I showed up within their last hour of business for the day and they squeezed me in for a flat repair, allowing my family to leave on a trip the next morning. Very grateful!

Do not go to this place. They tell that there is no charge to repair a nail in your tire then once it’s off the car they say it’s not repairable. I literally left there and had my mechanic repair the tire with no problem in less than 15 minutes. BEAWRE, stay away from this place

This Tires Plus location has always been good to me in service and in price. This time I just needed to balance my tires. I stopped at two places prior to coming to Tires Plus and both locations were higher priced. The real score is 4.5 I will be back again.

I came to this location because I’ve been here several times before. I came in to replace one tire and the lady at the front counter said that the tire was out of stock. She never offered to order one. So I left but usually the guys that are there offer to order it for me but not in this case. After her I don’t care attitude I made the decision never to return.

Customer service was very dry!!! And wait time was awful. Could say alot more but I will leave it at that.

I wasnt able to receive service at this location simply because of the rudeness and lack of acknowledgment from the store manager Jamie I believe his name is. I dont think Ive ever felt as uncomfortable walking into a store and have someone look at me in annoyance and hate as he did and not speak to me and roll his eyes. Really?? Made me feel very uncomfortable. Listen I dont know what you are going through in your life but at this point youre too grown to make excuses for why you are the way you are. I hope he finds peace because all I could feel on his spirit was hate. God bless.

I took my car in for a service engine light and was told by the service manager that I needed a new exhaust system to the tune of $1500 and that my car would not pass an emission test. I was not prepared to spend that much money so I did not get the service done. A couple of days later I needed gas and when I put my gas cap back on the service light went off, I went later that day and got an emission done and passed. Tires Plus charged me $107 to diagnose my car and I went back to the service manager and told him that my car was misdiagnosed and I would like a refund and he refused. I have been a long time customer here but I will not be going back.

I came here to replace ONE tire, and left with 2 tire valve caps missing. I even told Braxton that the Discount tire on Windward took all 4 while replacing 4 tires once before. He assured me that they would not disappear here. At checkout I asked again, he ran out to check the one tire that was replaced. All good. But a few days later I noticed 2 caps missing from the other side of the car!!! Seriously?!? These are the green emerald looking caps, not your basic black cap. Even though they are cheap, I was livid. The very next day I get a low coolant level message, which never had that before. Im taking it to the dealer but I sure hope this place didnt mess my car up even more! Ill never come here again or another tires plus. Just Firestone with a new name.

Erik was very patient and clear in helping me understand my options and I appreciated his effort in giving me honest advice.Prior Review: I needed a new tire and had a very positive experience. I got exactly what I needed and was in/out within 30 minutes without an appointment. I particularly appreciated this because the day prior I had been to a different Tires Plus and, with an appointment, it took 90 minutes of time for the exact same service. If I return, I would definitely talk to Braxton about my automotive needs because he seemed very sincere and not at all pushy.

The service manager Kristina is so professional and kind. They did a great job and the employees are always on time and they have great quality.

Its a corporation tires company that does not have consistency of quotes. All three locations have all different quoted. The most expensive is Old Milton, Alpharetta location, dont go there. I was traveling from out of state and needed my tires rotated. The service manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I cannot express how helpful he was. Amazing customer service!!!

After waiting Five hours for a thermostat and radiator flush. The service manager have the audacity to tell me that the thermostat that he order doesnt work for my vehicle and will have to order another one and he will call me back when it comes in. It has be over 72 hours bad I have not heard from him yet. I would never be servicing this tires plus ever again...

The new manager JR is awesome! I was getting new rear tires with an oil change to get ready for a beach trip, and he treated me great! My car was steering to the right after my service/alignment were done, so I brought it back up where it was fixed quickly and correctly. The car drove perfectly with great gas mileage for all the people and luggage packed inside. I could not be more pleased that I now have a local place to get minor service done on my car! Thanks for everything JR, and remember to ask for him when calling!

