Who ever Cindy is said to me when I went there if you purchase this and take it with you you will have to bring someone with you to put it in your car because my man that works here is overwhelmed and all he was doing was walking around she sure don’t help in getting customers to come back I will never go there again this Cindy has a very poor customer service attitude and they was not busy at all when I was walking to the door l seen her get up and act like she was busy him to I would say the reason I think this happen but I won’t …And when I called to get the corporate number or store owners number she refused…Very unhappy customer I don’t know how they are still in businesses…

I ordered a sofa and loveseat and it took over 2 and a half months and of course it’s all on COVID and they told me that the outfit they gave me was one that they ordered for there floor but I finally got it

They do have items available just limited at this time. I understand they can’t sell as much off the floor but the really try to help people. Very honest people

I was in town searching for furniture for a relative and the staff were extremely helpful. The only downside is that there is a minimum of a 12 week delay on items being shipped due to covid 19.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience. We were helped by one of the owners and Tom couldnt have been nicer. Shopping online with Ashley DOES incur a shipping fee! Would you really buy furniture you didnt sit on first? We could see the product, feel the fabric and worked out a mutual price just as good as online! We saved even more by picking up ourselves and got to buy the exact sofa that we saw.

We arrived at the store to the sound of Rick James, Superfreak. We explained we were browsing for our next new couch but were currently enjoying a used couch. She seemed rather dismissive. She did not ask enough questions. My husband and I are both in sales. She corrected him calling a recliner a LazyBoy, instead of trying to sell us. No business card was given, or questions about anything we might want that they did have. Her parting shot was a suggestion for training for our new puppy that we were waiting to grow out of the chewing stage. Frankly I think she just wanted to sit down at her desk. I saw that they were hiring, but wonder if she would be the manager. No disrespect, but 90 percent of sales is in rebuttals.

Absolutely horrible! We bought a sectional couch the end of July. They said it would be here the end of August, then the end of September, then the end of October, now the end of November! When we tried to cancel the want to charge a 20% restocking fee. They just said that we have to be getting low on the list. Over 3 months and 2000$ later still no couch.

We got a lift chair and the lady that help use was so nice.great prices. was great.
