Stay away!!!! Ronald Cankle is the biggest scammer advisor there. No wonder they call these places stealerships.I’m missing an envelope with cash($600) that was in the glove compartment and a go pro camera missing from my car.Charged me for an alignment, but the car is pulling to the right with a vibration.I’m going to rick Hendrick in Duluth from now on.

Rude and not willing to work with potential customers on price (probably because they do not have as much business as the next dealer). I have a friend that’s a corporate employee from AutoNation, and they referred me to visit here to get a good price, and they still were $4,000.00 more than another competitor Chevrolet Dealership for a similar package vehicle without having any kind of corporate connection. DO NOT GO HERE OR VISIT ANY AUTONATION! Visit Angela Krause Ford up the street for great service and low prices.

Well, Ive got to be honest...I work here. That being said, Im in a position to make this the best Chevy dealer in the Atlanta area Malcolm Cunningham has a track record of providing great customer service at all of his stores and Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet North Point will be no exception! Can never seem to get them on the phone, and they never return phone calls. I literally have to show up and stand in front of them saying I need this repair done... Ive since found a new shop that treats me with respect and gives me the same quality of work completed at Autonation. There are only two upsides to this place. One is Tim who is always upfront and doesnt oversell, unlike the others.. The second is the free taxi ride after dropping your vehicle off, its not only convenient but saves a few bucks and time instead of waiting on Uber/Lyft when they take you to work, home or wherever and picking you back up too.
