Dont believe what they say over the phone. Drive there and make them show you the tires. Girl on phone checked in the back, told me they were there, confirmed they were 16 ply. Only to drive 30 minutes out of the way to find out they were in fact 10 ply...

I have been to the Tire Store twice now. I have to tell you the man that runs the place (Pierre) is top notch. I have a rusty POS 94 Ford that needs a lot of work. Pierre understands that I only have so much money and l does everything he can to keep me under budget. When my old truck gets worked on problems always arise due to age and rust. I am always shown what has went wrong and explained to why it happened. I am never up sold on anything. My needs are just met and met very well. He has even stayed late for me to finish my truck when he clearly had somewhere he was supposed to be that was a family matter. I cant say enough good things about this shop or the staff. Everyone is nice, works hard and I greatly appreciate them. I have never been to a shop that was more friendly and professional. If you get the chance to get your car worked on there you will not be sorry that you made that choice. Thanks Yall !

Ive been taking my car here for about a year and a half now and so far its been great. Theyre honest, helpful, and will do what they can to fix issues or service vehicles, and do it correctly. If they do make an error, which is rare (has never happened to us), they admit it and do what they can to fix it instead of arguing or trying to pretend like they didnt do anything wrong like most places. I recommend this place to everyone.

Every time I go to this shop l, the staff is beyond helpful and the prices are great. Dropped my car off for an inspection but I had a emergency come up that would prevent me from picking it up later that day so they rushed it through inspection in 10 minutes so I could have my car for work the next day. Service is unbelievable and prices are great. Highly recommended if you live in Alvin.

Hands down this is the best honest shop outside of houston I trust with all my vehicle needs. I drive a lexus es350 without extended warranty so those of you who own or owned one in the past have knowledge of dealership costs to maintain this vehicle. Here they are very affordable and willing to work with you and very knowledgeable of all vehicles. No matter what kind of car you drive just drive in and let them take care of your ride and you sit back and enjoy the best customer service & entertainment provided for you at no cost while they service your vehicle. In me they have a customer for life for that I say thank you and see you again soon!

Would have given 2 stars, but the manager was extremely helpful. We dropped my husbands car off to get an alignment. A few hours later, we happen to be passing by as we were on our way to dinner and noticed the car was pulling out (we assumed for them to test drive it and assess the issue.) While we were at the stoplight, the car pulled out and the employee was driving it like a racecar, even though it was raining outside and IT WASNT HIS CAR. We followed him as he dogged our car out, going excessive speeds, passing other cars by driving on the shoulder, and going way further than was needed to assess it. We tried catching him, but it was raining and we had kids in the car and we couldnt keep up with him. When we got back to the store, we immediately talked to the manager and the employee denied it, even though we recorded him during the little pursuit. Instead of owning up to it, he lied and quickly ran across the street to Walgreens. The manager was apologetic and professional, and said he would take care of it. Ultimately, they did do good work for us but it wasnt exactly a professional approach to a test drive.

I used to like this place alot more than I do now. Slow as hell. Staff often short with customers. Waiting area often dirty. It’s like no one can clean up after closing or before opening. I’m looking at big dead bugs too. 👎🏻

Tires prices were good but I wanted the rotors turned, for some reason they said they didn’t have a enough left to turn even though there was more than enough. Don’t know if they just didn’t want to work that day or what.

I had my daycare van stopped in the middle of the road. I was out of town i called these guys. They not only pickuped the van from roadside but also fixed it and delivered it back to my daycare.The store is always very clean the staff is very cooperative and the prices are good.I would recommend them to every one5 *****
