Awesome and amazing. I usually get my oil change done here.

I came in yesterday and needed an oil change, I was quoted 25 minutes and it took over an hour. When he put the new air filters in, my car stopped blowing cold air. I drove back and told him about it, he uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. Proceeded to tell me that my car was hard to work on and to take it to BMW. I dont think he understands that the only new variable introduced to this situation was that he was tampering with my filters. So he messed up my AC and he did not do much to fix the situation and did not seem phased. Mind you it is still summer in Georgia, so my AC not working is a big deal. It sounds like you have people who do not have any experience working on cars doing work on cars which is unsettling. I ended up paying $237 for a botched job. I have been to Jiffy Lubes in New York and they never took this long or did anything like this.

I have had my car serviced here on many occasions for anything from a basic oil change or tire rotation, to actual diagnostics and repairs. They are friendly, efficient, and honest. The hours and location work great for me and I dont feel like I get ripped off. Would totally recommend to anyone

Tried to get emissions done. Simple, right? Girl working told me that she wasnt sure her emissions machine was working, but shed try. I didnt realize she was going to have me wait 30 minutes before she bothered trying. Took her all of 2 seconds to plug it in and tell me gosh, sorry, its not working. Complete waste of time and totally disorganized. Will never bother even trying another Jiffy Lube.

Lowest prices and great service. Always change the rotors out with the brakes. Needs to be done .

I normally go to the Dealership to get my oil changed but I didn’t feel like sitting in waiting today so I went to Jiffy Lube the two guys there they were nice that will change was very weak they were very professional and got me out of there in less than 15 minutes I’ll be back

How unprofessional do you need to be to try to put dry tires on rims with no lube or anything and balance them with old weights still on wheels, and they didnt put rotation on tires right direction I literally had to tell them things they doing wrong. They got the job done but 2 hours for 4 people to change 4 tires is a lot of time. They scratch my wheel (ding it to be more clear)This place SUCKS!!! Just be aware.

I showed up during my work lunch hour and the auto service technician working there greeted me immediately before I even got out of my car. I asked how quickly he could do an oil change and he moved my vehicle immediately into a service bay and another service tech started the oil change. I was offered a menu of oil change options and chose the affordable, conventional oil change. I was politely escorted to a nice waiting room with coffee /TV. I will be coming back for oil changes. The entire service team was friendly, fast and provided great customer service. In a word, easy!

Not very happy with the experience. I took a company van here to get emissions done. I had to wait for the person to come from next door. Everyone was nice but, in a place that the service is expected to be done in a quick amount of time I didn’t feel they were acting professionally and on target.

Had a great experience with this location. Had an issue with my cabin air filter and Caleb took care of it on the spot. He took care of it very fast and had me on my way! Ill definitely be back!! Ask for Caleb!

I had such a great experience getting my car oil changed thanks to AQUILA ! He did a great job keeping me informed, he checked everything from the tire pressure to my break fluid and he also gave me some great recommendations on what services I would need in the future. Stay away from this place. A simple oil change became a $195 bill on a 2019 vehicle with 21k miles. Very rude lady in the front desk.

Great place! As soon as we parked someone was already coming out the door to help us. This location doesnt offer the cheaper options of oil changes but they worked hard to figure out a way to make it affordable for both me and my friends budgets. They were very fast, very friendly, and I will definitely be going back again!

I visited this location this morning. The shift manager met me at my car; greeted me warmly; ushered me inside; and got right to work on my car. These guys should advertise as being the closest emissions place to the nearby tag office, because they would clean up. Prompt, clear, courteous service all the way. What more could you want?

Brad, the general manager has to be one of the BEST overall mechanics. His passion for helping others and delivering great customer service with his knowledge and his going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for me. this is very difficult to come across in the Auto industry. I pulled up here the other day to get a simple emissions test done. Garage was wide open with banner hanging down and sign out front showing they do emissions inspections. Told guy I needed emissions done and he said no problem and motioned me to bay window. Just as I pull up he asks a coworker if they can do the test to which the person responds “I can’t, I don’t have my badge, tell him to come back tomorrow.” Pathetic! Don’t advertise that you can do emissions if the person who handles this job either forgot their badge or let it expire...waste of time!!

Fast service but be ready to pay. A regular oil change with conventional oil in this place will run you $55. They don’t take regular coupons. They don’t mention the price before doing the service.

Wow, avoid at all costs indeed!The other reviews dont lie. Customer service at this location is a nightmare, and they overcharge you on pretty much everything!Save your time and energy and use the Jiffy Lube down on Holcomb Bridge. Nice guys, fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced.

They were closing early for Halloween and stayed open for me to get my emissions. Super polite and kind as I pulled up as their doors were closing.

