Came to this location because of the great reviews, but the employee was really rude. I understand if you cant provide a service because youre a third party location and not a corporate location, but you can still be polite to customers when explaining that.

Dont waste your time, not a corporate Verizon store. Wanted to charge $10 for a sim card that Verizon says is free. Plenty of attitude from the service rep too. Actual Verizon store is close anyway, right on North Point Parkway, service reps were nice too.

Went in nervous due to it being so long since I’ve upgraded and was taken advantage of previously. Tra was very knowledgeable, professional, and all around made my experience enjoyable! 5 stars

I had a lovely experience with Braxton at this location. He was patient, kind, thorough, ALL OF THE THINGS!!! I ended up getting a better phone than what I thought I wanted at a reasonable price. Come here for top notch customer service. You wont regret it.

We had a wonderful experience getting new phones at TCC. Tra was amazing to work with and the process of looking at plans, picking out phones, and setting them up was quick and painless! Definitely worth the drive to come to a place like this.

We switched our business account over from T-Mobile to Verizon this weekend and Trà was the BEST. From start to finish Trà made sure that we signed up for the service that would suit our needs, ensured all of our lines were properly switched over and functioned correctly. Our wireless service is now much better than it was before but the experience while switching over was the best. Excellent customer service.

Experienced the most rude employee possibly I ever have at this store. Trying to add an Apple watch to our account and experiencing confusion and contradictory info between his and the Apple store. His quotes, I keep telling you but youre not listening, Youre being combative, I dont have to talk to you, Im not here to serve you. Of course would not give me a name nor manager name. Im sure there will be zero accountability since these days they must have any warm body in the store regardless of how they treat 25 year customers. And the kicker- went back to Apple store and turns out he was WRONG.

My sales person (Trey?) was very helpful and patient. My old phone was totally messed up. You could barely type on it so entering the passwords to transfer my information was VERY DIFFICULT!! Trey was very patient and got everything transferred over for me. I would have completely lost my mind had he not been there!

Avoid this place at all costs!We ported two numbers over from ATT to Verizon and used this location.They messed up our lines so bad that we haven’t been able to use our phones for 5 days! When we took it back to them they told us it was an Apple problem. So we went to Apple for hours for them to tell us it was a Verizon problem.After finally spending days on the phone with Verizon we find out that they didn’t port our numbers over and screwed up our business plan.We are on day 5 of this and my wife still doesn’t have a working phone! They have literally messed it up so bad that even Verizon corporate store has no idea how to fix it!!!Don’t waste your time here

I have to admit we had to wait but there was only one person and she was the manager. Someone had called off. She manage the folks she was working with and getting us what we needed. Very knowledgeable and got us the best deal and set up and out the door

This is the best Verizon store EVER! Tricia worked with me for almost an hour-unthinkable- to get me a fabulous deal AND to show me how to use all my features. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at any retail store.

The woman charged me $30 just to click the back up button on my phone. Had I known that was all I had to do I would’ve done it myself and would’ve appreciated if she communicated that. She also had her giant vape cartridge thing on hand in front of me which I thought was odd. And would pull her mask down frequently to sip on her Starbucks. Then she really confused me with something about how the SIM card in my brand new iPhone was defective and how I’d need to pay for a new one, to which I said heck no as the phone literally just came out of the box. Then she said I needed to go to corporate if I wanted another SIM card. Then like 10 seconds later she said I was good to go and there was nothing wrong. So I was just a little confused and it was an awkward experience.

I went in having never set up a phone plan on my own, after, embarrassingly being on my parents plan for so long, so I wasnt the easiest person to set up. I had a ton of questions, and even the same question multiple times as I tried to understand everything, Michael was patient with me and really took the time to make sure I was informed. He went through several plan options with me so we could figure out what best suited my needs. I cant thank him enough. Thank you Michael :)

I have been shopping for a new phone for a while now, going to different providers and multiple stores for the providers. This store is above and beyond the best vzw in the Atlanta metro area. Instead of only switching from an inferior provider, because of Michael and his bedside manner, I chose to get two new phones two watches, and these adorable screen cleaning wipes. No regrets on this purchase, and I will be sending others his way.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when I purchased my new phone. He took time to answer all of my questions and explain the differences in each phone I was considering so that I could make the best decision based on my specific needs and what I was looking for in a new phone. He even took time to help me after I purchased my phone when I had questions. I will always go back for future phones and tablet needs and refer friends and family because he did such a great job. I went with my family of 5 to get all new phones for all of us. We had the sales representative Julian and he was the best sales representative i have had in the history of buying phones. All of us had a wonderful time talking with Julian was very helpful and very patient with us while we reset some passwords. Go in and see Julian and have the kind of experience we had. So much thanks for Julian.

The place was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing that annoyed me was that they wanted to use my new phone to leave their own self review using my name. Had they just been upfront and asked me to leave the review, I probably would have given them 5 stars. While overall the experience was fine, this detail left a somewhat negative taste and leads me to question their other business practices.

Tierra was a wonderful employee, she helped me get the new iPhone 11 pro easily. I went to a different location and they gave me a hard time. She was very friendly, and very helpful. Id recommend others to come to her!

Went into the store looking to upgrade my I-Phone 7 to an I-Phone 11 Pro. First, they had no 11’s in the store except a red one. However, they said they could order one and have it in the store early next week. However, when I asked how much they would give me for my 7, the guy said “we’ll give you something like $98”. He never even looked it up. I told him I had been told at another store $140 just a few days ago. He said, “those phones depreciate really fast”. Anyway, I decided to not order the phone and drive immediately to another store in Roswell. They had plenty of phones in inventory AND they shared with me that I would get $400 for my trade in because of a Black Friday deal Verizon is offering. They showed me the flyer.Very disappointed with the service at the Avalon store.

Love this store! Jewels is amazing! She answered all my questions. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock but a nearby store did and she had someone go pick it up and bring it to me. ❤️

Michael was great! A quartet of BOGO iPhone XR’s, iPad, pair of Verizon Hum’s (their Onstar), and unlimited data plans, 4screen protectors, 4 cases. $440 in trade ins, compared to AT&T’s $280 offer. Hum is $30 for 2 cars, Onstar was $90 for same thing. Walked with with 2 bags full for $38 after trade in. I’d call that a 5 star every time.
