THE STORE IS NOT OPEN!!!!I would post zero stars if I could.I was supposed to pick up an order that shows on the app as “completed and ready for pickup.” I drove 30 minutes to the store and arrived at 1:30pm. The sign says the store is open, but the front doors were locked. Maybe someone is working solo and had to use the restroom? So I wait. 10, 15 minutes go by. Nothing. Call the store - straight to voicemail. Okay, 20 minutes, so this is clearly not a “I stepped away briefly “ situation.Maybe they went to lunch? Seems insane and unprofessional to me, but I drove 30 minutes, it’s a gift I’m supposed to give today (Apple Watch). I continue to wait.While I’m waiting a lovely gentleman from out of town is bringing his elderly father to the store to get him a phone while he’s in town with his dad. And of course, he’s unable to, because- well - no one is in the store. 20 minutes later, another elderly woman approached the doors, tries to open them, reads the sign in confusion, tries again, and walks back to her car with a confused look on her face.After waiting over an hour, I had to leave the store to be home for my children arriving home from school. As of 3:15pm, there is still nobody answering the phone, and my paid-for gift is locked inside. Well done TCC. 🤦‍♀️

I would have gave zero stars if I could. I walked in and no one was in there. Another customer walks in behind me. Then a lady walks in and sits behind a desk. She helped the man first although I was there. She seemed to push him out the store and said nothing was in stock. And then when she went to help me, she brushed me off and told me she couldn’t help me either. As I was going back to my truck, she went and sat in her SUV and was talking on the phone to someone.I wouldn’t trust her to watch any stores by herself. Rude and can’t do her job correctly.

Need help with your Verizon anything? They don’t help with that here. It says Verizon on the door? That was a mistake. The employees here only wear the shirts, any help you actually need must be the fault of anyone else so don’t expect them to lift a finger for you.

We all know that it’s a big leap to get your own plan for yourself for the first time. When I chose Verizon to be my carrier, I didn’t know what to expect what kind of customer service I would get. Thank God I had an AMAZING specialist, named Andrew, who helped me in every way & every step of the way! Plus, he has an excellent character & personality! Not once did I have any problems with him. I was in great hands. If you’re looking for help or info by going to this store, I definitely recommend getting Andrew to help you.

Went through this location to upgrade to the newest phone. Little customer traffic and superb customer service made this my easiest experience upgrading phones by far. I worked with Andrew, who gave me honest and knowledgeable input while making sure all my needs were addressed. He made sure all the information from my old iPhone got transferred to my new phone. He was so helpful I referred my mother to him, who will now be upgrading her iPhone with Andrew as well.A good store with great employees, I’ll be visiting and consulting Andrew again if I ever need anything addressed on my phone.

Andrew Williams was such a great help to my family and me. He was supportive and energetically explained pros and cons as well as perfect fit solutions for my families needs in the cell phone, accessories, and data plans areas. He was informative and gave recommendations based on consumer reporting and not just personal opinion. I felt that he was open and honest with the entire process; and I had many questions. He was thorough while getting me the best trade in deals on my phones and explaining the breakdown of the prices overall. He simplified the process even further by matching competitor pricing. And gave us all great deals while giving us options at the same time. Andrew also let us know he was there for us in the future for all of our questions and made us feel welcome to come back to his store. And we will come back to purchase more items because he took the time while being efficient to explain exactly what we needed throughout the processes. He didn’t even take an hour to finish multiple situations I required where anywhere else in the past has taken multiple hours!! I highly recommend this location over a Best Buy or mall store!!! I recently went to this location to upgrade to a new iPhone. Andrew helped get me set up with everything I needed-new phone, protection plans, accessories, etc. He also ended up saving us some money on our plan by making suggestions based on our usage. I had a great experience getting a new iPhone at this store. I had visited the Costco behind the store and the person working in the phone department didnt seem to interested in helping me find the phone I wanted. I walked into Go Wireless and was greeted by Javier. He was with another customer but let me know that he would be with me shortly. He finished talking to the other customer and we started a conversation about why I was there. I had decided to switch from AT&T and needed to get a new phone since mine was old and not functioning properly. He listened to my needs, asked me questions, and made some recommendations. I already knew which phone I wanted but he still made sure that I was getting not only what I wanted but also what I needed. He ordered the phone for me and called me a few days later when it came in. He took the time to make sure my phone was set up and working before I left the store, even though it was a few minutes after the closed. I really appreciated the personal attention that I received that isnt the norm in most of the carrier phone stores. I came back a few days later to get a question answered about something on my invoice and the other employee that answered my question was also helpful. I highly recommend GoWireless and especially Javier.

Walked in this morning and was fortunate enough to get Andre the store manager. Awesome, patient, informative, and can carry a conversation. Even after I changed my mind a quarter of the way through and signed up my business account instead of personal. The best store I have ever encountered I the cell phone industry. SPRINT YOU LOST A 13 year customer to Verizon because Verizon is better and Andres store is icing on the cake.

