in a very long time. First of all I attempted to call them on a Saturday, I was told they are open on Saturday. Could not get an answer from them during their hours of business. Next I called on a Tuesday. I was placed on hold 3 times. I guess that I will not be using them anytime in the future.

The lady who answers the phone is horribly unprofessional and rude. Did not appreciate it, took my business elsewhere. The ladys name is Carol, she threatened our company if we told anyone about how rude she was, she was going to my company and put a negative comment?? I said that was not the purpose of the comment. She then put a older man on the phone , who said he stood by his employee, he said..we dont care about reviews, we have been in business long enough, only crazy people read reviews...again TOTAL unprofessionalism.

My dryer stopped heating, they came out and said it was a bad heating element and would cost me 375 dollars to fix so I told him I wasnt paying that. I ended up fixing it myself which took 15 minutes and involved unscrewing four screws to pull the heating element out and reconnect a wire that had came undone. Needless to say I wouldnt recommend their service to anyone, nor will I be using Super Applience again.

Best service company in the area! Prompt, curtious service, friendly and knowledgeable servicemen get ya fixed up with a smile, and in a hurry!!! Your reliable choice when it comes to any and all of your appliance needs. I always call them when I need my problems fixed, and they always come through for me. Most of all their senior tech Tom Ambs is probably the most knowledgeable, and experienced technician around, he is very proffesional and curtious in his dealings and I would recommend him to everyone that needs something fixed right.

Washer was fixed within 2 hours of calling. And on a Friday afternoon.

I was having problems with my washer similar to what I had before and thought it was a drain that needed to be cleared. The repairman without even taking it apart and looking at it determined it was an expensive part. He was even told that I thought it was a drain problem like before. I paid for the service call which consisted of nothing but him listening to my machine for five minutes. I ended up replacing the washer. My father took a look at it next time he was over and guess what it was a clogged drain. I called Super Appliance and could never get a manager to call me back. Very disappointing every time I see their commercials I get upset all over again.

Went for a part for my in laws freezer the lady at the front was extremely rude I guess she got mad because I didnt buy the replacement part they offered to me of course I wont buy it if the owner says if it doesnt work too bad you just bought a bad part, extremely rude guy too, I dont know how they stay in business, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Worst service ever,I bought a part that I needed for a refrigerator yes they had the part that supposedly be universal got home part didnt fit I called them no answer so I have a friend that knows someone at a1 appliance they had the original part.4 days later i took part back with receipt that I had bought at super to get money back and they tell me since I pay with debit card they had to mail me a check not only that but they charge me a 20% restocking fee which I dont understand because I didnt special order the part so make sure the part fits 100% before u buy part.
