Be wary of the reviews here. I was working from home when Alexis posted a review under my account when I brought my phone in for repair. She even responded as the owner. As soon as I saw this, I went right back to get my phone back. She admitted to the dishonest practice, but it appears to be common. Just look at all the reviews specifically making reference to her. The fake review (I deleted it afterward) listed a girl named Alexis as my daughter. Her excuse was trying to get more positive reviews. When I got home, I found many suspicious reviews, including 3 in an hour. I find it hard to believe Gordon, the manager, was unaware of this given how often it happens. I hope this notice ends the dishonesty and they do work that earns real praise.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Not only are they priced competitively, they have amazing customer service and provide quality work. My lap top stopped working after my cat puked on it, and they were able to get it up and running again despite the damage the liquid caused. So grateful! Hope I never need to come back, but if the need ever arises, they have a customer for life!

Do not take your tablet here, they do not honor the warranty. Its just to make you feel better about paying such a high cost, but nothing is actually covered in the 90 day warranty. Within a few days of receiving my repaired device, it was having a new issue that I never experienced in any of the previous years I owned it.

Really good people there, called at 4, they closed at 7 and got a new screen done in less! I called them last minute as I broke my phone a day before my flight but they told me to come up and helped me out. 2nd time Ive used them and there has been no issues.

The worst place you can go to get your phone fixed, the screens they use are just god awful. They messed mine up and charged me again to fix it again and it still has issues. They will give you a buggy screen and you will experience many issues, all in all its more worth it to just go to apple and pay the $300 because you wont have to come back in. I will never give this place a dollar again.

On June 10th I left my TV in Alpharetta to be check for having only a black screen. On June 16th I got a call from uBreakiFix informing me my TV power board need to be replaced at a cost of $168 total cost to repair my TV. I gave the OK. The guy said itll take a week for the new board to come in and I would be called a few days afterward to pick up my TV. 10 days later I didnt receive and calls or text/email messages.so I called and was told the board needed to be replaced huh? Yeah they never ordered the board after I approved it. I told him the history on what was going on. He apologized saying he didnt know what what was going on got that right Anyway he said he will get the board ordered and call me back with a tracking number so that I could track the shipping.. That call never came. June 26th I called again. Nothing was done and no power board was e er ordered. I PROFESSIONALLY and in a Christian like manner told the guy (not the same guy) how I felt. He apologized and assured me hell get on it, and he did. Today June 30th he called me and told me my TV was ready. He actually was honest enough to tell me that the board wasnt damaged it was only somehow unplugged, go figure! I picked up my TV today and had to pay $53 bucks for their services in my situation $53 to plug in the power board...not happy!! But I cant blame them all so I will try them again if I need them, but not at the same store.

Save yourself the time and take your equipment elsewhere. Especially if its an Xbox. I had to take my Xbox back for them to correct their mistake because when they initially put it back together. It was missing 2 critical components because they forgot to put them back and lost them! I didnt find out until I took it to another company and they informed me of the missing hardware. The only reason Im giving them 2/5 stars is because they did right by me and corrected their mistake replacing the components they lost. Even after they did the replacement. Theres a rattling sound of something loose on the inside. I couldnt bother taking it back to risk something else going wrong. This is very alarming for a company that takes apart and fixes electronics to lose them putting it back together. Be warned.

They told me they could fix my PS4 and could transfer the data from my old hardrive to the new hardrive and then told me they couldn’t do it with no reasoning. They also over priced it saying it would cost $300 to do the procedure which should not cost that much.

The customer service at this location was absolutely fantastic. I had an unknown issue with my samsung s20 phone screen and was extremely stressed about fixing it as I had a flight that evening. Since the store was an authorized Samsung Repair franchise, the technicians there assured me that the phone waw guaranteed to work after the repair or I would not be charged. They had my phone perfectly fixed in 2 hrs without having to wipe the memory! Thank you for your help!

Excellent place to have phone repaired. They are very knowledgeable & quick.