I was going to try to get a persistent rear right tire issue looked at Saturday at another store, but that store couldnt find my tire size, even though they supposedly had four sets in stock. That meant that if I did need (a) new tire(s) I wouldnt have been able to get it taken care of it there that Saturday.I ended up driving home and couldnt get back out in time to get the car looked at late Saturday, and most other tire places near me were closed on Sunday.Ill be honest, looking at the reviews for Tires Plus, I wasnt thrilled with the idea of taking my car here, but I thought it would be at least worth giving them a chance. I called up and spoke with Chris, who was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Their tires were most expensive than the other models Id been looking at, but some internet checking confirmed that their prices were reasonable, and the tires had great reviews. Chris mentioned that they do price match legitimate prices.I drove down there and spoke with Chris who confirmed Id been taking good care of my tires with proper pressure and rotations. I left my car with them to find the leak and fix it, and they popped the hood, checked the tires, and the only thing they came back with other than patching my tire in question was removing a nail from my other rear tire, which they did not charge me for, as there was no leak they needed to patch.Reading the other reviews, I was concerned theyd try to tell me about some urgent repair, legitimate or otherwise, or sell me new tires for the sake of maximizing profit. Instead, they confirmed I have a reasonable amount of tread left, and the approximately $30 bill for the patch was very reasonable.Based on my own experience here, Im absolutely willing to look at these guys when it is time for new tires. Their price match policy and my experience on Sunday suggests Ill get good service and a good price. Im not sure about the other people there, but Chris (who was at the front desk) and Cameron (who worked on the car), were both friendly and courteous.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Kristina helped me when I first got there on a Saturday morning and we discovered that I would need to order a new rim but they couldnt until Monday which I understood with it being the weekend. She was so helpful though and contacted me first thing Monday letting me know they got the tire in. And she confirmed with me Tuesday morning that I would be coming in. When I rolled up and got out of the car immediately the manager (I think Jamie) identified me and knew that I was there for the rim and tire. He took my keys before I even got in the door! I love it! And I highly recommend this brand!I say brand because this isnt my usual location. However, I have very similar customer service at my usual Mr. Tires, too!

Took my Honda Accord in for a loud noise coming from one of my right side tires. I was pretty sure that ball bearing on at least one of the tires was pretty messed up. But considering that Im not a mechanic, I didnt want to fix a problem that wasnt there. So they offered to do a full vehicle inspection where theyll be able to tell me where the noise is coming from as well as any other issues.The issue was with the rear left wheel ball bearing as I suspected. But other than that, they told me there were no other obvious issues with my vehicle. All checks out on their inspection sheet.Except, I have a VERY bad leak from the distributor and the left side of my engine is literally covered with oil. I mean a 5 year old kid couldve noticed that there shouldnt be that much oil on the side of the engine.Overall service is good, and all noise is gone from my tires. But do NOT pay for their inspection, because Im pretty sure they didnt even pop the hood of the car to look at it.

Their mechanics straight up don’t know what they’re doing. The company I work for uses this shop for their trucks and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been in for issues that they’ve charged our company thousands to “fix” only to have the problems resurface in a week if not the day after, and this isn’t their only location where this is the case. They’re good for oil changes but I wouldn’t trust or recommend anything beyond that.

I called and talked with Kristin and she helped find the right tires and worked with my budget (since it was an older suv) (needed all 4). They got me in the same day. When I got there she added a coupon for tires alignment and the replacement tire additional warranty for a great value. Firestone Destnation le2 - great tires, service, cost and time. Discount Tire down the road tried to tell me they offered the same warranty on tires for free (but theirs was not a total replacement). Kristin gave me such a good deal I could not pass it up. She was very customer service oriented, and their guys did a great job putting the tires on and the alignment was great. I had a great experience!

They were friendly and FAST, which makes a nice change. I took my van earlier that morning to Firestone on Spalding Drive and left it for 3 hours and they still had not touched it for the oil change. Tires Plus, had no wait, changed the oil, fixed two tire leaks and filled up the windscreen washer liquid for a very affordable price. Will be back there!

Had two new tires put on with alignment and didnt pay through the roof. Plus, I didnt get a huge up-sale spiel just basic recommendations. The following day, one of my hubcaps comes off the wheel and cracked on the concrete road. The managers here said they would reimbursed me of the cost for a new hubcap if I ordered one online. They kept their word so I will continue to give them my business.

Do not go this Tires Plus! Ive been a customer of theirs for years until last week. I blew my tire (that I purchased from them) and took my vehicle there to get a new one. They quoted me $1800 worth of parts that I needed replaced. Strut, both lower control arms etc. Then after my insurance adjuster came out, the quote jumped to $2700. I ended up replacing the tire then took it to a honest mechanic that said I only needed an alignment!

The dreaded nail in tire on the way to work!! Jamie answered the phone when I called one minute after they opened at 7 a.m. I arrived about 10 minutes later. Within another 10 minutes I was advised of the non-repairable state of my tire. Jamie was very honest and fair with me on pricing a high performance 19” replacement tire. They had the tire mounted and balanced within another 20 minutes and I was on my way to work; only an hour late. Job well done Jamie, and the tire tech!!! Thank you very much for your prompt courteous service during my personal crisis!!!

I boight a run flat tire from the other location and had a nail in it. Went to this Alpharetta location they were able to patch it for free and get it done in 20min. Very courteous and professional.

Very sad to report, they wanted to charge me $1110 for spark plugs and coils...when it was only the spark plugs which cost around $20, had them put in for $40...shame on you!

