The people at Rent one in Alton are amazing. Cherie, Bryan, Justin. Very friendly, knowledgeable, beyond helpful. You walk in the door to pay your bill, and leave feeling as if you were there visiting a friend, or two. Love you guys.

I went in looking for a recliner and Cherrie immediately greeted me and showed me what they had. I specifically wanted a cloth recliner that they did t have in the store. She was gracious enough to find me one at another store and had it delivered the next day! Customer service here is great and I highly recommend them!

The people there are wonderful! Especially that darn Cherie!! When i say she goes over and beyond for her customers, as well as her job! You all keep hiring people, like her, you all will ALWAYS have satisfied customers!!

Not at all happy. I got a used couch and love seat from the Alton store only to realize on Sunday which they are closed and closed again Monday for the observation of July 4th, the set I got HAVE BEDBUGS and I cannot do anything about it until Tuesday morning! I sincerely hope they make this right and get my house treated since I am absolutely positive I did not have them before the set arrived Saturday.

The staff is what made the experience! Both were so nice. I was able to get what I wanted and everything was explained to me very well. Im very happy with my products. The delivery team was just as wonderful and helped me get everything up and running before leaving! Such a wonderful experience!

I have been going to the alton store now since 2012 the same people still work there and still are as friendly as day one. I was down on my luck back then and they gave me the help I needed now iam doing great but I still go back in and get things because of the people who still work there they have a smile on there face every time they even take time to talk with you what iam trying to say is they really care about there jobs and there customers you dont see that much anymore from businesses. I enjoyed going to Rent One. They had what I wanted and the price was right. I love the way they fixed my payment plan so I could pay monthly. The guys delivered my living room outfit today..very nice and friendly. I love my frontroom.

Your staff at the Alton store is some of the best people that I get to deal with , always helpful from your sales to your delivery personal and I consider them all friends I have been doing business with them for at least 5 years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I bought a bed mattress and head board but they failed to tell me I also had to buy a frame so when it was delivered I had to run out buy a frame and assemble myself it was very inconvenient
