For seventeen years, I have been serviced, first, by MetroPCS; then, it sold its assets, I think, to Metro by T- Mobile, and the word to mouth story came and went.It was a seamless transition without noticeable ripples. Both companies services have been impeccable. When I need enlightment, I ask ... free of charge.

So I must give a standing ovation to Julian and Paco (I do hope I got them both correct) who was at the Marietta location last night holding it down. Theyre patience and understanding along with their phenomenal customer service skills sets the bar high for the competitors and even other Metro stores. I hope Alpharetta knows what a valuable asset these 2 are to Metro by T-Mobile. I live in Marietta but I would drive 45 minutes for that kind of customer service in a heartbeat!! Thanks guys for all your help!

Visited with a relative that insisted on a metro phone. All the store employees are more concerned about masks being over your nose than they are about providing you service. I’m glad I don’t use this company and haven’t in years.

My experience would had been ok if the Male/Female thing that works there focused more on service than my mask slipping slightly under my nose. Another bad Metro experience and I been with metro since 2006. Its bad enough the phones are low quality.Going to be a T-mobile Customer soon. Ive had it!!

I was well impressed with the team who assisted me at this store. They were knowledgeable, polite and committed to help me. Special thanks to the young customer rep, who is also an actor, helping me that day! Great job!

My visit was horrible. I came just needing a sim card and a activation for an unlocked phone. I have been through a lot of phones and it never taken more then 10 -15 minutes max! I was the only customer and stayed in the store for 50 minutes. Just for them to tell it cant be activated. I took my non refundable sim card and called metro customer support line they had me activated in 3 minutes.

The manager saved my tail. My 5 yr old broke my phone charge port and I didnt have much money. He was able to help me out with a refurbished phone that was identical to the one my kid broke and turn the service on for an exceptional price. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what any other metro PCs manager has done for mW in the past. It was almost like he knew that I was overdue for a break from metro PCs having been pounded at every turn with everyone else he lightened my load to a manageable level stress free and for the first time I left the store without feeling like I was just taken advantage of and spending like $100-$150 MORE than I initially intended too. Thanks bi dog I do appreciate what you did.

Corporate store at Kennesaw be is awesome. They fixed my locked phone. Regular store employee didnt help much.