One of the Best Management responses I have ever had!! I have used Tires Plus for the last 8 years on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. Very helpful and professional crews have always been there. Two months ago I took my daughters car in after she hit a curb and popped two tires. Turns out they missed seeing the lower control arm was bent, which caused tires to rapidly wear. In the midst of working on this they made a couple of mistakes. This was very unusual to the work they have always done. When I spoke to their Management about it, not only did they take full responsibility, but took it to their Corporate office and together made decisions that fairly dealt with the situation from a customer stand point renewing my trust and confidence in Tires Plus. I was impressed with how honestly and pro-actively they dealt with the situation not only with me the customer, but with their employees.Highly recommend Tires Plus!!

They kindly checked my tire pressure, added air in all 4 tires. Really appreciated their response to a minor problem.

They gave me honest opinion of not to purchase a used car when I took that for a a pre-purchase check-up. Still I went for purchase and had to do all repair works later as they has pointed out. Whenever I do repair there, technical staffs always educate me why should we that and its impact in the future.

This Tires Plus location has been my go to spot for all if my car needs since I moved into the area 4 years ago. I have never seen evidence of them scamming myself or other customers as I have spent a few hours in the waiting room. I spent 3 years in auto mechanic trade classes so I think I would know if I was being scammed with unneeded services. Steven has always worked with me on price and has never charged me more than what was agreed to prior to the work being done. More than several times have I stopped in there to have them read a fault code or top off the air in my tires before a road trip and they have done so at no charge and no complaint. I highly recommend this location.

GOT RIPPED OFF in spite of being quoted over the phone by Stephen for an $83 repair of a radiator hose. I explained to Stephen that we were in an extremely tight pinch and could barely even afford this repair --- that this expense was going to put us in a bind for the upcoming months budget. It was understood by Stephen and so he gave us a discount --- that discount at the PRICE he set was the reason we came to this store. It was for my wifes car, who arrived at the store with our newborn. I arrived in a separate car to check to ensure everything was in line before I left. When she came back, she didnt return home with a receipt for this amount, instead it was for $151 ! And to make matters worse, they told her she should really pay $230 to have the lower radiator hose changed out too (not because it was faulty, but more of a Murphys law thing -- once one goes out, the other(s) could follow soon after). However, the other one looks fine for now -- no visible leaks or tears. I am infuriated that they did not acknowledge their quote they gave me, and not only didnt acknowledge it, but DOUBLED the amount they quoted me over the phone. I am going up there right now in an effort to get half my money back. I will report back.....ONE HOUR LATER : So, I went back and saw that Steven and the other guy (the service manager) were there at the store. Went in and begin to explain the discrepancy above. I was offered two free oil changes. I change my own oil for my cars, so this was not a good deal in my eyes. The issue was presented to the service manager. Initially, he offered to only take off $25 for the diagnosis and he wanted to keep on the $36 charge for the coolant; both were products/services that I did not ask for , nor was I quoted. I stressed that point and how I was misquoted (bait/switch) and at that point, the service manager offered to give us a FULL REFUND (all $151 given back to us) for reconciliation in misquoting and charging us the non-quoted amount. I accepted and offered to pay the $83, but he urged me to accept the full refund --- and said that it was okay. I left on decent terms and will consider returning --- but if I do, I will definitely take caution and ensure that the amount I am quoted will be the amount I pay. If not, then I will never go back. Time will tell.

These guys are absolutely the worst!!!!! I took my truck in to have a coil replaced. After approximately 1 month truck started running really rough and skipping. Fearing there was a major issue I took it to Ford who said the coil in one of the cylinders was bad. Guess which one. The coil that Tires Plus installed 1 month earlier. After paying Ford to fix problem I went back to Tires Plus and demanded a refund since work was still under warranty. After a lengthy discussion with the idiot who claimed to be the manager he only agreed to refund the part cost and not the labor. When I asked how that made sense he told me I should have brought truck back to them. When I explained I took it to Ford because I thought there was a major engine problem he told me I should have brought it back after they diagnosed a coil failure I told him truck wasnt drive able and Ford charges a $149 diagnosis fee which is more than the labor amount at TP. After arguing for several minutes he told me it was above his pay grade to authorize the labor refund but he would talk to District Manager and assured me he would get back to me within 1 week. It has been a month and counting with no response. Bottom line is good companies stand behind the quality of their work. Tires Plus does not. If you decide to do business with this group of morons good luck to you because you are going to need it

Weve been using this particular Tires Plus location for years and have been so pleased with how they take care of our cars and hope polite and professional they are.

My fiance went in to get a simple oil change from these people, which on their website was I believe $25. She went in and got talked into getting a high mileage oil change for $10 more. She did it, and by the time they had finished they charged her $55 dollars for it. The $35 was just for labor. I am new to the area, but know when someone is ripping me off. Never go there! I sure wont be going back!!

