I always have a great experience at this location. The office itself is clean and the equipment is modern and up-to-date. The doctors are knowledgable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They researched my insurance to make sure that I got full use out of what my vision care offered. I was able to get a years worth of contacts for a very affordable price. I referred my husband and now he goes to MyEyeDr. as well!

Literally one of the worst experiences ever. The customer service/front-desk staff were rude, condescending, VERY in-your-face-loud, and flat-out discriminatory. You can tell the difference in the way of speaking to POC vs. white customers. They rush you into getting the exam without even allowing time to ask questions with a professional before to make the most money. A clinic should put their patients/customers first, allow them to ask questions to fully understand their exam, then do the exam. Ive never heard of a clinic where the doctor makes patients go into a procedure/exam before telling them what the procedure/exam is for and the possible complications.would NEVER recommend!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!After waiting for my glasses for over 3 weeks!! I called to see eta of my status and Alissa told me that it’s still in the “lab” (same answer I received for 2.5 weeks). I asked to cancel my order and she said - my manager will call you and hang up on me while I was talking!!!Then I spoke with Alicia “the supervisor” and said that the refund will take a while and because I didn’t understand why it’s going to take so long she didn’t let me talking and said she’s going to end this call and hang up on me!I was a manager at customer service before, I never!!! Hang up at nobody face!I paid 200$ for glass because I wanted to have the best... well, i paid for the worse service ever.. I guess their products are the same...you guys need to be ashamed of the way you are treating people.Editing after patient relations answer:I’m sorry, but after I’ve been treated the way your employees treat me, I want my money back ASAP to my debit card that I paid with.Alicia dragged me for another week and promised me I’ll get the glasses on Thursday (a week late), I told her that if they knew the frame is out of stock- why no one called me?! because in this case I would come and pick something else! She said:” I didn’t thought it’s a big deal”... my vision, my health is not a big deal.Thank you bot no thank you. And on top of everything, the way they talked to me and hang up on me because they didn’t had any answer, that’s just make it worse.Refund me first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately, It’s all a big scam. I don’t see any way you can fix it.

The staff at this practice is very rude and they believe in mocking and making fun of their patrons. My son was asked if he would have to break his piggy bank to buy a frame from them. They insisted on us buying ridiculously high priced replacement frames from them. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I am never going back!Why would anyone with a sane mind spend their money on such people who lack basic manners of talking to customers.?

A great experience. I needed to have my prescription RayBan readers fixed with a missing screw. They let me do a walk up drop off and 15 minutes later had replaced the screw and even better, replaced my Rayban glass case that had a broken snap. Alicia was great, friendly, and prompt on letting me know when the glasses were ready for pick up, literally in 15 minutes. Friendly service with a smile you can see, even behind the mask!

They were friendly, accommodating and really helped me after having a pretty rough experience elsewhere. Not only was this my best experience there, but also its really decorated nicely now. Ill begin by saying that I have a very difficult situation. That being said, I cannot say enough nice things about the service received at this location! They went above and beyond to work with my eyes. Although it took some time to make it work for me and again, I reiterate...my situation, they stayed with resolving and getting it just right for me! All this in the middle of Covid, too! A special thanks to Alecia and Alyssa for being so kind, patient and diligent!! Thank you!!!

I wish I could give them a zero star. 3 weeks earlier I schedule an appointment at the Alpharetta location. On the day of the appointment when I follow up with them they said we don’t have a doctor available until one week later and we have no appointments available until a week later than that. Regretting the decision to schedule time here. Your experience may be different than this but just felt like sharing my experience.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the very nice front desk lady. She was very welcoming. As soon as I sat down this very wonderful tech comes and gets me to do a few test. She was very personable and sweet. I saw Dr. Marshall she was phenomenal took her time and made sure I understood everything. And to top that off I had a wonderful experience the the gentleman that helped me pick out some frames. He was very knowledgeable about all frames and my insurance. A+++ for going over the top. Will be sending referrals to this location. Thanks for the amazing staff for the experience.

This place seems to be poorly run.I went there for first time and have visited with Dr.Wayland.Ordered new frame/glasses and picked them up after 3 weeks. When I tried the new glasses .... my vision was blurry and I could tell prescription was not accurate.I was asked to come back for a re-check and this time visited with Dr.Marshall-Jaikaran few days later. She was able to identify the error with previous prescription.They re-ordered my glasses. But they did not arrive for another 5 more weeks. During this time I had to make several calls myself to get updates. Person answering the phones it not customer friendly.It took more than 7 weeks from start to finish before I got my correct prescription glasses.I have been wearing glasses for last 4 decades this is by far the longest I have had to wait for a new pair of glasses.

Awesome service from the moment you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are attentive. Frieda and Christian made my visit a Great one! The manager was awesome making sure I was doing okay while I was there. Christian made sure I didnt leave without finding the right pair of glasses and took his time showing me different frames that I was interested in. Keep up the great service! Definitely going to be referring my family and friends.

When I went to my appointment people were friendly, then I ordered a couple a glasses and thats when everything went south. After more than two weeks I got my first glasses but they didnt fit it so I had to do it myself because it was extremely uncomfortable. My second glasses are still in the lab and its taking more than one month (and counting). No one has bothered to contact me and I had to call several times to get an update.

Dr. Marshall is great.I was under-impressed with the services to get glasses. They are so busy that its hard to get someone to assist (not enough staff). They charge over $20 for a warranty for glasses, where all other places that provide glasses have a one year warranty included at no additional cost. In my case, they added the cost without notifying in advance (watch for hidden fees).I recommend seeing the doctors at MyEyeDr for exams, and getting your glasses elsewhere.

It is so nice to have an eye doctor and office you can trust! They know you; you know them; and you can be sure they have YOUR best interests at heart. I LOVE my eye doctor and he remembers all the medical issues that are going on with me..and thats quite a list. He asks questions and gives recommendations regarding my medical history. It is so different than those generic eye offices you can go to who dont know you. I will never stop going to this office!

What can I say, I was with this practice for 10 years. never had any problems, everything was done carefully and in time. Then the practice was sold and now there is a new one called My eye doctor. Well, everything seemed right until I got an emergency. My eye has been irritated so badly, I could stay only in dark room. My eye was read and in pain. I called first thing in the morning and almost begged for an appointment. I was told that its impossible to schedule because they are booked and I need to come in 2 days.Really? I called other doctor and when I described my symptoms I was asked to come immediately.

If you notice the positive reviews are from quite some time ago.Management take over from Suresight Eye Care has been a disaster. My parents and myself have separately had negative experiences that have led to us finding a new eye doctor after 15 years. I would recommend others do the same.

I just got new glasses from there last week and Im looking hella-cute.PLUS: The doc sharpened up my vision - so Im seeing even better than 20/20 with my new glasses.Prices are very competitive and their add-ons for anti-glare and scratch are very reasonably priced -Im a happy camper - and if you go here so too will you be. :)

My daughter came to this office on schedule, and was told “doctor is running behind schedule “, after more than 1 hour waiting, then my daughter found out there is NO doctor in the office! Doctor is “on the way”! Ridiculous! Lie and no respect to patients! Do not see this doctor!