Went to get my front screen replaced. Was told I needed the rear glass replaced as well. I did not want that, just want the front fixed. Either way they told me per Samsung they need to also repair the back. I asked to see that in writing as I feel they are just forcing people to pay for things they dont want and they had nothing to show. I give them my phone and they say itll be ready by 3 pm so I come back at 3pm to which it wasnt ready of course. I was then asked to wait in my car for 20 min and they would come up and bring me back in. 50 min later is when they finally did that. No apology about taking so long just hey we are ready for ya. Then spoke with the manager about the Samsung policy some more to which he still had nothing to show. Absolutely ridiculous and 100 bucks for the back glass is outrageous as well.

***BEWARE*** I told Gordon I did not want to give him my iPhone password so he had me log in to my phone and he went to settings to program his face to my facial recognition so he could access my phone even after I told him I was not comfortable giving him access. Please be careful. Zero reason they need access to all your information. He could have accessed my bank accounts and all. BE CAREFUL!!

Payment was taken before I could verify anything.Regarding the device switch, for instance, the processor:Mine, Intel i7-6650U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHzThe Refurb, Intel m3-6Y30 CPU @ 0.90GHz 1.51 GHzTL;DR: I was conned, for all intents and purposes. They broke my device, switched for lesser (damaged) product, charged $232 for the honor of being taken.Note: Im going to try to work this out with them, despite being deceived. If they cooperate, Ill note that here to be fair to them. I wont lie about or exaggerate anything that happens.

I am super mad at Samsung and their authorized dealer Ubreakifix. $1100 phone has absolute no physical damage. No absolute idea just randomly developed a green single line in the middle of the screen. All I remember I left inside of car and it was bit hot that day. When I returned back to car and touched it was extremely hot. After few hours that single line developed.front desk fellow in Ubreakifix Alpharetta concluded that its physical damage within 10 seconds of looking at it. Super unprofessional and careless toward a customer.

If youre a fan of retro gaming, and dont feel the need to buy the newest tech, dont take your hardware here. The staff is insulting and not knowledgeable.

Got my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed and the glue on the edges still remains as well as an awful smell that I cant seem to get rid of. Hopefully it goes away but it is due to the laser and possibly a mixture of the glue they use. It almost smells like the phone battery is overheating.

I had my Pixel 2 phone battery replaced at this store today. The price was the same as advertised on the main website. During the battery replacement, apparently the display screen for my phone was damaged. uBreakiFix replaced my damaged display screen at their cost! I left with a new battery and a fully functional phone - for the cost of replacing the battery.I worked with Gordon and he was very professional. These folks are great! They replaced a battery & screen for my Dell laptop. When the first battery I provided didnt work, they redid the work with a second battery at no charge.Always finished the work when promised, always pleasant and knowledgeable.Returned to get a new screen protector for my Galaxy phone and it was expertly installed while I waited. First, it was great that they are still open and taking all the necessary health precautions. Second, they were very fast and phone screen looks like new! Third, Tyler was a great rep!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the entire process thoroughly. Will definitely be back if I need another screen repair.

Rip off and very shady. First, they insist on having your lock screen password to unlock your phone just to replace the screen glass. Definitely not required!Worse, even though I only wanted my shattered front glass replaced, they saw a tiny crack in the back glass piece that surrounds the camera lens and said that they must fix all cracks on the phone they see so that the phone will pass the tests. Thus they refused to replace my completely unusable front glass unless I agreed to pay an EXTRA $99 to replace this other unrelated piece because of a tiny crack that I couldnt even see. Are you kidding?? Could you imagine going to a car dealership for service and being told we cant fix the leak in your radiator unless you pay us to fix everything else we find wrong with your car whether you want to or not.AVOID!!!

Very friendly staff. My daughters phone had a cracked screen and they had it replaced by the next day. I used a local place in the past and they had to ship the device off taking over a week. When I went to pick it up, I asked about screen protector recommendations which they pointed me towards a liquid glass product. They went ahead and applied that as I waited. All parts are OEM so I have no concerns on the quality of repair. As the phone was worked on, I was kept up to date with alerts. This was my first experience with uBreakiFix and I will use them again in the future on the next device my kids break. :)

I had charging problems with my iPhone 6s for over a year and thought it needed a new charging port. I took it in and they found that there was debris compressed in the port. They immediately cleaned it out and handed me the phone back at no charge. Great people and I would highly recommend this business