Went in for tire noise on tires purchased at Tires Plus. Was told I needed a new bearing, brake pads and two new rear struts - over 2000 in work. Went to the dealer that confirmed the bad bearing but said struts were fine as were the brake pads. Wow, the dealer was more honest. Stay away

Took car in to get a nail removed from my tire on Saturday they kept car for 2hrs. Started driving and noticed car was making a even louder ridiculous noise took it back the next day (Sunday) this time they kept car for 3hrs and tell me I need struts & alignment and it would be $1135. Meanwhile I just had had a oil change, tires rotated and balanced that Friday at another Tires Plus which was great on Sugarloaf Pkwy. Took car to a friends dealership his mechanics checked out the car ABSOULUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. This place is a RIP OFF second time theyve tried to get money out of me and nothing was wrong with the car. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

Jamie at the desk took care of a situation that was beyond our control and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Definitely coming back next time.

I have written maybe two online reviews in my 47 years. Typically I dont spend the time to do it. But a 3.5 rating for this shop is just too low. Most guys are always trying to find our guy - a mechanic who knows our car, actually fixes problems without creating new ones, and doesnt try to rip us off. This shop is my guy. My car model is infamous for having front end problems and this shop has replaced multiple failed parts and done it right. As I type theyre replacing a bad OEM caliper. And I know it will be done right.

First of all, the store manager answered my first call and he turned mY day around. Id originally taken my car to another shop and they were trying to take advatage of me. A $1300 quote went to a around $800 I knew what was wrong when I called and I explained my situation. The manager treated me with kindness and told me he would help me in anyway he could. I left there paying right at $900 with an oil change too. Very prompt, friendly service. I told him Id be back soon for tires and a brake job. Thank you!!

Was in town visiting family when my car started acting up. Went to them to look at it. As a lot of the reviews say on here. They are very deceiving and will read you a grocery list of things wrong. Came in with two issues, a sensor and new brakes and then was told about the strut and tire. Get that replaced as well as a new tire because of thebcrazy weather. The brakes now squeak and after getting home I hear a whistling sound from the tire they replaced and they broke my valve stem when replacing the tire.. not sure how they didnt notice that but they let me leave without even saying anything after saying I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Now I am spending my entire weekend fixing their mistakes

They are way over priced. Quoted me one price on the phone then when they learned I had a coupon I received a different (more expensive) price, plus they add things on to the quote that were not needed. It was the day after Christmas too and they still did this, meaning that they are for sure crooks. I also asked if it included a 20 point inspection they said yes, but they never told me anything about my car. I ended up spending more because I had a coupon. Also the quoted price on the phone was not the price in the store so they are just trying to get you in there then tell you the real price.

I went in for a simple oil change and when my car was returned to me it would not start. The technician didnt know how to deal with a push start car and drained my battery.

Jamie (mgr) is great! He seems to have turned this place around. He is cooperative, customer service oriented, trustworthy, and never pushy. The young lady that handles the front desk, (she’s been there awhile now and a great addition to the team) has a positive attitude and very knowledgable. I dont usually get to meet the crew working on my truck, BUT they deserve a huge thanks for their hardwork as well. I moved to Buford a year ago and I still drive my truck to this location for the best service. I haven’t had any issues here but im confident that if i did, it would be handled appropriately.

Do not come here. They are deceiving people trying to take advantage of their customers. I went their to investigate a brake issue, they came to me with a grocery list of issues, including that I had to hange all my rotors and pads and calipers, wanting me to pay over 1000 to fix it. They also told me I needed to completely replace my upper and lower control arms. I then went to a mechanic who isnt a crook who told me nothing was wrong with the car besides a leaky caliper, which I suspected as I saw new oil spots on my garage floor. I will never come back to this location and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

These guys are the masters of deception and sleazy selling. Our family has had 2 extremely poor experiences with this company which has prompted me to waste my time writing a negative review to warn others from falling prey to their tactics.The first incident occurred when they sold us obviously faulty tires and refused to honor the warranty and replace them. (Within 5k miles the tires had developed extremely lopsided wear patterns to the point that the car shook when driven)The second (and final) incident occurred when my daughter went to go get her oil changed and behind her back they upsold her on the oil costs. Under the guise of a discount they upsold her to the maximum level. Who ever heard of a $70 oil change? Absolutely ridiculous, these con artists use intentionally vague language when asking you what you want done because they believe that gives them free license to charge you whatever they want, not what YOU the customer want.This location, like many of the others similar to it is operated by slimy and immoral personnel and I can only in the best interests of other potential victims advise you not to consider them at all when it comes to automobile maintenance.