The staff looked like they’re really good at what they do, but they actually aren’t. Can’t really tell if they’re trying to rip me off.On my first visit they said I need to change my break pads and rotors for front axle and I let them do it. Upon asking, I was told my rear axle was good for 5 months. Tire rotation was also done.After 2-3 days I hear a squealing sound from the rear tire. When I took it to them I was informed that the break pads and the rotors are gone completely. They suggested me to go for one of their package deal for the rotors and the breakpads whicn I declined. Also the breaks were way too hard which is very unusual.Come to think of it I really doubt their intentions now. I’m not sure if I really needed that break pad and rotor package deal in the first place on my first visit.Poor workmanship and I’m very close to believing that they’re trying to rip off customers instead of taking care of them. And the 3.4 rating strengths my belief.All in all I’d avoid them at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. I went in for a routine oil change and emissions test. I paid $85 for both, after discounts, which included the price of high mileage synthetic blend oil. The tech who worked on my car was friendly, but after her inspection of my fluid levels, air filter, etc. she told me my vehicle does not have a cabin air filter (it does) so it didnt need to be replaced. Fine by me- I didnt want it replaced regardless. Her lack of knowledge was troubling, however.My vehicle failed the emissions test, and I was told I could come back and get it re-tested at no additional charge. An error code caused by a bad gas cap was the culprit; I replaced the cap and reset the error code, and it did not return.I knew that I would fail the emissions test again if I hadnt completed a full drive cycle after resetting the error codes, but I was not sure exactly what a drive cycle entailed. I went back to the same location and asked if it could be checked to see if it was ready to be retested, and to re-run the emissions testing if that was the case.This is NOT what happened. The tech simply re-ran the emissions test and reported back to me that it had failed, and that I had burned my free re-test.In summary, I paid way too much for an oil change, and the tech did not listen to my request or answer my question about the drive cycle until after my vehicle had already failed the emissions test again. I will not ever return to this location and I will advise anyone else to take his or her business elsewhere.

Didn’t care for the service. Guy seemed money hungry. Guess because I was woman by myself he thought I’d fall for the ol “your car needs work” bit. Little did he know my car has a diagnostic system hooked up to it that tells me when anything is wrong. Nice try though.

Always have a great experience at this location with my cars. Ive used them for oil changes, they fixed the AC on one of my cars and even one time Aquila came and changed my battery on my car which wasnt too far away from the shop because it was dead. If thats not great customer service idk what is. They honored my Groupon for an oil change they always move swift and they really care about their customers. The waiting area is always clean, WIFI works great and never had any issues. Will be a returning customer

Im handicapped for abit with broken leg and and the gentleman here went out of their way to make me comfortable!! Went and got me a Chair and were quick with what I needed done on the car. Helped me get back in the car too!! Just awesome!! Thank you guys so much:)So update time! Went back at the end of August for some service and not only were the AWESOME again but they remembered me and asked how I was doing (remember I was handicapped at the time) and very quick once again!! I got $10 off after saying the normal price sounded a little high. They did try to sell me everything under the sun... I just smiled and said no, just the basic service. They seem to have good customer service.

Look elsewhere for your automotive needs. The staff seemed poorly trained and not very knowledgeable. They couldnt locate the battery on my car (its in the trunk), but they told me they did a diagnostic test on it. Simply not true.Since I cant trust them, I cant recommend them.

I stopped going to both Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta and Roswell locations because they on multuple occasions told me and my wife that their machine was not operational to perform Tire rotation. I would have though it was a one off if it had not happened to my wife months after it happened to me. If you live in Alpharetta or Roswell come to Holcombridge Jiffy Lube instead...

Riiiippp oooofffffffff, from all their staff, only 2 ppl knkw what they doing, try to pass emissions failed and im asking why zero explnations, only thing he told go drive the car. Also for emissions test its 21.9 while right across the street at Valero its 18$ and the dude there explained me why what to do and how plus some google help and i pass it right next day. Run away from this place.

Super Greasy and Super Slippery and Uneven and poorly supported floors. Its been that way for years. Poor about following instructions given on anything extra. This review for FAYETTEVILLE GA LOCATION.

The wait ended up being longer than promised but I got a solid price on my 2005 dodge ram oil change. The workers all seemed to know their proper role and they worked together with plesant additudes.

Filled coolant fluid but actually my car did not need. I was charged $10 for it and have now an overfilled coolant reservoir.

I asked before I drove in how much the oil change would cost, 45.99 is what I was told. Upon getting the bill, there was a $ 6 additional charge for the special filter. I have NEVER been charged extra for this Sonata filter, not at the dealer or other oil change places, as it is a standard filter, costing $6.63 at Walmart, so a $ 6 SURPRISE extra charge seems just to be a way to inflate the charges. I will not return.

They advertise Emission Tests from 8-6 on Saturdays. I went there at 4:50 and was old the tester had left.

Expensive! Found that I could have saved $30 by going to a similar business.

On a Sunday I went to 2 different Jiffy Lubes and both said “ the conventional oil pump is down” which is BS. I work in automotive and it’s you scum bags who make it have a bad reputation.
