Recently got a new phone for both me and my husband they where super helpful and friendly and also helped set up our military discount. The store is spotless and clean and the workers are all very friendly.

You just scammed my parents with an iPad deal after they spent 2 1/2 hours in your store. Now I cant reach you by phone and neither can they. You need to clearly tell people they will have to pay for the iPad monthly. The store down the road was much more honest about it when I called them, and they answered their phone.

Was a loyal Sprint customer and then they were high jacked by Tmoblie. Started having issues with service and dropped calls went in and they switched my Sims card out for Tmoblie card. They sold me glass protective cover 40 and said if cracks they replace for free. Corner cracked go into the same store and same guy said our district manager doesnt honor it. TMOBLIE SIM CARD IS WORSE then Sprint. Done!!!!

Issue was straightened out. Thanks. But there are still issues with conversion from sprint to t-mobile, they showed in there records that my wife had a flex plan when she actually had a 24 month installment. Because her phone got wet and was no longer working. We owed 300.00. I came home did more research and discovered that we only owed 75.00 to pay it off. Which is what I told them at the time.

They service is trash. They dont help. They are rude an they lie. Got a brand new phone that wont work I am telling you guys you are better off with someone else the store dont know nothing about phones rude an fake

Went and got a new phone. They were very friendly. Fast and helpful. Jostin and Trent were the employees to help us. Awesome service

Sign up with sprintIt is a bait & switch company. They will increase your rates (with out informing you) as soon as they can. & you will permanently be renting a phone from them. Their rental rates that they also increase may start out at 5$ a month but goes up to 38$ a month (also with out informing you)Service is less then great!!!! Do not recommend.

Store smelled like weed. Employees were all just talking to each other and didn’t care about me. And also, they never have any phones in stock. Don’t waste your time just go to another store. Fairview Heights is my recommendation.

After being a customer for only 4 months, having horrible service with dropped calls, no/slow data, I wanted out so I could go with a reliable network. I have a medical condition (on meds for seizures) and need a service that wont drop calls in an emergency. After reviewing my account, Sprint said I can pay off all the devices or that Im simply stuck. Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever interacted with. Sprints new motto should be: Sign up with us! Well treat you like garbage, and laugh all the way to the bank.

I do not recommend this store. Terrible customer service. It is as if the employees have not had any training.

My overall experience with this store was exceptional! I went in needing my phone looked at, and ended up getting a new Iphone 6! The technician was very helpful with everything pertaining to my old device, as well as the new. The sales reps were super helpful too. Everything was able to be transferred over, i also had fun doing so in the process. This store has a good atmosphere, everyone is fun and gets things done in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

One person working here (other associate had to run to get change for the drawer)? I have some past experience managing this store. No way I thought. I was wrong as the manager on the floor took care of everything like a boss. I was in and out in ten minutes. Awesome show, great job!

Hannah and Krystal were both very helpful with making sure we upgraded to the best device for my wife. She has had many problems with her phone and the girls made the experience enjoyable and assisted us to the best of their ability. They set up all of my wifes apps, contacts, and pictures. We could not of been more satisfied with our experience at the Alton Sprint Store.

I was at the Sprint in Alton, Illinois and let me tell you, WOW! Great customer service and all questions was answered. I walked in to get my phone fixed and walked out with a tablet. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

The guys at the store that time didnt want to help us or maybe they just didnt know what they were doing

Bought a phone. The phone would not switch towers and had no service. Took back next day. Walked through entering code to get it to switch towers. When still wasn’t automatically switching towers - wanted to return the phone within the allotted time period and they would not do so. Said had to deal directly with phone manufacturer. When asked how I contact them - guy said “I don’t know.” If you want service - go someplace else.

Went to the store for an upgrade. Called the store earlier to see if they could do the upgrade over the phone and have it ready in my way home since I would have my 3 children with me. She said to come in to the store. Terrible customer service. The guy working on 12/27/19 at 7:20 pm was not helpful at all. He seemed annoyed that I was there and yawned several times. He didnt know anything about the phones when I asked questions and did not try to find answers. Who are you hiring?

Every time I go to the store it gets more and more ghetto. There’s always an issue with trading in your phone or they need more money than they originally told you, the incompetence in the store is boiling over.

Nice staff but its not owned by Sprint so they cant do much.

Never once had a problem solved, only excuses why they cant. Its just a pain to drive all the way to Woodriver location just to have your request legitimately considered. But they tell me to have a nice day... So, they are politely unaware of what they can do.

Added new service to our account and had fantastic customer service, thank you Marshall Wireless.

The employees at this store have THE WORST attitudes toward their customers. My phone was broke (I have insurance) so I expected to walk in, see smiling faces and employees ready to help me. That was not the case at all! From the moment I walked in the door, the employees had terrible attitudes and gave me the vibe that i was a neusance to them! After 3 days of feeling EXTREMELY unsatisfied and that they were not willing to help me I went to the Woodriver location and thank god I did. The employees at the Woodriver store were amazing and will continue to get my business. You could not pay me to step foot back in this store again!

I have been with sprint for 15 yrs. and I have not been so dissatisfied with the customer service at this Alton store.went in on a Thursday with a phone that was only 6 months old, that would not turn on. They said that would have to order a new one and would be in on Tuesday and the would call.which was not good do to husband would be back on road when it got in,so I had to call them on Wednesday and they did not order the phone or did not bother to call and tell me.. Smh...very bad customer service will not go back

Got to the store 7 minutes before closing to purchase a sim card and the doors were locked and the two employees just looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. Then went to the back and turned the lights off, all prior to the posted closing time.

Had a worker tell me he has never been anywhere without Sprint coverage. For anyone that travels knows that is a very dumb statement. Drove to miles from the store and took a screenshot showing 0 coverage. Went back and told him he needs to get out more.

Service sucks. Expensive and emploees do not seem very knowledgeable unless its a manager.
