The owner treats the customers like theyre dumb and likes to interrupt your call while youre trying to figure out account number. Then wants to argue about how were making it hard on ourselves because theyre asking questions Ive never been asked before. Then laughs when one gets frustrated.. very unprofessional and very rude. Ahmad is so awesome with knowledge of how to use your system. Hes very polite, courteous & professional to his customers. He makes you laugh so with jokers & its always worth having to come back when we dont understand how to use our devises!!! Hes amazing!!!

I agree I think the 5 dollar fee is stupid if I use 50 bucks worth of service y would I pay an extra 5 dollars he is an authorized dealer but its metros name on the building it just looks bad on the company like how else are we suppose to pay our bill without the fee
