I never thought I’d enjoy shopping for paint, but it happened two times this week!! Mike and Martin knew exactly how to help and I left extremely pleased by our Alvin Sherwin Williams paint store.Their *very professional* social distancing signs between the shelves and spots on the floor made me feel comfortable walking into this public place. I was happy to see our Alvin store’s commitment to our community through the personal responsibility of following recommended best practices to not only serve, but to help in slowing the spread of COVID-19. It really felt like we were all in this together, not just transforming the craft room, but also looking out for each other’s safety. Thank you for helping me find the perfect “Lilly pink” to match my mask!

The staff very quickly and courteously found a paint color match from a different brand with very little original dried paint to work from. The paint covers exceptionally well.

Provide a quality product that lasts. If the guys at the desk cant answer a question the can even call corporate to find an answer. Very helpful

Martin at the Alvin location was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He made color suggestions for my project that worked out perfect! I ordered over the telephone and did the curbside paint pickup.I would definitely use Sherwin-Williams again in the future.

After an unpleasant experience at the Angleton Sherwin Williams, I went to their Clute store to get the help I needed, and while that store was two gallons short of the paint I needed for our bathrooms, arrangements were made for the paint to be waiting for me at this store in Alvin, was in and out in no time, will probably go to this store first, the next time I need paint...

Great experience and love the paint colors I chose

Worst customer service I have ever had. From the MANGRR herself. She mixed the paint herself and it came out completely wrong. When I took it back they tried to add some color to fix it and when I got home it still was completely off. After going back to the store for a third time they didnt offer any kind of apology or maybe even an upgraded paint for all my trouble. I just got a different color hoping they wouldnt mess that one up. I will never give them my business again, I will go some where like home depot where they actually care about the customers.

This is an awesome place to purchase your paint products. The staff is very outgoing and willing to offer any help needed.

Paint is what they do. Service is much better than HD or Lowes. They specialize in paint, so if you need some for a project, hit this place up first. They can match any color. They can answer pretty much any question about paint or painting.

The price of the paint was extremely high. This is the only reason that I would be reluctant to recommend Sherwin Williams. If price was not an issue 100% satisfied.