Andre and Antoine were both extremely helpful and informative when I came in to explore plans and phones yesterday. Within less than an hour, they helped me purchase the phone and accessories I wanted, transferred my wireless service, and moved all of my data and apps from old phone to new. When asked if I had any questions, I responded that I didnt at that moment, but may develop some as I started to use the new phone. Andre let me know about the Verizon tech lounge that I could use at any time to come in, ask questions and receive guidance. From start to finish, an excellent experience!

Service is pretty good, but theres only ever a couple employees working at once. So if theres a few customers at once you can end up waiting a long time to get helped. Accessories are not cheap, full retail price. But they do have buy-1-get-1 deals on the new phones from time to time.

I stopped at another Verizon store today trying to get some help with my email account and was told loudly that it was all my fault... I continued on down the road to Verizon Gowireless where I met Sheroe and told her my issues...she was sympathetic and said she would try to help I don’t believe she realized that it would take 2 hours but she was with me the whole time straightening out my email connection problems without ever getting too frustrated with me. I have had the worst weekend, my phone stopped working, I couldnt find my 4 digit code I couldnt get my emails because Im on duo and guess what......duo sends you a text to your phone to get into work emails LOL, It didnt seem like anything was working in my favor. However, at the Verizon on Windward, Ramin was so understanding and did everything he could to help the process be better. He assured me that there is always a way and worked with me to figure out a best option. I never do reviews but felt like there certainly should be some recognition to someone that went above and beyond. Honestly, the entire staff was great as it required all of them to help me.

I went in to this store during lunch to transfer a line from my previous employer to myself. I didnt have to wait when I arrived, but I was on a schedule and needed to leave in 35 minutes. At the end of 35 minutes, the rep was still on hold with Verizon customer support. I realize this might reflect more on Verizon customer support than on the store itself, but they werent able to do anything for me. It was a waste of my time.

My wife was switching from her Mom’s plan to a stand alone cellular plan. She went in to open one line and purchase one iPhone X. The store manager (who was new) advised that Verizon was running a BOGO on the iPhone X. Only after receiving our first bill did we learn this was not true. We were hit with $300 in additional new phone charges, the difference between the $699 (actual promotion) credit and the retail price of the iPhone X. This caused me to look into the other charges. I came to learn the store positions a $200-$250 “Activation Fee” for each phone. As it turns out Verizon only charges $30 to activate a phone. This store bundles the cost of accessories and positions them to unknowing and trusting customers as part of their activation. Accessories such as phone cases, screen protectors, screen protector insurance, and Popsockets. They will tell you, “These items come with your new phone, pick which one you like”. They don’t. The store is selling you their accessories and lying about Verizon’s activation costs. These guys can’t be trusted.

Horrible service, the guys in there are helpful I agree, but when you go into store for any replacement they charge 50$ restocking fee. I was to this shop like 5 to 6 times wasting my entire day. If you are on 14day replacement policy you have to pay no restocking fee. I had my s6 which won’t auto rotate that’s the known problem and there is no way to fix it and it is within 14 days period. They should swap it they didnt I wasted my entire day for getting the replacement, through a lot of struggle and fighting with the Verizon customer reps they finally gave me the 2nd one. The interesting thing is the 2nd one also had same problem after 2 days. Now they don’t have devices to replace and they want 850$ to pay to get the new device and 50 $ restocking fee. Again after fighting with Verizon reps for 2 entire days they asked me to go to the Verizon corporate store to get a new one. All this mess could be avoided if have 1st visited Verizon corporate store directly. Never go to any go wireless store any more. My device entire cost is 799$ and go wireless charged me $850 I didnt noticed until I went to the corporate store to get my 3rd replacement device.

I purchased a new LG V40 on 1/9/19 and ordered a case that day to be delivered to the store by the end of the week. By the time the end of the week came around I called in to see if it had made it in and I was told that it had not. I wait yet another week and it still has not shown up and i am told again that I will recieve a call upon arrival. On 1/26 I recieve a call saying that the case has been sitting in their PO box without them being able to access it and they would need to send me another one. In this time not only did my exhange peripd run out but my phone fell out of my pocket onto a tile floor and cracked the rear glass, rendering the waterproof characteristic that I bought the phone for useless and not repairable. I now have a brand new $1k phone that needs replacement because I laid my trust in their ability to get me a case (which I only purchased because cases purchased in store carry a protection plan). While their employee was nice manored and apologetic (the reason for the 2nd star), this is still costing me hundreds of dollars and an immense amount of satisfaction with a phone i was so excited to have.I wanted to update this, I emailed the address provided in the response bellow however I never recieved a reply after several weeks. No further attempt to fix this has been made by the store to fix reconsile anything, and gowireless corperate says its not their issue.

Dontt bother with this location. Terrible Service. I purchased a charger that was incompatible with my phone. When I attempted to return it I was told that the manager was out at a conference so I would need to return another day. I returned two days later on a SAT in the middle of the day, and I was told that the district manager who does all returns (Adrien Thomas) was unavailable due to the conference. The associate did a great job of reaching out to everyone who might be able to help and eventually reached another manager (Robert Houston) who also could not help, and at this point he reached out to the Regional Manager for authorization on the return of a PHONE CHARGER. The RM suggested I come back on Monday. So I still do not have my refund. Imagine if you actually had a real problem.
